Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schalteinrichtung zum Betätigen von Schaltkontakten nach einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen einer Antriebswelle, die über ein Getriebe mit Nockenscheiben in Eingriff steht, die bei einer bestimmten Stellung zueinander einen Schaltkontakt betätigen.The invention relates to a switching device for actuating switch contacts after a predetermined number of revolutions of a drive shaft, which engages via a gear with cam disks which actuate a switch contact with one another in a specific position.
Eine derartige Schalteinrichtung ist durch die DE-PS 29 04 681 bekannt und bewirkt das Abschalten eines Motors nach einer bestimmten Anzahl von Umdrehungen und verhindert damit ein ungewolltes Zusammenstoßen zweier sich relativ zueinander bewegender Teile, z.B. das Anschlagen eines Lasthakens an eine Seiltrommel. Maschinen müssen in bestimmten Intervallen gewartet werden, die von der Berufsgenossenschaft, dem TÜV oder ähnlichen Institutionen bestimmt werden. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Schalteinrichtung der genannten Art so zu gestalten, daß die Wartung der mit ihr verbundenen Maschine in Abhängigkeit von der tatsächlich erfolgten Belastung und somit dann erfolgt, wenn wegen der stattgefundenen Belastung eine Überprüfung zweckdienlich ist. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß eine der Wellen des Getriebes mit einem Umdrehungszählwerk verbunden ist. Die vom Umdrehungszählwerk festgestellten Umdrehungen geben einen sicheren Hinweis auf die fällige Inspektion. Das Zählwerk kann so gestaltet sein, daß es nur eine Arbeitsrichtung festhält z.B. bei einem Kran nur das Heben, während das Senken wegen des zwangsweise gleichen Weges nicht gesondert erfaßt werden muß.The object of the invention is therefore to design a switching device of the type mentioned in such a way that the maintenance of the machine connected to it is carried out as a function of the load that has actually taken place and therefore when a check is expedient because of the load that has taken place. In weiterer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ist die Antriebswelle mit einem Impulsrad versehen, dessen Zähne in den Bereich eines Impulszählers des Umdrehungszählwerkes reichen, das vorzugsweise ein in einem Gehäuse des Getriebes angeordnetes Elektronik-Zählwerk ist, welches über eine Leitung mit einem Auswerter verbunden ist, dem eine Warnanlage in Form eines Signalhorns, einer Warnlampe oder dergleichen zugeordnet ist. Die Antriebswelle 1 der Schalteinrichtung ist mit der Welle 31 einer nicht gezeichneten Seiltrommel verbunden. Die Antriebswelle 1 treibt über ein Getriebe 2 die Nockenwelle 3 mit ca. 1/8 und die Nockenwelle 4 mit ca. 1/140 ihrer Drehzahl. Die Nockenwelle 3 trägt drei Nockenscheiben 5 mit breiten Schaltnocken 6, und die Nockenwelle 4 trägt Nockenscheiben 7 mit schmalen Schaltnocken 8. Nur wenn die nebeneinander liegenden Schaltnocken 6 und 8 gleichzeitig den Kipphebel 9 anheben, bewirkt ein Stößel 10 das Betätigen von Kontakten 11.
