Claims (4)

1. Nichtzerlegbare Scharniervorrichtung, insbesondere für die gelenkige Montage eines Deckels auf einen beräderten Behälter, mit einem Achsbolzen (1), der in eines der beiden Endlager (8) eingesetzt ist, die jeweils in einer fest mit einem Deckel des beräderten Behälters verbundenen Wange (7a, 7b) ausgebildet sind ; einer den genannten Bolzen koaxial umgebenden und zwischen den beiden Lagern angeordneten Hülse (6), wobei der genannte Bolzen wenigstens eine elastische Lasche -(4) aufweist, die radial vom Körper des genannten Bolzens weggespreizt werden kann, und die genannte Hülse in ihrer inneren Ausnehmung einen- Bereich (10, 14, 15, 18) aufweist, dessen Querschnitt die Aufweitung der vorgenannten Lasche (n) ermöglicht, sowie eine axiale Auflagefläche (11, 16, 19) für die vorgenannte (n) elastische (n) Lasche (n) in der Aufweitungsstellung in dem genannten Ausnehmungsbereich der Hülse umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte in einem der beiden Endlager (8) eingesetzte Achsbolzen (1) eine Länge aufweist, die grösser ist als der Abstand zwischen den genannten Lagern, wobei die elastische (n) Lasche (n) (4) in der Nähe des mittleren Bereichs des Bolzens ausgebildet ist (sind) und die vorgenannte axiale Auflagefläche (11, 16, 19) im Abstand von den Enden der Hülse (6), in der Nähe des mittleren Bereichs der Ausnehmung (10, 12, 13, 17) der genannten Hülse, angeordnet ist.
2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge-. kennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (10) der Hülse (6) vorzugsweise einen merklich konstanten Querschnitt aufweist, der grösser ist als der des Bolzens (1), und in ihrem mittleren Teil .ejn"e senkrecht zur Längsachse der Hülse angeordnete Trennwand (11) mit einer zentralen Öffnung umfasst, deren Querschnitt kleiner ist als der Querschnitt der Innenausnehmung der Hülse.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülsenausnehmung (12, 13, 17) einen Querschnitt aufweist, der dem des Bolzens entspricht und dass zur Ermöglichung der Aufweitung der elastischen Lasche (n) in der Hülse wenigstens ein Hohlraum (18) vorgesehen ist, dessen eine Endwand (19) sich in der Nähe des mittleren Bereichs der Hülse befindet, wobei wenigsten ein Teil des genannten Hohlraumes einen Querschnitt besitzt der grösser ist als der der Hülsenausnehmung.
4. Beräderter Behälter mit einem Behälter und einem gelenkig auf den oberen Teil des Behälters montierten Deckel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens eine nichtzerlegbare Scharniervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst, wobei die Hülse (n) als Griffe ausgebildet ist (sind).
