Description

The invention relates to an electrical connection device according to the preamble of claim 1; such an electrical connection device is known from DE-A-22 30 806.

In the known case, a soldering lug for connecting a brush wire is inserted through the plastic bridge on a plastic bridge which can be locked in a bearing bracket of a collector motor on opposite sides of the collector in a winding base and at its other inserted end with a flat plug or a receptacle for a corresponding receptacle or a corresponding tab connector of an external connecting cable to be connected.

According to the object of the present invention, a simple electrical connection between the ends of a winding and a metal contact element with the inclusion of a winding support point, which can be achieved with only a few components and can be assembled advantageously for automated production with only one main handling direction, is to be created.

These tasks are solved in an electrical connection device of the type mentioned by the teaching of claim 1; advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims. In the device according to the invention, by simply plugging on a metal contact element in the direction of the winding axis of the winding wire wrapped around the plastic pin, electrical contacting between the contact element and the winding wire can be achieved at several contact points and at the same time the contact element can be fixed at the winding base; A particularly good electrical contact, in particular in the case of a winding wire covered with an insulating varnish, results from the fact that, on the one hand, the plastic pin is wrapped several times in a helical shape by the winding wire and, on the other hand, the fork flanks at their contact surfaces with the wrapped winding wire with its insulation when plugged on of the metal contact element piercing sharp edges.

The contacting with the winding wire that occurs automatically when the metal contact element is plugged in and a mechanical fixation of the metal contact element on the winding base when it reaches its end plug-on position is considerably facilitated in that, according to one embodiment of the invention, the plastic pin with a when plugging in of the metal contact element provide the fork flanks against the conical surface pressing against the wrapped winding wire, or the fork flanks in their end plug-on position plugged onto the plastic spigot outside of their contact surface in a material which is softer than the metal contact element Plastic pins are clawed and / or locked.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the plastic pin is provided with a first guide opening, which is open on the plug-in side, for the push-on end of the metal contact element and a second, slot-shaped guide opening, which crosses the first guide opening, for inserting and / or fixing a winding end of the winding wire.

Darin zeigen:The invention and further advantageous embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to a schematically illustrated embodiment in the drawing. In it show:

  • 2 shows a side view of the flat tongue according to FIG. 1,
  • 3 in section the main view of a plastic pin provided as a winding base with a helically wrapped winding wire,
  • 4 shows a plan view of the winding base according to FIG. 3,
  • 5 shows the winding base according to FIG. 3 with a partially inserted flat tongue,
  • 6 shows the winding base according to FIG. 3 with the flat tongue inserted into its end position,
  • Fig. 7 shows the arrangement of Figure 6 in side view.
  • 3 shows a winding base in the form of a plastic pin 1, which can be fastened, for example, to the brush bridge of a collector motor or the end flange of a coil former for a motor excitation coil or to the laminated core of a wound motor stator. Around the plastic pin 1, a winding wire 3 of an electrical coil is wrapped helically with several turns.

As can be seen in particular in connection with FIG. 4, one winding end 32 is guided as an outer winding to the plastic pin 1, while the other winding end 31, which is to be connected to an outer connecting line via a metal contact element, is inserted into a slot-shaped guide opening 12 which is opened towards the plug-on contact element and is expanded there in a funnel shape by chamfered outer edges 29.

Crosswise to the slot-shaped guide opening 12 for the winding end 31 to be inserted, a guide opening 13 is provided into which the metal contact element shown in FIG. 1 can be inserted in the form of a flat tongue 2 with its fork-shaped push-on end.

Fig.5 shows the partially in the inner winding of the looped winding wire 3 with simultaneous guidance through the guide opening 13 inserted flat tongue 2. The fork-shaped push-on end of the flat tongue 2 is dimensioned such that the outer surfaces provided with sharp edges when the flat tongue 2 is plugged through the enamel insulation of the winding wire 3 and thereby an electrical contact between the Ensure flat tab 2 and the wrapped winding wire 3 securely. In order to reinforce the electrical contact and to fix the flat tongue 2 in its end plug-on position shown in FIG. 6, the plastic pin 1 in the area of the first slot-shaped guide opening 13 is advantageously provided with a fork flanks 21 when the flat tongue 2 is plugged on, 22 against the wrapped winding wire 3 pressing expanding cone surface 11. To facilitate a targeted spreading of the fork flanks 21, 22 and for specific clawing of the fork flanks 21, 22 in the end plug-on position of the flat tongue 2 in the softer plastic material of the plastic pin 1 are on the one hand at the ends of the fork flanks 21, 22 bulges 23, 24 directed towards the expansion cone surface 11 and above these bulges kink weaknesses 25, 26 are provided; As can be seen in particular from FIG. 6, a good electrical contact ensures friction pressure on the sharp outer edges of the fork flanks 21, 22 in the region of the winding layers of the wrapped winding wire 3 and when the end attachment position is reached by pressing in the end tips of the fork -Flanks 21, 22 in the adjacent plastic material below the lower winding position of the wrapped winding wire 3 guaranteed.

As can be seen in particular from FIG. 7, the winding end 31 inserted into the guide slot 12 is advantageously carried downward by the plug-in tab 2 when it is plugged in, with additional fixing in the end plug-on position by pressing the end of the winding 31 against the cone tip of the expanding cone surface 11 is possible. With lateral step-shaped projecting shoulders 27, 28, the tab 2 can simultaneously press the winding turns of the wrapped winding wire close together.

On the upper free end of the tab 2 can then be plugged in a manner not shown here, an outer connecting line with a struck corresponding plug-in sleeve.
