Description

The invention relates to an implementable partition made of wall elements fastened to vertical tubular supports, with a connection to the adjacent supports at least on the upper and lower edges thereof. There are numerous partition walls of this type which only become stable when they are attached to the floor and ceiling of a room.

From CH-A-356 578 a convertible partition for dividing rooms is known, in which plates arranged in pairs parallel to each other are connected at their edges to one another and / or to the plates of the adjacent pair by detachable members. For this purpose, profiled rails are fastened to the edges of the plates on their inward-facing sides, into which corresponding projections of the connecting links engage. With their profile strips, the plate pairs can lean against additional vertical supports that extend across the entire height of the room and are held on the ceiling. The partition is installed by hooking the panels with the connecting links.

In contrast, the present invention has for its object to provide a particularly strong connection between the wall elements and the supports in a generic partition, so that a stable, soundproof partition is created, during assembly a bracing of the supports between the ceiling and floor can be omitted.

This object is achieved according to the characterizing part of claim 1. A stable connection between supports and wall elements is ensured by the lateral interlocking of supports and wall elements in cooperation with a fixed connection of these parts on their top and bottom. For this purpose, according to a further essential proposal within the scope of the present invention, specially designed fastening parts each comprising at least one push-on sleeve which can be pushed onto the corresponding end of the supports from above and on which at least two laterally projecting fastening straps are provided for the connection of the wall elements.

Such fasteners also allow a firm horizontal bracing between the wall elements and the supports; the fact that the wall elements abut the circumference of the supports by means of vertical support strips creates a gap-free, tightly closed bond between the supports and the wall elements. In the case of angled partitions, this bandage is so stable that under certain circumstances it is not necessary to fasten the partition to the floor or ceiling. The partition can also be screwed to the ceiling or floor only for securing the position. In the context of the invention, the fastening tabs can lie opposite one another with respect to the vertical central axis of the push-on sleeve or can form different angles with one another in accordance with the course of the dividing wall, one or more, preferably two, fastening tabs being provided on a connecting piece.

B. an deren Umfangsfläche angeschweißt.In the simplest embodiment of the invention, the fastening tabs are firmly connected to the push-on sleeve, e.g. B. welded to the peripheral surface.

Another particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that one fastening tab is firmly connected to the push-on sleeve, the other is fastened to a swivel part mounted on the push-on sleeve, the swivel axis of which runs parallel to the push-on direction. In the assembled position, the direction of attachment runs parallel to the vertical central axis of the attachment sleeve or coincides with this axis.

In a further embodiment of the alternative explained above, it is provided that one fastening tab is attached to a cover disk fastened to the push-on sleeve, the other to a turntable rotatably mounted thereon.

With half-height, at least less than room-height partition elements, an extension option for the supports may be desired. The proposed fastening parts can be adapted to this requirement in a particularly simple manner in that an upwardly extending extension sleeve is provided on the push-on sleeve. In the embodiment of the push-on sleeves with cover disk and turntable explained above, the extension sleeve is preferably welded directly onto the turntable.

It is expedient that the fastening tabs are designed as radially extending webs, which are bent toward the push-on sleeve, the bent section of which serves in each case for the attachment of fastening means.

With regard to further advantageous refinements to the present invention, reference is made to subclaims 7 to 11.

The implementable partition wall proposed according to the invention with a fixed connection between wall elements and supports can be designed with one or two shells; in the case of a double-shell design, the supports either have a larger cross section or there are several supports in the nodes of the partition. The partition can contain glass panels or doors. For the soundproof closure opposite the ceiling or floor, lateral, parallel to the floor or ceiling connecting plates, z. B. in the form of cross-sectionally L-shaped lids, whose narrow profile web lies against the ceiling or floor can be used. In the case of wall elements covered with textile, these covers can be attached in a simple manner by means of Velcro-like adhesive connections. Particularly in the single-shell embodiment, the partition can also be designed half-high like the usual room dividers, screens, partition walls or the like.

