Die Vorratsspule 7 ist auf einer auf dem Boden 22 senkrecht angeordneten Lagerachse 26 drehbar gelagert, zu der eine kreisringförmige Versteifungsrippe 27 konzentrisch und ausserhalb dieser Versteifungsrippe 27 weitere Versteifungsrippen 28, 29 und 30 radial ausgerichtet sind. Auf den abgerundeten Versteifungsrippen 28, 29, 30 ist der Wickel 31 und auf der kreisringförmigen Versteifungsrippe 27 der Kern der Vorratsspule 7 drehbar gelagert. Hierdurch wird infolge der geringen Reibung eine leichtgängige Drehung der Vorratsspule 7 erzielt und ein Verschieben der Wickellagen des Wickels 31 zueinander sicher verhindert. Der Deckel 15 weist entsprechend ausgebildete Versteifungsrippen 32, 33, 34 und 35 auf, die ebenfalls zum Abstützen des Wickels 31 dienen. Hierdurch wird ein Verschieben der Wickellagen des Wickels 31 der Vorratsspule 7 z.B. beim Versand der Kassette 1 sicher verhindert. Durch diese exakte Führung der Vorratsspule 7 einschliesslich dessen Wickels 31 wird ein Abrieb des Farbbandes an den Führungsteilen der Kassette 1 erheblich reduziert. Die Vorratsspule 7 weist eine Nabe 36 auf, die von einem als Spannhebel 8 ausgebildeten Formdraht mit zwei freien Schenkeln 37 und 38 umschlungen wird. Der eine Schenkel 37 dieses Formdrahtes ist mit dem freien Ende 39 einer Ausnehmung .40 des Bodenteils 13 des Kassettengehäuses fest verankert, während der andere Schenkel 38 frei beweglich ist und an seinem freien Ende 41 eine drehbar gelagerte Umlenkrolle 42 aufweist. Sobald das Farbband 6 in Pfeilrichtung gemäss Figur 3 gezogen wird, dann entfernt sich der bewegliche Schenkel 38 von dem festen Schenkel 37 des Formdrahtes derart, dass die Haftreibung zwischen dem Formdraht und der Nabe 36 der Vorratsspule 7 aufgehoben wird. Durch dies Freigabe der Vorratsspule 7 ist ein leichtes Abwickeln des Farbbandes 6 von dieser Vorratsspule 7 möglich. Lässt die Zugspannung in dem Farbband 6 wieder nach, dann schwingt der bewegliche Schenkel 38 des Formdrahtes sofort wieder in seine Ausgangsstellung zurück, wodurch die Vorratsspule 7 wieder gebremst wird. Da eine Drehung der Vorratsspule 7 jetzt nicht mehr möglich ist, wird das Farbband 6 stets stramm gehalten.The ink ribbon 6 is guided via the guide 10 into an inlet slot 12 of the cassette housing consisting of a pot-shaped base part 13 and a cover 15 provided with openings 14. The winding 31 is rotatably mounted on the rounded stiffening ribs 28, 29, 30 and the core of the supply reel 7 is rotatably mounted on the annular stiffening rib 27. As a result, due to the low friction, smooth rotation of the supply reel 7 is achieved and displacement of the winding layers of the winding 31 relative to one another is reliably prevented. The cover 15 has appropriately designed stiffening ribs 32, 33, 34 and 35, which also serve to support the winding 31. This will shift the winding positions of the winding 31 of the supply reel 7 e.g. safely prevented when shipping the cassette 1. This exact guidance of the supply reel 7, including its winding 31, considerably reduces abrasion of the ink ribbon on the guide parts of the cassette 1. The supply spool 7 has a hub 36, which is wrapped by a shaped wire designed as a clamping lever 8 with two free legs 37 and 38. One leg 37 of this shaped wire is firmly anchored to the free end 39 of a recess .40 of the bottom part 13 of the cassette housing, while the other leg 38 is freely movable and has a rotatably mounted deflection roller 42 at its free end 41. As soon as the ink ribbon 6 is pulled in the direction of the arrow according to FIG. 3, the movable leg 38 moves away from the fixed leg 37 of the shaped wire in such a way that the static friction between the shaped wire and the hub 36 of the supply reel 7 is eliminated. This release of the supply spool 7 enables the ink ribbon 6 to be easily unwound from this supply spool 7. If the tension in the ink ribbon 6 subsides again, the movable leg 38 of the shaped wire swings back immediately into its starting position, as a result of which the supply reel 7 is braked again. Since rotation of the supply spool 7 is no longer possible, the ink ribbon 6 is always kept taut.

