Der Abziehtreiber besitzt einen derartigen Abstand vom Ablaufhaspel, daß er zugleich die Umlenkung des abgewickelten Materials ermöglicht, und ist demgemäß zu einer Treibscheibe ausgebildet, die einen für die Umlenkung ausreichenden Durchmesser haben muß. Sowohl der Abstand der erwähnten Treibscheibe vom Ablaufhaspel als auch der durch den elastischen, durchhängenden Schlauch bedingte Abstand zur Verarbeitungsmaschine führen zu einer sperrigen Bauweise, wobei vorallem der durchhängende Schlauch störungsanfällig ist, und zwar einerseits wegen seiner häufig wechselnden Lage und andererseits wegen des starken Verschleißes bei der Durchführung von Draht.Such a decoiler, known from DE-U 19 87 470, provides for the delivery of the uncoiled material to the consumer with the interposition of an elastic, sagging hose, which avoids an impacting load on the reel body and to the extent required by the properties of the elastic hose Should result in buffering before the processed material is taken over by the processing machine. So läßt sich die Schlaufe ohne Schwierigkeiten beispielsweise im Ausmaß einer vollen Umdrehung verwirklichen. Der Haspelkern bedarf keines eigenen Antriebes und auch keiner besonderen Steuerung. Die laufende Materialentnahme übernimmt der Abziehtreiber, dessen Abziehgeschwindigkeit auf einen Durchschnittswert einstellbar ist, so daß das der Verarbeitungsmaschine vorübergehend nicht zuführbare Material im ringförmigen Trog eine nennenswerte Pufferung erfährt. Wie Figur 1 und 2 erkennen lassen, ist der auf vier Säulen 16 bestehende Haspelkörper 1 auf einen Haspelteller 12 angeordnet, für den ein zeichnerisch nicht näher dargestelltes Drehlager 17 vorgesehen ist. Der Haspelkörper 1 nimmt das zu einem Ring 18 aufgewickelte Material auf. Das ablaufende Material 2, bei dem es sich um einen Draht handelt, wird von dem in Figur 2 unter dem allgemeinen Bezugszeichen 3 dargestellten Abziehtreiber übernommen. Aufgrund der Abziehkraft dreht sich der gesamte Haspelkern mit im wesentlichen unverändert bleibender Geschwindigkeit. Das ablaufende Material 2 ist dabei zwischen den Rollen 6, 7 eingespannt, von welchen eine angetrieben ist. Es gelangt im Anschluß an den Abziehtreiber 3 in den ringförmigen Trog 4. In diesem Trog 4 erfährt es, wie vor allem Figur 2 zeigt, eine Umlenkung und verläßt als umgelenktes Material 5 den Trog, um mittels eines Führungselementes 19 der zeichnerisch nicht wiedergegebenen Verarbeitungsmaschine zugeführt zu werden. Der Abziehtreiber 3 kann sich der jeweiligen Windungslage des Materials anpassen, indem er am außerhalb des Haspelkörpers 1 verschwenkbar gelagerten Schwenkarm 8 befestigt ist.As can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2, the reel body 1, which has four
