Zur Kontaktierung zwischen den Wicklungsenden 61, 62, 63 der Erregerspule 6 und den äusseren Anschlussleitungen 7, 8, 9 sind in den Kunststoffbügel 2 in entsprechend miteingegossenen Passöffnungen drei Anschlusshülsen 3, 4, 5 von der betriebsmässigen Innenseite 28 des Kunststoffbügels 2 eingeschoben. Die Passöffnungen bestehen jeweils aus einem ersten, zur betriebsmässigen Innenseite 28 des Kunststoffbügels 2 geöffneten Passöffnungsteil 21 bzw. 23 bzw. 25 mit grösserer lichter Weite und relativ grosser Bohrungstiefe und einem zweiten Passöffnungsteil 22 bzw. 24 bzw. 26 mit einer geringeren lichten Weite in der Nähe der betriebsmässigen Aussenseite 29 des Kunststoffbügels 2. Durch die derart gestalteten Passöffnungen wird einerseits erreicht, dass die Anschlusshülsen 3 bzw. 4 bzw. 5 beim Einschieben gegen den durch den zweiten Passöffnungsteil 22 bzw. 24 bzw. 26 mit seiner geringeren lichten Weite gebildeten Absatz zur Anlage kommen und damit gegen eine Zugbelastung durch die von der Aussenseite 29 des Kunststoffbügels 2 einzuführenden und kontaktierenden äusseren Anschlussleitungen 7, 8, 9 formschlüssig gesichert sind und andererseits die äusseren Anschlussleitungen 7, 8, 9 isoliert in die Anschlusshülsen 3, 4, 5 eingesteckt werden können, falls deren abisolierte Enden 71, 81, 91 nicht länger sind als die Bohrungstiefe der zweiten Passöffnungsteile 22 bzw. 24 bzw. 26.To make contact between the winding ends 61, 62, 63 of the excitation coil 6 and the outer connecting lines 7, 8, 9, three connecting sleeves 3, 4, 5 are inserted into the plastic bracket 2 in correspondingly cast-in fitting openings from the operational inside 28 of the plastic bracket 2. Nachdem gemäss Fig. 1 in den seitlich weggeklappten Kunststoffbügel 2 in vorteilhafter Weise die Wicklungsenden 61 bzw. 62 bzw. 63 um die kreissegmentförmigen Resthülsenwandteile 31 bzw. 41 bzw. 51 umschlungen und derartig mit den Anschlusshülsen 3, 4, 5 vorkontaktiert sind wird - falls diese Kontaktierung in der Spulenkörperstellung gemäss Fig. 1 stattgefunden hat - der Spulenkörper zweckmässigerweise um 180° gedreht, so dass die mit den Wicklungsenden umschlungenen Resthülsenwandteile auf einfache Weise - wie aus Fig. 6 ersichtlich - in ein Tauchlötbad 10 eintauchbar sind. Claims (6)

1. Bobbin having U-shaped winding space for a coil (6), which space is open radially outwards and limited axially by front flanges (11, 12), as well as having a plastic clip (2) pre-formed on the one front flange (11) with connection means (3-5) supported therein in one piece for the purposes of connection of outer connection lines (7-9), on the one hand, and winding ends (61-63) of the coil (6), on the other hand, in which case connection sleeves (3-5) are inserted into stepped fitting openings (21-26), passing through radially, in the plastic clip (2) as connection means and are fixed, the winding ends are, in each case, wrapped around said sleeves' one lot of ends projecting from the operational inside of the plastic clip and bared ends of the outer connection lines are inserted into said sleeves' other ends from the operational outside of the plastic clip (2) and contacted, characterised by the following features:
a) the fitting openings (21-26) have, in each case, close to the operational outside (29) of the plastic clip (2) a set-off reduced inside width;
b) the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) are pressed from the inside (28) of the plastic clip (2) into the first fitting opening part (21 or 23 or 25) with the greater inside width as fas as the stop on the second fitting opening part (22 or 24 or 26) with the smaller inside width;
c) the plastic clip (2) is pre-formed on the one front flange (11) in a hinge-like manner in such a way that it may be swung, on the one hand, for the purposes of contacting the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) with the winding ends (61 or 62 or 63) of the coil (6) laterally away from the winding space and, on the other hand, may be swung back over the winding space and be fixed on the other front flange (12).
2. Bobbin according to claim 1, characterised in that the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) are slotted in the longitudinal direction (Figure 4).
3. Bobbin according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the outer surfaces of the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) in their area which is inserted into the plastic clip (2) are provided with a grid embossment (33 or 34 or 35) (Figure 4).
4. Bobbin according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) in the area of their one lot of projecting sleeve ends are reduced to circular segment-shaped remaining sleeve wall parts (31 or 41 or 51).
5. Bobbin according to claim 4, characterised by such a mutual arrangement of several connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) inside a plastic clip (2) that the circular segment-shaped remaining sleeve wall parts (31 or 41 or 51 ) are arranged with the greatest possible mutual spacing in respect of each other in the plastic clip (2).
6. Bobbin according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the bared ends (71 or 81 or 91) of the outer connection lines (7 or 8 or 9), which ends are inserted into the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5), as well as the winding ends (61 or 62 or 63) of the coil (6) wound about the free ends (31 or 41 of 51) of the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5) are soldered, by dipping the projecting sleeve ends (31 or 41 or 51 ) wrapped around by the winding ends (61 or 62 or 63) into a dip-solder bath (10), simultaneously with the connection sleeves (3 or 4 or 5).
