Definitions
- the invention relates to a jacquard double plush fabric with a one-shot pile weave and single-compartment weft insertion, in particular a double carpet plush. It also relates to a method for producing the jacquard double plush fabric and a device for carrying out the method.
- the one-shot pole binding with dead choruses floating on the underside is still predominantly used in many countries to produce double-carpet plush and the like, since the corresponding weaving technique is simple and a normal high-fold jacquard machine is sufficient for forming . Furthermore, the production of the one-shot pile binding is relatively high, since each shot carries a row of knobs, which means that a relatively dense pile cover can be achieved without the need for additional auxiliary shots.
- the three-weft pole binding also to be weaved by single-compartment weft insertion and on a normal high-compartment machine could be used.
- this binding unlike the known one-shot pole binding, it is possible to place the pole changing points on two different shots in the upper structure.
- the dead choruses are again on the back of the lower fabric and can be scratched away, there are no defects in the lower fabric during the scraping process. The gain of this binding is paid for through loss of production and the loss of a lot of valuable pole material when forming the pile knobs and, of course, when scraping off the dead choir.
- the dead choruses floating on the back of the bottom fabric can only be used as waste material.
- the two-weft binding to be weaved by single-compartment weft insertion was developed, in which the dead choruses are woven into the upper and lower goods.
- the upper and lower goods are equally heavy, and the goods appear in a very clear image on the front and back.
- a total of four shots are necessary in the upper and lower plant to form a complete tuft.
- a (jacquard) card sheet is required, which is pressed between the shots. Because the boards on the knife box always have to be moved to the reading position for reading, a complete up and down movement of the knife box is required with each machine revolution. Binding about halved.
- the invention has for its object to develop a binding which combines the advantages of the three-weft binding to be weaved by double-weft insertion with those of a binding to be produced by single-weft insertion, in which likewise the dead chorus does not press through and Mixed contours do not occur but the number of shots per tuft is reduced to a minimum. Furthermore, despite the use of a single compartment weft insertion device, clear images should be generated on the front and back of the upper and lower goods.
- the solution according to the invention is characterized in the case of a one-weft pole binding with single-compartment weft insertion by dead chorus woven into the upper and lower sides.
- the weft thread lying on the outside, ie facing away from the pile side of the goods, is preferably selected to be approximately twice as thick as the weft thread lying on the pile side.
- the solution according to the invention is characterized by the formation of poles on each weft in the upper and lower fabric with the aid of a separate card sheet for each weft for controlling all the choirs in the one-weft pole binding.
- a weaving machine designed for the production of a double plush fabric with a single-fold weft insertion and a one-weft pile weave can be operated with a double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine, which is essentially only equipped for normal fabrics, if a lifting roller is attached to each plate, the associated one Harness cord is guided over the roll and is firmly connected to the machine frame with its end opposite its pollitz.
- the harness cord with pollitz wire is moved up and down (at twice the stroke) corresponding to the double sinker stroke under these circumstances.
- the individual circuit board must also carry the lifting roller, but it is relieved of half the weight of the harness cord, pollitz and harness weight.
- the binding according to the invention can therefore be woven with essentially standard machines if the board and harness cord of the respective jacquard machine are connected to one another via the lifting roller mentioned.
- a separate punched card sheet must be used for each weft to be entered when producing the fabric according to the invention.
- the punched card sheet should also be scanned with every revolution of the weaving machine in order to control the necessary movements of the chorus with a view to the fact that the dead chorus, on average, is woven in half on top and bottom.
- the punch cards can be programmed in the usual way using a punch card punch, manually or by computer.
- the pile threads 3 to be separated in the middle after the weaving are located between the top fabric 1 and the bottom fabric 2.
- the top fabric 1 and the bottom fabric 2 also contain a base chain 4 and a binding chain 5.
- the weft binding in the top fabric 1 and the lower fabric 2 each consist of alternately entered lower weft 6 and upper weft 7.
- the dead choruses 8 and 9 are woven into the upper fabric 1 and the lower fabric 2 on average about half each.
- An essential difference between the bindings according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is that in the known two-shot binding according to FIG. 1, the upper shots only have the task of integrating the dead chores 8 and 9, while the excess 7 according to the invention (likewise as in all cases, the deficits 6) also take on the task of forming a tuft.
- the special feature of the one-shot binding to be formed by single-compartment weft insertion according to the invention is that the dead choruses 8, 9 are woven into the upper and lower goods 1, 2 on average in approximately equal parts.
