Claims (7)

1. Procédé pour le fraisage d'onglets disposés symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian d'une partie de cadre à barreaux et d'une rainure reliant ensemble les onglets, dans lequel l'ébauche à fraiser est solidement fixée dans un dispositif de maintien, caractérisé en ce que
a) l'ébauche est fraisée d'un seul côté, tandis que l'outil de fraisage se déplace dans une direction horizontale sur l'ébauche et transversalement à l'ébauche,
b) le dispositif de maintien de l'ébauche subit une rotation de 180°.
c) par cette rotation de l'ébauche dans le champ de travail de l'outil de rainurage, une rainure en forme de paroi cylindrique est automatiquement fraisée,
d) l'outil de fraisage est ramené dans la direction opposée, dans la position de départ, et de ce fait le fraisage de l'onglet dans le deuxième côté de l'ébauche est effectué,
e) l'ébauche est retournée et débloquée dans la position de départ.
2. Dispositif pour le fraisage d'onglets disposés symétriquement par rapport à l'axe médian d'une partie de cadre à barreaux et d'une rainure reliant ensemble les onglets, caractérisé par
a) un dispositif de guidage (34, 35) lié au bâti de la machine (22, 24) pour recevoir un outil de fraisage (1) qui est déplaçable horizontalement le long du dispositif et réglable en hauteur, et qui fraise les onglets,

4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien d'ébauche (8) est solidement fixé à des parties du bâti de la machine, dans lesquelles il peut pivoter d'une position d'ébauche à une autre position d'ébauche décalée de 180°.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien d'ébauche (8) comporte un dispositif de serrage sous pression pour fixer l'ébauche (9).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2,4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de maintien d'ébauche (8) est réglable en hauteur.
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'outil de rainurage (20) est réglable latéralement pour alignement sur l'outil de fraisage (1), c'est-à-dire dans la direction de l'axe de l'ébauche (9).
