This known chimney gives satisfaction for the discharge of burnt gas, for instance originating from a boiler of a central heating and of ventilation gases, for instance coming from spaces to be ventilated such as kitchens, the room in which said boiler is positioned, etc, which latter gases have a temperature that is the same or a little higher than the surrounding temperature.

- a third concentric flue is present in such a manner that a second ring shaped channel is formed for discharge gases of a second heating device.