- the weaving in of the dead chorus 8, 9 is distributed over the upper and lower fabric 1, 2 similarly to the case of the two-shot binding according to FIG. 2 to be formed with a single-compartment weft device in that a ( Jacquard) card sheet is programmed and read. Since a tuft is produced according to the invention with each shot, the performance is considerably higher than with the binding according to FIG. 1. It is similarly high as with the known single-shot pole binding to be formed by floating on the back of the lower fabric dead choirs.
- a double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine is preferably used to form the shed when manufacturing the fabric according to the invention.
- the link between the weaving machine and the jacquard machine is the weaving harness. He forwards the control information of the jacquard machine to the heald.
- the harness attached to the plate 11 of the jacquard machine consists of group 12, lifting roller carrier 13, harness cord 14, pollitz 15 and weight 16.
- the pollitz 15 contains the heddle eye 17 for passing a pile thread.
- the circuit board is raised and lowered again by means of a knife (not shown) suspended in the circuit board hook 18 by a stroke H required for forming the compartment. When lowering the board can rest on the board bottom 19.
- the total of 13 designated lifting roller carrier consists of the sliding cheeks 20 and the actual lifting roller 21.
- the length of the sliding cheeks 20 should be just like that Length of the group 12 may be greater than the lifting height H. This dimensioning ensures that the lower end of the group 12 is not pulled through the board base 19 when the associated board 11 is lifted and that adjacent lifting roller carriers 13 always remain in an orderly association even with relative movement and cannot be supported on one another.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a jacquard double plush fabric with a one-shot pile weave and single-compartment weft insertion, in particular a double carpet plush. It also relates to a method for producing the jacquard double plush fabric and a device for carrying out the method.
When producing a double plush fabric, two fabric sheets are woven on top of one another and connected to one another by additionally and simultaneously woven-in pile threads. In the finished double fabric, the vertical pile threads between the upper and lower fabric are separated by cutting, so that two fabric sheets with threads that stand up on one side, the pile, are created.
For the incorporation of the pile threads connecting the two basic fabrics, a one-shot pile binding with single-compartment weft insertion of the type mentioned at the beginning is possible, in which, however, the dead choruses lie against the back of the lower fabric. These dead chores, which are temporarily not working and float on the back of the base fabric, have to be scraped away later. When scratching, the half pile threads or knobs that are created at the pole change points are also pulled out. The base fabric therefore points to everyone Choir change a missing part on the corresponding shot. Despite the inferior bottom material, the one-shot pole binding with dead choruses floating on the underside is still predominantly used in many countries to produce double-carpet plush and the like, since the corresponding weaving technique is simple and a normal high-fold jacquard machine is sufficient for forming . Furthermore, the production of the one-shot pile binding is relatively high, since each shot carries a row of knobs, which means that a relatively dense pile cover can be achieved without the need for additional auxiliary shots.
In order to counteract the disadvantage of the inferior lower material which arises in the known one-weft pole binding, the three-weft pole binding also to be weaved by single-compartment weft insertion and on a normal high-compartment machine could be used. With this binding, unlike the known one-shot pole binding, it is possible to place the pole changing points on two different shots in the upper structure. Although with this binding the dead choruses are again on the back of the lower fabric and can be scratched away, there are no defects in the lower fabric during the scraping process. The gain of this binding is paid for through loss of production and the loss of a lot of valuable pole material when forming the pile knobs and, of course, when scraping off the dead choir.
In the case of the aforementioned two bindings, the dead choruses floating on the back of the bottom fabric can only be used as waste material. To avoid this loss, and instead with the valuable To improve the quality of the carpet pile material, the two-weft binding to be weaved by single-compartment weft insertion was developed, in which the dead choruses are woven into the upper and lower goods. The upper and lower goods are equally heavy, and the goods appear in a very clear image on the front and back. However, a total of four shots are necessary in the upper and lower plant to form a complete tuft. For each shot, a (jacquard) card sheet is required, which is pressed between the shots. Because the boards on the knife box always have to be moved to the reading position for reading, a complete up and down movement of the knife box is required with each machine revolution. Binding about halved.
For this reason, various types of weaving with double-fold weft insertion are used to increase the performance when weaving double plush fabrics. Obviously, a significantly higher production can be achieved if not only one weft is alternately inserted into the upper and lower fabric with each revolution of the weaving machine, but if two wefts are inserted simultaneously and one above the other, one in the upper and one under the same revolution. In the simplest type of this technique, the two-weft binding to be weaved by double-fold weft insertion, however, mixed contours occur during weaving through or standing pile and spreading knobs through half-weaving and thus an uneasy upper side.
The three-weft weave with double-fold weft insertion, which is mostly used in carpet weaving mills today, was therefore created. In this weaving technique, a third weft is inserted between the two wefts of the two-weft binding, which covers the dead choir towards the underside of the carpet and prevents it from being pushed through. Although three shots are required to form a tuft and this results in a relatively low production, there is no technical, aesthetically and economically satisfactory alternative for this three-shot binding.
