Hier ergeben sich bei Verwendung eines Bürstenauslegers der eingangs genannten Art Schwierigkeiten, wenn die Ausleger in der Transportstellung an das Fahrzeug angeschwenkt werden. Nur bei sehr langen Fahrzeugen ragt hier nämlich der Ausleger nicht zu weit nach hinten über das Fahrzeug vor und es werden bei der Transportfahrt zusätzliche Abstützungen für die Ausleger notwendig. Ein weiterer grundsätzlicher Nachteil von Bürstenauslegern der eingangs genannten Art ergibt sich dadurch, daß bei diesen bekannten Auslegern die Walzenbürste grundsätzlich normal zur Auslegerlängsrichtung angeordnet wird. Stellt man den Ausleger unter einem steileren Winkel zum Fahrzeug an, dann steht hier die Walzenbürste nicht mehr annähernd senkrecht zur Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeuges und damit zu jener Richtung, in der die Bürste beim Waschvorgang entlang der Tunnelwand od. dgl. verstellt wird. Claims (6)

1. A tunnel-washing vehicle comprising a brush boom which has an adjustable working length and which at one end is pivoted to a holder (3) of the vehicle (1) about a vertical axis and an axis (4) which is transverse thereto and said boom extends rearwardly from the holder (3) and is pivotally movable about said axis to extend in a working position at an acute angle to the vehicle (1) and at its free end carries a roller brush (19), which is pivoted on the longitudinal axis of the boom and is drivable to rotate about the transverse axis of the roller, characterized in that the boom is constituted at least in a major part of its length by a cylinder-piston unit (6, 7), which is pneumatically or hydraulically telescopically adjustable in length, the roller brush (19) is pivotally movable about the longitudinal axis of the boom from the vehicle-side end of the boom by means of a hydraulic or pneumatic actuator (21) which acts on the piston (7) and with utilization of the rotatability of the piston (7) in the cylinder (6) of the cylinder-piston unit (6, 7) and an overload clutch (23) is provided in the drive train between the actuator (21) and the roller brush (19).
2. A tunnel-washing vehicle according to claim 1, characterized in that a positioning motor (21) which constitutes the actuator for pivotally moving the roller brush (19) for pivotally moving the boom is provided at that end (8) of the boom which is directed towards the vehicle (1) and said positioning motor (21) drives via the overload clutch (23) a shaft (26), which extends in the longitudinal direction of the boom and is rotatably but axially non-displaceable mounted in the bottom of the cylinder (6) of the cylinder-piston unit (6, 7), which cylinder is supported on the holder (5) of the vehicle, and said shaft has a longitudinal extension (27), which non-rotatably but axially displaceably extends into the piston (7) of the cylinder-piston unit (6, 7).
3. A tunnel-washing vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that the longitudinal extension of the shaft (26) is a profiled rod (27), which extends into an opening of a bottom part (28) of the piston (7), which opening has a matching profile.
4. A tunnel-washing vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the overload clutch consists of a notched clutch (23) for uncoupling under an overload.
5. A tunnel-washing vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the overload clutch consists of a notched-ratchet and pawl mechanism for uncoupling under an overload.
6. A tunnel-washing vehicle according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the roller brush (9) is additionally pivotally movable at the end (9) of the boom by means of an actuator (18) about an axis (16) which is transverse to the axis of rotation of the brush roller and to the longitudinal axis of the boom (6, 7).
