  • La présente invention concerne les accroche-torchons ou les porte-torchons, permettant d'accrocher ou de suspendre des torchons et des essuie-mains.
  • Les porte-torchons habituels sont des crochets simples et le torchon, pour pouvoir être suspendu, doit être muni d'une ganse de suspension. En outre, les deux mains sont nécessaires pour chercher le coin du torchon portant la ganse, pour écarter celle-ci et pour suspendre le torchon. Cette manipulation répétée et lassante occasionne une perte de temps contrariante.
  • On connaît bien des accroche-torchons qui maintiennent les torchons à l'aide de pinces à ressorts. D'autres dispositifs existent dans lesquels un bout du torchon est coincé dans une entaille en X, pratiquée dans un capuchon en caoutchouc ou en matière plastique souple. Or, de tels dispositifs sont encombrants, non hygiénique car difficiles à nettoyer, inesthétiques et leur action élastique décroît avec l'usage.
  • Le dispositif suivant l'invention permet d'éviter tous ces inconvénients. Il permet d'accrocher un torchon par simple contact. Il suffit, en effet, de poser, d'une seule main, le bord ou n'importe quelle autre partie du torchon sur le minuscule dispositif, objet de l'invention, pour obtenir un accrochage instantané du torchon et ceci sans endommager sa texture et sans y laisser une trace quelconque d'accrochage. Le torchon accroché est libéré, également d'une seule main, en le soulevant simplement du dispositif.
  • Le dispositif suivant l'invention, comporte un faisceau de poils rigides et courts, naturels ou synthétiques, tels que «Nylon», fibres de verre par exemple, enchassés d'une façon serrée dans une capsule ou dans une virole, en forme de pinceau minuscule, ou une ou plusieurs touffes de poils rigides et courts implantées directement dans un support en matière plastique ou autre, en forme de brosse minuscule, lors de sa fabrication. Par une coupe horizontale, effectuée à travers le faisceau ou les touffes, se produit une différence imperceptible dans la hauteur des pointes, qui accrochent instantanément et maintiennent fermement la partie du torchon posée dessus, sans toutefois pouvoir pénétrer ou transpercer le tissu, étant bloquée par la structure compacte du faisceau ou des touffes. Un effet comparable aux pointes du lit connu d'un fakir, lesquelles supportent bien son corps, sans égra- tignier sa peau.
  • La fixation du dispositif au mur ou ailleurs peut êtré effectuée par n'importe quel moyen connu. Il peut être monté isolé ou groupé sur une barrette ou sur un autre support. Monté en couple, le dispositif peut supporter des pièces plus lourdes, telles que des serviettes de bain, peignoirs de bain ou analogues.
  • Le dessin annexé illustre, à titre indicatif, non restrictif, plusieurs réalisations pratiques de l'invention dans lequel:
    • - la figure 1 représente le dispositif selon l'invention conformé en pinceau
    • - les figures 2 et 3 représentent le dispositif selon l'invention conformé en brosse
    • - la figure 4 représente une barrette portant trois dispositifs selon l'invention.
  • Tel qu'il est représenté figure 1, le dispositif comporte une tige 1 avec sa capsule 2, dans laquelle est serti le faisceau 3, formant un pinceau minuscule, tandis que les figures 2 et 3 montrent une brosse minuscule 4, en matière plastique, dans laquelle sont implantées des touffes 5.
  • Comme supports et moyens de fixation de ces dispositifs, sont montrés, à titre d'exemples, une petite plaquette 6, munie d'un support 7 ayant un trou 8, dans lequel est insérée d'une façon amovible la tige 1 et au dos un adhésif autocollant comme moyen de fixation. La ventouse 9 avec son anneau 10 représente un autre support pour le dispositif 4.
  • La figure 4 montre une barrette 11 portant trois dispositif suivant l'invention.
  • Dans une autre réalisation du dispositif selon l'invention, des fibres naturelles ou synthétiques sont utilisées en forme d'un ou plusieurs bâtonnets épointés, produisant les mêmes effets pour retenir un torchon ou un essuie-mains, sans transpercer ou endommager leur texture. L'emploi de bâtonnets permet d'éliminer les capsules, viroles et autres supports métalliques pouvant être altérés par l'humidité des cuisines.

Claims (4)

1. Dispositif permettant d'accrocher instantanément et de maintenir fermement le bord ou n'importe quelle partie d'un torchon posé sur lui, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte un faisceau (3) de poils courts et rigides, naturels ou synthétiques, enchassé dans une petite capsule (2) ou virole, formant un minuscule pinceau, ou une ou plusieurs touffes (5) de poils courts et rigides implantées directement dans un support approprié, en forme de brosse minuscule (4), lors de sa fabrication, dont les pointes accusent une différence de hauteur imperceptible, résultant d'une coupe horizontale à travers les poils, accrochent le torchon, mais retenues par la structure compacte du faisceau ou des touffes, ne peuvent pas pénétrer ou transpercer le tissu.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les poils sont en fibre de verre.
3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est susceptible d'être séparé de son support.
4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les fibres naturelles ou synthétiques forment un, ou plusieurs bâtonnets épointés.