To reduce structure-borne noise bridges, it is advisable to cover the supports with a sound insulation layer, for example to coat them with a textile material; at the same time you achieve an advantageous optical effect and a non-slip interlocking of supports and wall elements.

An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows
  • Fig. 1 shows a wall section in the area of a support with a floor connection
  • Fig. 2 shows a horizontal cross section. 11 - or Fig. 1;
  • Fig. 3 shows a vertical section. 111 - 111 of Figs. 2 and
  • Fig. 4 shows an axial section through a fastening part placed on the upper end of a support in an alternative embodiment.

Fig. 3). Fig. 1 shows in axial longitudinal section the lower end of a tubular support 1 with a vertical central axis 2, which simultaneously forms the central axis of the push-on sleeve 3 of a fastening part. The push-on sleeve 3 engages with a sliding fit in the lower end of the support 1; it is welded onto a cover 4, which is connected to fastening tabs 5 on opposite sides. The fastening tabs 5 are, as can be seen better in FIG. 2, welded to the outer circumference of the cover 4 at 6. At the free ends, the fastening tabs 5 are fastened to the floor 8 by means of screws 7. Closer to the support 1, 5 vertical webs 9 are welded to the fastening tabs, in the threaded bore of which tension screws 10 are screwed in, the screw head of which is supported via a washer 11 on a vertical profile web 12 of the wall elements 13 to be connected. The wall elements 13 have on their vertical narrow side a U-shaped, outwardly open end profile, the side webs of which form vertical support strips 14, the end edges of which partially encompass the support 1 or rest against the outer circumference thereof, whereby a horizontal bracing is achieved by the pressure screws 10. The wall elements 13 are cut out on their underside parallel to the floor 8 so that the pressure screws 10 can be screwed in. The filling of the convertible elements is limited at the bottom by a frame part 15 which at the end has a central cutout 16 which is circular in the side view (cf. FIG. 3). This cutout adjoins a circular hole 17 in the subsequent vertical web 12 of the end profile of the partition. The hole 17 and the cutout 16 are used to lay electrical lines.

In the vertical cut acc. Fig. 3 shows that the wall element is cut out parallel to the floor, this cutout is closed to the floor 8 by lateral covers L-shaped in cross section 18. The vertical web 12 of the end profile of the wall elements and the washer 11 can instead of the drawn bore for receiving the lag screw 10 also have upwardly open slots, so that the attachment of the lag screw 10 is simplified.

By means of a small pressure screw 19 (cf. FIG. 2), the push-on sleeve 3 can be fixed in its rotational position relative to the support 1 in order to avoid any play in the connection area between the wall elements 13 and the supports 1. The pressure screw 19 can also be advantageous in the area of the ceiling connection, namely for fastening the push-on sleeve 3 which has been extended from the support 1 to abutment on the ceiling surface 22 (FIG. 4). With this method, the distance to the ceiling can be easily achieved be bridged.

Fig. 4 shows an axial section through a support 1, in whose upper end a push-on sleeve 3 is inserted. The push-on sleeve 3 is welded to a cover plate 4, on which a fastening tab 5 bent downwards is provided on the side. A turntable 20 is mounted centrally on the cover plate 4, with a centrally inserted screw bolt 21 serving as the bearing. A further fastening tab 5 is provided on the turntable 20. This embodiment enables any rotation of the turntable 20 relative to the cover plate 4, i.e. the partition can be deflected around the support at any angle. Otherwise, the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 is in accordance with the embodiment. Figures 1 to 3 formed in accordance. An upward-pointing extension sleeve 23, drawn in dashed lines in FIG. 4, has the same diameter as the push-on sleeve 3 projecting downward. The extension sleeve 23, which is welded onto the turntable 20, is used to extend a half-height (eg 1.60 m long) support 1. This option is a particularly useful construction variant for the transition between a room-high and a half-high partition.
