Abstract

1. Process for hard anodizing of cast aluminium parts produced in the vacuum die-casting process, with a silicon content of more than 5% as well as a strontium content of 0.005 to 0.08% and/or a sodium content of 0.003 to 0.2%, characterized in that the castings are subjected before the anodizing, which is carried out by the direct current sulphuric acid or direct current sulphuric acid oxalic acid process, to an annealing at temperatures of 400 to 480 degrees C for a period of 3 to 20 minutes.
