Abstract

A cribbing device for trenches which includes a pair of opposing supports spaced apart by a spreader, each support having a plurality of guide profiles and a crosspiece. The crosspiece is disposed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the trench, and the guide profiles are arranged adjacent each other on said crosspiece. The guide profiles include a plurality of legs disposed vertically and extending outward from the crosspiece, and a plurality of flanges disposed vertically and secured to the legs at the ends of the legs opposite the crosspiece. The flanges project beyond both sides of the legs. A plurality of cribbing boards each having a guide bar which supports a guide head is provided. The guide head is in the form of a slotted hollow box section and extends vertically beyond the board at its vertical face side. The width of each guide profile flange is slightly smaller than the inside width of the guide heads. The slot of the guide heads corresponds to the legs of the guide profiles, and the inside spacings between the legs of the adjacent guide profiles is slightly larger than the total width of the guide heads. The boards may, therefore, be guided and supported by the supports by engaging the guide heads of the boards with the guide profiles of the supports thereby permitting the boards to be passed by each other on parallel planes and to be supported by the supports in a form-locked manner.

Description

The invention relates to a construction device for trenches, consisting of pairs of opposing supports and spaced apart by spacing and in these form-fittingly guided and held shoring plates, the supports having vertically arranged guide profiles for the shoring plates that can be guided past one another in parallel planes perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the trench , wherein the guide profiles arranged on each web of a support consist of the same web parts standing vertically on the web of the support and perpendicularly arranged flange parts fastened to the free ends of the web parts, the width of which is slightly less than the inside width of the guide heads of the shoring panels, wherein the clear distances between two adjacent web parts are slightly larger than the total width of the guide heads of the shoring panels and wherein the vertical end faces extend in whole or in part over the height of the shoring panels the guide heads are designed as slotted box hollow profiles (C profiles) which are open to the outside in cross section, the position of the slot in the guide head corresponding to the position of the web part of each guide profile.

A shoring device of this type is known from DE-OS-2 949 312. With it, it is possible to connect shoring panels of the aforementioned type arranged one behind the other in a form-fitting manner with a support and to install them in the trench in a staggered manner. The column spacing is essentially fixed and determined by the known shoring device.

When digging trenches with large-format Yerbauplatten it happens that the supports to be erected with cross lines leading into the trench, e.g. B. house connections, collide so that the installation series interrupted with large format plates and here small material, for. B. ramming boards or the like. Must be installed. It would therefore be desirable to have a simple means with which the installation length could be changed to a small extent.

This is all the more important with a multi-stage shoring. It can also happen that a shoring is created in places where z. B. a two-stage shoring show flow phenomena that require a further construction stage, possibly only on a short piece of the trench. However, this can usually not be done without the use of additional special sheeting.

Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, beide Aufgaben mit einer einfachen, das Verbaumaterial typenmäßig nicht vergrößernden Ausführungsform zu lösen, die sich sowohl für den normalen, bekannten Verbau als auch für Änderungen in der Abstandslänge zwischen zwei Stützen und/oder der Verbautiefe einsetzen läßtThe invention has for its object to solve both tasks with a simple, the shoring material type not increasing embodiment, which can be used both for normal, known shoring as well as for changes in the distance between two supports and / or the shoring depth

The achievement of this object is specified in the characterizing features of the main claim.

Thereafter, it is possible to guide and hold the guide strips of the shoring plates either between two web parts of the guide profiles of a support or on their flange parts. The latter measure results in a larger column spacing while maintaining a positive connection between the column and the shoring plate.

  • Verbauplatten für drei Verbaustufen, Fig. 3 einen waagerechten Querschnitt durch eine abgewandelte Stützenbauart, für zwei verschiedene Verbindungsmöglichkeiten der Stütze mit einer Verbauplatte;
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to some exemplary embodiments shown schematically in the drawing and not to scale. Show it:
  • 1 is a horizontal cross section through a shoring support according to the invention with inserted, partially shown shoring plates for two shoring stages,
  • Fig. 2 shows a horizontal cross section through a support as in Fig. 1, but with
  • Shoring panels for three shoring stages, Fig. 3 shows a horizontal cross section through a modified type of support, for two different ways of connecting the support to a shoring panel;
  • Fig. 4 shows a horizontal cross section through another type of support and
  • Fig. 5 is a horizontal cross section similar to Fig. 4, with sheeting plates guided by means of rollers.

