Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein Tubenbehälter, der sich zur Aus­ bringung von streichfähigem Inhalt in einer verhältnismäßig breiten Strangform eignet und die bequeme Verteilung des Streichgutes in einem breiten Strang gestattet. Der Tubenbe­ hälter eignet sich allgemein für strangpreßfähiges Streichgut und ist insbesondere für Streichkäse oder Nahrungsmittel vergleichbarer Konsistenz, gemäß einer neuartigen Nah­ rungsmittel- insbesondere Käsekonfektionierung in Tuben­ form, bestimmt. Der Tubenbehälter weist an seiner Austritts­ stirnseite eine mit zugehöriger Schraubverschlußkappe ver­ schließbare Austrittsvorrichtung auf, welche als Austritts-­ Streichverteiler zur Erzielung eines nach Form und Abmes­ sung dem Verwendungszweck entsprechenden Auspre­ ßstrangs des Streichguts ausgebildet ist; vorzugsweise besteht der Austritts-Streichverteiler aus einem in die Stirn­ wandung eingesetzten bzw. mit dieser verbundenen Sockel­ teil und einem an diesen stirnseitig anschließenden Aus­ trittsdüsenteil mit stirnseitiger Austrittsöffnung, wobei der Austrittsstreichverteiler in seiner Querschnittskonfiguration wenigstens in der zur Hauptabmessung senkrechten Schnit­ tebene einen abgerundeten allmählichen Übergang von der verhältnismäßig größeren Querabmessung im Unterteil zu der verhältnismäßig kleineren Querabmessung der Austritt­ söffnung im Oberteil aufweist. Gemäß einer für Nahrungs­ bzw. für Lebensmittelanwendungen, insbesondere auch zur Käsekonfektionierung, besonders vorteilhaften Ausgestal­ tung ist im fertig konfektionierten Zustand die Austrittsöff­ nung durch einen Abreißverschluß hermetisch abgeschlos­ sen, der als an der Stirnseite des Austrittsdüsenteils ange­ formter, mit dieser als einstückiger Spritzgußkörper herstell­ bar ausgebildet sein kann.