Um ein Herausfallen von Farbbandabrieb aus dem Längsschlitz 25 des Bodenteils 13 des Kassettengehäuses zu verhindern, ist dieser von erhöhten Versteifungsrippen 44, 45 und 46 umgeben. Gemäss Figur 2 ist hierbei je eine Versteifungsrippe 44 und 45 parallel zu der Verschieberichtung der rechteckförmig ausgebildeten Trägerplatte 20 auf jeder Seite des Längsschlitzes 25 angeordnet. Die Enden 47, 48 49, 50 dieser Versteifungsrippen 44 und 45 sind einerseits mit der kreisringförmigen Versteifungsrippe 27 und andererseits mit einer senkrecht zu der Bewegungsrichtung der Trägerplatte 20 angeordneten Versteifungsrippe 46 fest verbunden. Die beiderseits der Längsseiten 51, 52 der Trägerplatte 20 auf dem Boden 22 angeordneten Versteifungsrippen 44, 45 weisen gegeneinander gerichtete Schenkel 53, 54 auf, die ein Verkippen der verschiebbaren Trägerplatte 20 mit der Aufwickelspule 17 sicher verhindern, siehe Figur 4. Der Schenkel 53 weist übrigens gleichzeitig eine Auflagefläche 55 für den Wickel 31 der Vorratsspule 7 auf. Hierdurch weist das Bodenteil 13 zusammen mit den Versteifungsrippen 28, 29, 30 vier um 90° versetzt angeordnete Auflageflächen für den Wickel 31 auf, wodurch eine Verschiebung der einzelnen Lagen der Wickel 31 sicher vermieden wird.In order to prevent ribbon abrasion from falling out of the longitudinal slot 25 of the base part 13 of the cassette housing, the latter is surrounded by raised stiffening ribs 44, 45 and 46. Der Wickel 61 der Aufwickelspule 17 ist in dem Bodenteil auf der Versteifungsrippe 46 und auf einer von dem anderen Ende der Trägerplatte 20 ausgehenden und in Richtung zu dem Lagerzapfen 19 verlaufenden Lagerrippe 60 derart lagerbar, dass sich die einzelnen Lagen des Farbbandes 6 beim Aufwickeln nicht gegeneinander verschieben. Der Lagerzapfen 19 für die Aufwickelspule 17 ist mit einer Verlängerung 62 in einem in Verschieberichtung der Trägerplatte 20 angeordneten, durchgehenden Längsschlitz 63 des Deckels 15 bewegbar angeordnet, wodurch der Farbbandvorrat angezeigt wird. Die Stirnfläche 76 des Handrades 72 an der Transportwalze 65 ist mit Riffelungen 77 versehen, wobei ein Teil dieser Stirnfläche 76 aus einer kreisabschnittförmigen Öffnung 78 des Deckels 15 herausragbar angeordnet ist. Hierdurch ist es möglich, die Transportwalze 65 über das Handrad 72 zu drehen, wodurch ein Aufwickeln des Farbbandes 6 auf die Aufwickelspule 17 ermöglicht wird. Die Öffnung 78 in dem Deckel 15 befindet sich in einer kreisabschnittförmigen Vertiefung 79 an dem Deckelrand 80 derart, dass die Stirnfläche 76 des Handrades 72 nicht gegenüber der übrigen Oberfläche des Deckels 15 hervorsteht Die Versteifungsrippe 46 auf dem Boden 22 des Bodenteils 13 ist so ausgebildet und derart angeordnet, dass der beim Aufwickeln durch das Stachelrad 66 anfallende Abrieb des Farbbandes 6 nicht aus den Öffnungen 58, 59 und 25 herausfallen kann. Die Öffnung 69 ist durch den Kragen 70 gegen den Abrieb abgeschirmt. Claims (10)

1. Ribbon cassette (1) for a typewriter or similar office machine with openings arranged in the bottom (22) of the cassette case e.g. as openings (25, 57, 58, 59) for the passage of sensing elements for the sensing of the ribbon etc., the ribbon (6) being windable from a take-off reel (7) and rewindable onto a take-up reel (17) by means of a drivable transport roll (65) and the transport roll (65) being a sprocket wheel (66) against which the take-up reel (17) slidable on the bottom (22) is pressable with the outer winding by means of a spring device, characterised in that the cup-shaped bottom part (13) of the cassette case comprises projecting stiffening ribs (44, 45, 46) on the inside of the bottom (22), which simultaneously serve as support for the windings (61, 31 ) of the flangeless take-up reel (17) and take-off reel (7), prevent the scuff from the ribbon (6) collecting in the cassette case from dropping through the openings (25, 57, 58, 59) and act as guides for the sliding of the take-up reel (17).
