Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof covering plate with a tread surface that runs obliquely to its plane and is formed by a step like a step, the first-side section of which is part of an angular recess in the roof covering plate.
- DE-OS 2 733 398 describes such a roofing slab for sloping roofs, in which the foot can be pushed into the angular recess and thus partly into the roof surface to increase the surefootedness, so that the knee of the roofer, chimney sweep or the like is relatively close above Roof surface comes to rest.
- the known roof covering plate consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic and is formed in one piece.
- the known roofing plate has the disadvantage that it has a very one-sided function because of its exclusive roof climbing task and must be stabilized in a very complex manner. Only a glass fiber reinforcement of the plastic can be considered.
- roofing panels which have a holding surface lying in the roof plane in the middle panel area, on which a support plate of an additional roof part, such as a riser, of a holder for a moving grate or a snow guard or a roof hook, for example by screwing it on.
- a roofing slab is very versatile.
- it has the disadvantage that the foot must be placed far outside the roof level when climbing the roof, which reduces the surefootedness and the knee of the climber is far from the roof surface.
- Significant security problems arise, particularly with larger roof pitches.
- the present invention has for its object to make a roofing tile of the type mentioned in the preamble universally usable with simple and inexpensive measures and adaptable to the respective load conditions.
- a roof covering plate of the type mentioned in the preamble is characterized according to the invention by the features listed in the characterizing part of claim 1.
- the subdivision of the roof covering plate into a covering, thin-walled upper part and a lower part made of metal, which takes over the main supporting function, in connection with the tread surface designed as a holding surface for other roof accessories, opens up an extremely versatile usability and adaptability to the respective load conditions. If the treading function of the roof covering plate is essentially irrelevant and the only thing that matters is the mounting of lighter roof accessories, it is possible, for example, to do without the stabilizing lower part, provided that the upper part has sufficient inherent stability for the respective application.
- the invention enables the optional use of a metallic material reinforcement in cases in which the inherent stability of the upper part is insufficient and, for example, a larger one Stability is important.
- the same, inexpensive upper part can be used for all applications, which, in contrast to the prior art, is only reinforced if such reinforcement is required. This results in an overall inexpensive solution for all roof covering cases in connection with an extremely expedient stocking of similar parts required for this.
- the upper part is manufactured from plastic.
- Such an upper part is inexpensive and does not in itself require integrated reinforcement or reinforcement, since the lower part takes over the position stabilization if necessary.
- a favorable design for many applications results according to claim 3 by an angle of approximately o 45 between the holding surface and the plane of the roofing plate. With this angle setting, it is possible to enter the climbing step comfortably enough in connection with most roof slopes.
- roof covering plate according to claim 4 preferably has holding means, such as fastening holes, holding or locking projections, roof accessories can be conveniently, safely and quickly fixed and removed again.
- a water trough should be provided in the holding surface so that the impinging surface water can flow off unhindered.
- the upper part can be advantageous according to claim 7 to design the upper part as a composite panel with an outer hollow mold made of plastic, which is filled with a reinforcing material such as concrete, casting resin or the like.
- the manufacture of such a composite top plate can be facilitated in that the hollow form is constructed according to claim 8 two shells.
- the roof covering plate When using the roof covering plate as a step, it is preferred according to claims 9-11 to apply a wedge-shaped plate to the holding surface, which may have anti-slip projections.
- the tread surface With this plate, the tread surface can be adapted to different roof pitches, so that only uniform roofing slabs have to be stored for all roof pitches.
- the wedge-shaped plate can also be formed in one piece with the upper part.
- the lower part according to claim 12 with its flat part supporting the holding surface and a central web part adjoining it comprises the rear of the upper part in the region of its angular recess.
- This also supports the foot abutment surface of the riser opening and the load on the supporting flat part is transferred evenly to the entire bridge element.
- the lower part acts like a rear, but removable and large surface reinforcement of the upper part due to the shape adjustment.
- the lower part according to claim 13 has first and eaves-side retaining jumps, it can be very conveniently and safely on parts of the roof structure, for. B. attached to roof battens.
- the supporting flat part protruding side parts can be recessed angularly on the eaves side, so that the lower part can thereby receive additional support, for example on an auxiliary slat.
