Description

The innovation relates to a device for clearing explosive objects scattered on a surface according to the preamble of claim 1. Such a device is described in FR-A-914 285.

Runways in civil or military airports, roads and other areas can be shut down by an enemy attack by sprinkling them with small bombs or mines, the ignition of which responds to different physical phenomena, such as mechanical stress, approach, sound etc. It takes too much risk and is often too time consuming to clear such explosive objects through human effort.

Räumgeräte für Explosivkörper sind bekannt.Broaching devices for explosive devices are known.

Auch diese Fräswalze ist nicht geeignet, auf der Oberfläche des Erdreichs liegende Gegenstände aufzunehmen, geschweige zu sammeln und abzutransportieren.FR-A-914 285 is a clearing device for scattered explosive devices such as explosive devices, bombs, mines or the like. out, in which a height-adjustable clearing blade is arranged on a motor-driven vehicle. This scraper serves as an earth moving device, i.e. to penetrate into the ground in order to remove more or less large explosive devices from the ground. With a clearing vane of this type, a larger explosive body can therefore be transported out of the ground, but a larger number of explosive bodies cannot be collected and transported away. As an alternative to the clearing blade, this clearing device can have a type of milling drum with a row of radial tines. These tines in turn penetrate the ground to bring explosives to the surface. This milling drum is also not suitable for picking up objects on the surface of the ground, let alone collecting them and transporting them away.

The milling drum serves to loosen the soil so that it can be lifted by the bucket. With this device, too, it is not possible to use the milling drum to detect objects lying on the ground and to sweep them into the excavator bucket, i.e. to collect scattered explosive devices.

From US-A-3 878 952 there is also an earth moving device which has a shovel and a milling drum. The milling drum is arranged so that soil can be removed from top to bottom in such a way that it falls into the shovel underneath. As with the aforementioned prior art, this device is also unsuitable for picking up and carrying away explosive objects scattered on the floor.

Furthermore, AT-A-354 346 discloses a shovel containing a prong with a section to be brought parallel to the ground in order to hold objects such as e.g. Picking up stones, potatoes, beets etc. However, the roller assigned to the shovel in this device is a so-called crumb roller, with which soil is removed from the objects and shredded, in order to then fall back to the ground through the tines. With the help of such a roller, it is also not possible to brush the objects to be read into the blade.

Incidentally, the last three items have no protection against one when clearing. possible detonation of an explosive device.

The innovation is therefore based on the task of creating a device for clearing explosive objects scattered on a surface, such as explosive devices, bombs, mines or the like, in particular on airport runways, with which larger areas of easily and within a short period of time can be safely and without danger such objects can be cleared.

This object is achieved according to the invention by the characterizing features of patent claim 1.

A clearing shovel is attached to the vehicle according to the innovation and is adjustable at least in height. The clearing vane can therefore be brought relatively close to the surface of the subsurface to be cleared in use, the front section of the vane extending approximately parallel to the subsurface. The broom-shaped broaching element executes a sweeping movement directed towards the interior of the blade and thereby detects objects in front of the blade and pushes them into the interior of the blade. They remain there and can be moved to another location. The vehicle on which the clearing vane is attached can be a conventional wheeled utility vehicle. However, it goes without saying that at least the surfaces of the vehicle which are in the area of the clearing vane have armor so that it is not damaged too severely in the event of explosions. The driver of the vehicle must also be adequately protected against the effects of explosions. It also goes without saying that the clearing vane is designed to be sufficiently stable so that it does not become unusable in the event of an explosion.

Various constructions are conceivable for using a broom-shaped clearing device to bring the objects to be cleared into the clearing scoop. A circumferential broaching device is preferably used, in particular a broom roller according to an embodiment of the invention.

Für die Verstellung der Schwinge kann einIn order to achieve an optimal interaction of the clearing scoop and the broom-shaped clearing member, a further embodiment of the innovation provides that the broom-shaped clearing member is mounted such that it can be adjusted in height relative to the clearing scoop. In a broom roller according to a further embodiment of the innovation, this can be done in that the broom roller is mounted in a rocker arm which is articulated in the upper region of the approximately L-shaped clearing blade. A can be used to adjust the swing arm

Hydraulikzylinder dienen. Serve hydraulic cylinders. Various solutions are also available for driving the broom roller. According to the innovation, one is that a hydraulic motor for driving the broom roller is arranged on the rocker arm.

So that the vehicle holding the broaching tools can also be used for other purposes, it is advantageous according to a further embodiment of the innovation if the broaching blade and the broaching member as a broaching unit can be releasably connected to a height-adjustable swivel arm of the vehicle. Tools for earthwork, lifting and carrying loads, etc. can also be attached to the swivel arm.