The invention has for its object to develop a binding which combines the advantages of the three-weft binding to be weaved by double-weft insertion with those of a binding to be produced by single-weft insertion, in which likewise the dead chorus does not press through and Mixed contours do not occur but the number of shots per tuft is reduced to a minimum. Furthermore, despite the use of a single compartment weft insertion device, clear images should be generated on the front and back of the upper and lower goods. The solution according to the invention is characterized in the case of a one-weft pole binding with single-compartment weft insertion by dead chorus woven into the upper and lower sides.
The weft thread lying on the outside, ie facing away from the pile side of the goods, is preferably selected to be approximately twice as thick as the weft thread lying on the pile side. For the process of weaving double plush fabrics with single compartment weft insertion and essentially half each in the Dead choirs woven into the upper and lower fabric, the solution according to the invention is characterized by the formation of poles on each weft in the upper and lower fabric with the aid of a separate card sheet for each weft for controlling all the choirs in the one-weft pole binding.
- a) der bekannten mit Einzelfach-Schußeintrag zu webenden Ein-Schuß-Polaufbindung ohne deren Nachteil der auf dem Rücken der Unterware flottierenden toten Chore;
- a) the known one-weft pole binding to be weaved with single compartment weft insertion without the disadvantage of the dead chorus floating on the back of the lower fabric;
- b) the interwoven two-weft weave, also to be weaved with single compartment weft insertion, with the weft number reduced to half; and
- c) the interwoven three-weft binding to be formed with double weft insertion, with a considerably less complex machine, for example, according to the invention, only one specialist is required for two or more machines per known double-compartment machine.
In the method according to the invention, a new card reading is required for each shot. In order to carry out such a method in the production of a single-fold weft insertion normal fabric, double-stroke, completely open-pocket jacquard machines are used in conjunction with the corresponding weaving machine. The sinker stroke of a conventional jacquard machine of this type is not sufficient for weaving a double fabric. Since the Double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine has a knife box stroke adapted to the manufacture of single fabrics, the lifting height of the harness cords with attached pollitz with weight, etc., including the sinkers and thus the knife boxes when used for double plush hovering, must be approximately doubled. Since the length of the stroke has to be overcome in essentially unchanged time, if the production speed is not to be reduced, the mechanics of the machine have to absorb considerable forces which are many tons in systems several meters wide.
According to a further invention, a weaving machine designed for the production of a double plush fabric with a single-fold weft insertion and a one-weft pile weave can be operated with a double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine, which is essentially only equipped for normal fabrics, if a lifting roller is attached to each plate, the associated one Harness cord is guided over the roll and is firmly connected to the machine frame with its end opposite its pollitz. When lifting and lowering a sinker around the sinker stroke customary in the production of normal tissue, the harness cord with pollitz wire is moved up and down (at twice the stroke) corresponding to the double sinker stroke under these circumstances. With this solution, the individual circuit board must also carry the lifting roller, but it is relieved of half the weight of the harness cord, pollitz and harness weight. In this way, it is possible to use a double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine designed for normal or single fabrics with double plush fabric with single-compartment weft insertion and with one-weft binding with dead choirs integrated into the upper and lower fabric. The binding according to the invention can therefore be woven with essentially standard machines if the board and harness cord of the respective jacquard machine are connected to one another via the lifting roller mentioned.
A separate punched card sheet must be used for each weft to be entered when producing the fabric according to the invention. The punched card sheet should also be scanned with every revolution of the weaving machine in order to control the necessary movements of the chorus with a view to the fact that the dead chorus, on average, is woven in half on top and bottom. The punch cards can be programmed in the usual way using a punch card punch, manually or by computer.
- Fig. 1 und 2 eine durchgewebte Zwei- bzw. Ein-Schuß-Bindung jeweils mit Einzelfach-Schußeintrag; und
- Fig. 3 einen Webharnisch zum Herstellen der Bindung.
- Figures 1 and 2 a woven two- or one-weft binding each with single compartment weft entry. and
- Fig. 3 shows a harness for making the binding.
While two shots are required to produce a tuft in the upper and lower fabric in the interwoven two-weft binding with single-compartment weft insertion according to FIG. 1, for a tuft in the upper or lower fabric in the interwoven one-weft fabric according to the invention Binding with a single compartment entry according to FIG. 2 requires only one shot.
The special feature of the one-shot binding to be formed by single-compartment weft insertion according to the invention is that the
A double-stroke, fully open-pocket jacquard machine is preferably used to form the shed when manufacturing the fabric according to the invention.