- the roof covering plate according to the invention is constructed in two parts and consists of a thin-walled upper part, such as the upper part 1 from FIG. 1, and a stabilizing metallic lower part, such as the lower part 12 from FIG. 4. While the lower part 12 has the actual load-bearing capacity of the roof covering plate, this has Upper part 1 essentially a versatile roof covering function.
- the upper part 1 which can be made of plastic or anodized metal, for example, is essentially thin-walled and can be equipped with various additional roof parts.
- this is formed in the area of a tread surface protruding into the roof surface in the form of a holding surface 2 for attaching various additional roof parts.
- the support surface 2 runs obliquely to the plane of the roofing plate, examples game 0, below about 45, so that it forms with the upper part 1 a wedge-shaped rise rode-like paragraph 3.
- the upper part 1 is "cut" at an angle, so that the holding surface 2 projects into the interior of the upper part 1.
- the angular recess 4 can, for example, enclose an angle of approximately 90, but other angles are also conceivable if, for example, further entry into the roof plane is desired. Since the ridge-side part of the holding surface 2 lies partially in the recess 4 in all cases, such a roof covering plate can be easily and safely walked on as a climbing step, because the area which absorbs the body weight is close to the plate plane.
- a roof additional part 6 provided with a support plate 5 can be attached, which in one case represents a roof hook and in the other case a holder for a snow guard.
- the arrangement on the upper part 1 of the roofing plate is shown in dashed lines.
- the support plate 5 can have holes 7 which correspond to corresponding fastening holes 11 (FIG. 2) in the holding surface 2.
- the attachment of the additional roof part on the support surface is then carried out by means of screws, not shown.
- the holding surface 2 can also have holding or latching projections (not shown), on which the support plate 5 can be fixed by means of appropriately designed projections (not shown).
- a wedge-shaped plate 8 of an additional roof part can be arranged on the holding surface 2 according to FIG. 1, which serves as the tread surface of the climbing step.
- the plate 8 is arranged in the assembled state shown in dashed lines on the holding surface 2 so that the wedge end lies in the angular recess 4.
- the end of the tread surface on the eaves side is thereby slightly raised, so that a risk of slipping is largely avoided.
- This can be further increased by projections 9 on the tread surface of the plate 8.
- the wedge-shaped plate 8 or 8 ' can be screwed, glued or otherwise secured onto the holding surface 2 will.
- a channel 10 is formed in the holding surface 2, which leads the water from the angular recess 4 to the end of the heel 3 on the eaves side.
- the upper part 1 is formed with a greater material thickness in the area of the holding surface 2 and the angular recess 4 for reasons of stability. These areas, which are particularly critical in terms of load, can be reinforced if necessary, so that even larger loads can be absorbed without simultaneous use of the lower part 12, in particular if the material of the upper part 1 has little inherent stability. In the case of use exclusively as a step, however, it is expedient to use the reinforcing lower part 12 in any case.
- the lower part 12 is preferably substantially adapted in shape to the rear of the upper part 1, so that an optimal load transfer to load-bearing roof parts, such as on roof battens, is ensured.
- the lower part 12 only partially supports the upper part 1 of the roof covering plate according to the invention, shown in dashed lines, namely in the area of the holding surface 2 and the angular recess 4 and in an adjoining ridge-side section. Accordingly, this embodiment of the lower part 12 stabilizes the upper part 1 in the particularly stressed area. In principle, it would also be possible to support the upper part 1 over the entire surface on the underside, but this would not be expedient for cost reasons and would not be necessary for reasons of stability.
- the lower part 12 has a supporting flat part 14 located under the holding surface 2 of the upper part 1, which is bounded by an upstanding web part 4 on the eaves side, which forms with the flat part 3 an angular recess approximately corresponding to the angular recess 4 of the upper part.
- the angle of this cutout in the lower part 12 is less than 90 in order to show that, in conjunction with a corresponding cutout 4 in the upper part 1, it is possible to reach the roof surface even further.
- a bridge part 13 adjoins the ridge part 15 on the ridge side and can be placed on a batten.
- a web-like holding projection 6 which can be hung behind the roof batten.
- Another web-like holding projection 18 is located on the eaves-side end of the supporting flat part 14 and extends over the next lower roof batten.
- the lower part 2 has two side parts 19, 20 in the area of the angular recess, that is to say in the area of the flat and web parts 14, 19 which meet at an acute angle.