To ensure that the pressure effect does not cause significant damage to the clearing vane in the event of an explosion, it must be carried out as openly as possible. It therefore expediently has no side walls. In one embodiment of the innovation, it is also provided with a series of parallel tines. This means that the pressure wave can spread downwards in the event of an explosion.

Before going into the details shown in the drawings, it should be assumed that each of the described features, by itself or in conjunction with features of the claims, is of importance for innovation.

A wheeled vehicle 10 has a Z-shaped swivel arm 11 at one end, which consists of parallel arm parts. The arm parts are articulated on a bearing component 12 at 13. With the help of a hydraulic cylinder 14, the swivel arm can be raised or lowered. The bearing component 12 is also pivotable about a vertical axis. A hydraulic cylinder 15 articulated on the bearing component 12 is articulated at the other end to a lever 16, which in turn can be designed in duplicate. At the other end of the lever, a handlebar 17 engages. The lever 16 is rotatably supported at 18 between the parts of the swivel arm 11. The handlebar 17 is mounted at the other end at 19 on a holding component 20 which in turn is articulated at 21 at the lower end of the swivel arm 11. The holding component 20 serves to releasably receive a clearing unit 22, the details of which are described in more detail with reference to FIG. 2.

The clearing unit 22 has a clearing blade 23 and a broom-like clearing member 24. The clearing blade 23 is shaped approximately L-shaped. The cross leg consists of a series of parallel tines 25 which are attached at the rear end to the closed rear wall 26. The rear wall 26 forms an angle with the prongs 25 which is less than 90 °. The rear wall 26 is reinforced by two parallel U-shaped supports 27, 28. Another approximately U-shaped support 29 reinforces the rear wall 26 that kinks in the lower region. It also absorbs the main load of the tines 25. An eyelet 31 and a pin 32 are provided on two parallel sheets, one of which is shown at 30 and which are attached to the rear of the rear wall 26 at approximately a right angle. The eyelet 31 engages in a corresponding pin of the holding component 20, while the pin 32 is encompassed by a pawl of the holding component 20. Both fastening parts on the holding component 20 are not shown. However, it can be seen that in this way the unit 22 can be detachably attached to the holding component 20.

The tines 25 are tapered triangular in cross section at the front end, as shown at 33. They also have a triangular elevation 34, which serves to prevent picked up objects from slipping out or rolling. The tines on both sides are slightly higher than the ones in between, as can be seen in the tine 35. They prevent objects picked up from falling out to the side.

On the rear wall 26 are two spaced upwardly facing brackets, one of which is shown at 36. Arms of a rocker are articulated to the brackets 36 at 37, one arm of which is shown at 38. The arms 38 are mutually supported by a tubular connecting element 39. A broom roller 40 is rotatably mounted between the arms 38 and can be rotated by a hydraulic motor 41 held on the arm 38, in the direction of the arrow 42. As can be seen, the outer diameter of the broom roller is dimensioned such that the broom roller is slightly on sweeps along the top of tine tip 33.

An inwardly facing side extension 43 on the arm 38 has a stop 44 in the form of a nut screwed onto a screw bolt. On the rear wall 26 a stop 45 is attached in the form of a screw bolt with a nut screwed on. The stops 44, 45 determine the lower working position of the broom roller 40. By adjusting the nuts, the relative position of the broom roller 44 to the prongs 25, 35 can be changed. The broom roller 40 is expediently dimensioned such that the tines 35 extend next to the roller.

If the clearing unit 22 according to FIG. 1 is received by the holding component 20 of the swivel arm 11, the blade 23 can be pivoted and lowered so that the underside of the prongs 25, 35 run approximately parallel and at a short distance from the ground. If the vehicle 10 is moved in the direction of the arrow 46 and the broom roller 40 is put into circulation, explosive objects located on the ground can be conveyed onto the top of the prongs 25 with the aid of the broom roller 40. It is therefore possible to close large areas of explosive objects such as bombs or mines within a short time vacate. After the broaching process or when the broach 23 is filled, the swivel arm 11 is raised. The recorded objects can then be moved to another location.

Die Besenwalze 40 muss gegenüber der Schaufel 23 nach oben verschwenkt werden, damit die Schaufel 23 entladen werden kann.1 finally shows that the arms 38 of the rocker can be pivoted with the aid of a hydraulic cylinder 47. The broom roller 40 must be pivoted upward relative to the blade 23 so that the blade 23 can be unloaded.