2. Cassette according to claim 1, characterised in that the bottom (22) comprises an upright bearing axle (26) for the take-off reel (7), with which stiffening ribs (28, 29, 30) for supporting and guiding the winding of the take-off reel (7) are aligned radially.
3. Cassette according to claim 2, characterised in that the stiffening ribs (28, 29, 30) are supported outside an annular-shaped stiffening rib (27) arranged concentrically to the bearing axle (26).
4. Cassette according to claim 1, 2 or 3, the take-up reel (17 being rotatable on a bearer plate (20) slidable in a longitudinal slot (25) in the bottom and being pressable against the transport roll by a spring device acting on the bearer plate (20), characterised in that the stiffening ribs (44, 45, 46) are arranged around the longitudinal slot (25).
5. Cassette according to claim 4, characterised in that one stiffening rib (44, 45) respectively is arranged parallel to the sliding direction of the rectangular-shaped bearer plate (20) on each side of the longitudinal slot (25), and that the ends (47, 48, 49, 50) of the two stiffening ribs (44, 45) are firmly connected on the one side to the annular-shaped stiffening rib (27) and on the other side to the stiffening rib (46) arranged perpendicular to the moving direction of the bearer plate (20).
6. Cassette according to claim 5, characterised in that the bearer plate (20) comprises on its sliding surface (21 ) two mutually spaced guide pilots (23, 24) which are slidable in the longitudinal slot (25), and that the stiffening ribs (44, 45) arranged on the bottom (22) on either side of the longitudinal sides (51, 52) of the bearer plate (20) comprise mutually facing legs (53, 54) which prevent tilting of the slidable bearer plate (20) with the take-up reel (17), and that at least one leg (53) serves simultaneously as bearing surface for the winding (31 ) of the take-off reel (7).
7. Cassette according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the bearer plate (20) comprises at one end a journal pin (19) for the take-up reel (17) and a bearing rib (60) starting from the other end which is directed towards the journal pin (19) and acts as bearing surface for the winding (61 ) of the take-up reel (17).
8. Cassette according to claim 7, characterised in that the journal pin (19) for the take-up reel (17) is movable with an extension (62) in a longitudinal slot (63) in the lid (15).
9. Cassette according to one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that the transport roll (65) is rotatable at one end (67) with a hollow journal (68) on a collar (70) surrounding an opening (69) in the bottom (22) and at the other end (71 ) with a bearing bore (73) which is arranged centrally in a handwheel (72) and is for a centering pin (74) on the inside (75) of the lid (15).
10. Cassette according to claim 9, characterised in that the front face (76) of the handwheel (72) on the transport roll (65) is provided with flutings (77), that part of the front face (76) is able to protrude from a segment-shaped opening (78) in the lid (15), and that the opening (78) is arranged in a segment-shaped depression (79) at the lid edge (80).