- a receiving area enclosed in the lower part 12 is formed for the rearward shaping of the upper part 1, so that this finds firm support here.
- the side parts 19, 20 partially protrude on the eave side beyond the plane of the flat part 14. In the resulting overhang, angles are left which can reach over a crossbar of the roof structure, such as an auxiliary crossbar laid parallel to the lower crossbar. This provides the lower part 12 with additional support.
- the lower part 1 can be screwed to the upper part 1 in the region of the supporting flat part 14, so that a firm cohesion is achieved.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roof covering plate with a tread surface that runs obliquely to its plane and is formed by a step like a step, the first-side section of which is part of an angular recess in the roof covering plate.
Die bekannte Dacheindeckungsplatte besteht aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff und ist einstückig ausgebildet.DE-OS 2 733 398 describes such a roofing slab for sloping roofs, in which the foot can be pushed into the angular recess and thus partly into the roof surface to increase the surefootedness, so that the knee of the roofer, chimney sweep or the like is relatively close above Roof surface comes to rest. The known roof covering plate consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic and is formed in one piece.
The known roofing plate has the disadvantage that it has a very one-sided function because of its exclusive roof climbing task and must be stabilized in a very complex manner. Only a glass fiber reinforcement of the plastic can be considered.
Furthermore, roofing panels are known which have a holding surface lying in the roof plane in the middle panel area, on which a support plate of an additional roof part, such as a riser, of a holder for a moving grate or a snow guard or a roof hook, for example by screwing it on. Such a roofing slab is very versatile. However, it has the disadvantage that the foot must be placed far outside the roof level when climbing the roof, which reduces the surefootedness and the knee of the climber is far from the roof surface. Significant security problems arise, particularly with larger roof pitches.
The present invention has for its object to make a roofing tile of the type mentioned in the preamble universally usable with simple and inexpensive measures and adaptable to the respective load conditions.
To solve the problem, a roof covering plate of the type mentioned in the preamble is characterized according to the invention by the features listed in the characterizing part of
In a further embodiment, it is preferred according to
A favorable design for many applications results according to
If the roof covering plate according to claim 4 preferably has holding means, such as fastening holes, holding or locking projections, roof accessories can be conveniently, safely and quickly fixed and removed again.
In a further embodiment, a water trough should be provided in the holding surface so that the impinging surface water can flow off unhindered.
In order to expand the versatility of the upper part of the roof covering plate, it can be advantageous, particularly in the case of fairly thin-walled and less inherently stable material, to provide a thickened material in the area of the heel and the recess in the upper part. Even if this does not increase the inherent stability up to a step stability, this improvement in stability is sufficient for many applications, such as, for example, for attaching a rain gutter or the like, without the metallic lower part having to be used for this purpose.
Despite the two-part nature of the roofing panel, it can be advantageous according to
When using the roof covering plate as a step, it is preferred according to claims 9-11 to apply a wedge-shaped plate to the holding surface, which may have anti-slip projections. With this plate, the tread surface can be adapted to different roof pitches, so that only uniform roofing slabs have to be stored for all roof pitches. In the event that the roof pitch is not too different, the wedge-shaped plate can also be formed in one piece with the upper part.
Preferably, the lower part according to
If the lower part according to
In a further embodiment, the supporting flat part protruding side parts can be recessed angularly on the eaves side, so that the lower part can thereby receive additional support, for example on an auxiliary slat.
- 1 shows an embodiment of an upper part of a roof covering plate according to the invention in connection with two embodiments of a riser roof additional part,
- FIG. 2 shows the top part of the roof covering plate from FIG. 1 in a longitudinal section to illustrate a local material reinforcement,
- Figure 3 is a schematic view of additional roof attachments to be fastened to the upper part of the roof covering plate and their arrangement on the upper part and
- Figure 4 shows an embodiment of a stabilizing, metallic lower part of the roofing plate according to the invention.
The roof covering plate according to the invention is constructed in two parts and consists of a thin-walled upper part, such as the
According to FIGS. 1 to 3, the
In the middle section of the
If necessary, various types of additional roof parts can be fixed on the holding
When used exclusively as a climbing step, a wedge-shaped
So that no water build-up occurs in the area of the holding
In the embodiment of the
According to FIG. 4, the
In the assembled state, the
The
In the upper area of the