Fig. 1 shows in horizontal cross section a support 1 for a multi-stage shoring device. Such a shoring device consists of supports, in or on the supports with their end faces guided and held sheeting panels 2 and spreaders 3, which are attached or guided between opposing supports 1 and keep them at a distance across the width of a trench. In the case of multi-stage shoring devices, the shoring panels are held in different levels so that they can be guided past one another. This then inevitably results in a stepped trench cross-section. A trench shoring device of this type is known from DE-PS-2 302 053.

The support 1 consists of a web 4 which extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the trench in the installed state. On each web 4 are perpendicular to it, i. H. pointing in the longitudinal direction of the trench, guide profiles 5 for the lining plates 2 are arranged. These guide profiles 5 consist of T-profiles, the web part 6 of which is perpendicular to the web 4 of the support and the free end of which carries a flange part 7 perpendicular thereto.

Two adjacent guide profiles 5 form a slotted box hollow profile, which in the case shown has a symmetrical C-shaped cross section. The flange parts 7 can also be arranged asymmetrically offset on the web parts 6.

At the end of the column cross section directed towards the inside of the trench, a slotted box hollow profile 8 is arranged, which serves to receive the head 17 of a spreader 3. This box hollow profile 8 can also be designed as a U-profile.

The shoring plates 2 have on their vertical end faces with the guide profiles 5 of the support 1 interacting guide bars 9 with a substantially T-shaped profile that extend wholly or partially over the height of the end face. Each flange part of a guide bar 9 forms a guide head 10 and is designed as a slotted box hollow profile (C profile) which is open to the outside in cross section and does not necessarily have to be symmetrical in itself and with the shoring plate 2.

The clear distances SB between two adjacent web parts 6 of the guide profiles 5 are slightly larger than the total width VB of each guide head 10 of the shoring plate 2. Furthermore, the clear distance ST between the web 4 of the support 1 and the flange parts 7 of the guide profiles 5 is greater than the total depth VT each guide head 10. Furthermore, the width FB of the flange parts 7 of the guide profiles 5 is slightly less than the clear width VLB of each guide head 10. The arrangement of the web parts 6 is such that it corresponds to the position of the slot 11 of the associated guide head 10.

Under these conditions, the guide heads 10 can be inserted into the slotted box hollow profiles formed by the guide profiles, as in the prior art, and are there form-fitting, i. H. held tensile and compressive.

As shown in FIG. 2, a three-stage shoring can also be provided when using the same support 1 and the same shoring panels 2. In this case, the guide heads 10, which are designed as slotted box hollow profiles, are pushed onto the guide profiles 5 which are T-shaped in cross section and are then also form-fitting, ie. H. held tensile and pressure resistant. This connection is also known per se. At the same time, however, the column spacing in the longitudinal direction of the trench is increased by approximately twice the depth of a guide head 10.

The three-stage shoring formed in this way requires hardly more space perpendicular to the trench axis than the two-stage shoring. No structural changes to the shoring elements are required.

Anstelle des einfachen Steges 4 ist bei diesen Ausführungsbeispielen ein als U-Profil 13 ausgebildeter Steg vorgesehen, dessen beide Schenkel 14 auf ihren Außenseiten die Führungsprofile 5 tragen.3 and 4 show a support arrangement similar to that of FIGS. 1 and 2, the alternative options for the form-fitting fastening of a shoring plate 2 with the support 1 being shown in FIG. Instead of the simple web 4, a web designed as a U-profile 13 is provided in these exemplary embodiments, the two legs 14 of which carry the guide profiles 5 on their outer sides.

Between the legs 14 of the U-profile 13, a guide profile 15 is provided for the head 17 of the struts 3, which is arranged more or less deep between the legs 14 as desired.

As shown in FIG. 5, rotatable rollers 12 can be arranged at least on the flange 20 of the guide head 10 pointing towards the inside of the trench, these rollers extending beyond the profile of the guide head 10 and being supported on the web part 6 of the associated guide profile 5. As a result, the friction between the shoring elements can be reduced in a manner known per se.

Das Führungsprofil 16 besteht aus einander mit Abstand gegenüber stehenden U-Profilen, auf deren innerem Flansch 18 die Spreize 3 abgestützt ist.5 also shows a modified guide profile 16 for the head 17 of a spreader 3. The guide profile 16 consists of mutually opposite U-profiles, on the inner flange 18 of which the spreader 3 is supported.

In order to keep the struts 3 at a certain height, 3 retaining bolts 19 are provided parallel to the struts, which can be inserted through suitable holes in the profile 16. Such retaining bolts 19 can also be provided in the same way for the slotted box hollow section 15 of FIGS. 3 and 4.
