Description

The invention relates to a suspension device system for wall panels with a crossbar attachable to a wall or the like and suspended therein, the wall panels with its lower end engaging hooks, each hook being adjacent to the wall panels and the middle of the crossbar side upper hook end at least one which extends transversely to its longitudinal direction, has a longitudinal surface or edge of the cross bar or the like. Such a suspension device system has become known, for example, from DE-A-3 203 467. The suspension hook is a comparatively complex sheet metal part with a resilient tongue bent out of the sheet metal plane. It forms the approach that grips under the longitudinal edge of the transverse bar, this transverse bar being clamped in the vertical direction between the approach and the upper end of the hook.

A similar suspension device system has become known from DE-A-3 237 294. There, too, a hook designed as a bleaching part is used, the extension of which engages under a longitudinal surface of the transverse bar, in turn, as a tongue bent out of the plane of the sheet metal. In contrast to the first-mentioned suspension device system, not a laterally projecting bar is undercut, but rather the lower longitudinal surface of the entire cross bar designed as a profile, so that the vertical bracing covers the entire height of the cross bar.

As mentioned, while the two above-mentioned hanger systems use sheet metal hooks, DE-C-368659 provides for the use of wire-bent hooks. The upper end of the hook is bent twice in opposite directions. It is inserted through a hole corresponding to its cross section of the profile strip provided for this purpose.

The wall panels held with such suspension device systems form a so-called curtain wall for the wall in question. The individual wall panels stand in the hooks encompassing their lower end, a panel being generally carried by at least two hooks. In the case of an overlapping arrangement of the plates, two adjacent plates can also be placed in one and the same hook. The cross bars or the like are attached to the wall directly or indirectly. After completion of the wall covering, only the free lower hook ends are visible. The hooks must each be attached and shaped in such a way that, in cooperation with their associated cross bar or the like, they securely hold the curtain wall in place when the loads occur, which is not only the weight load, but also wind forces, for example. The special shape and attachment of the hooks on the cross bars is intended to avoid, as far as possible, a relative movement of the hooks relative to the bars in order to ensure the stability of the curtain wall.

The object of the invention is to develop a suspension device system of the type described in such a way that, while maintaining the limited degree of freedom of the hook and thus a good guarantee for a correct alignment of the plates, the construction of the hook is as simple as possible and its attachment to the cross bar as safe as possible is.

To achieve this object, it is proposed according to the invention that the suspension device system according to the preamble of claim 1 is characterized in that the hook is made of wire-like material and the free leg of the upper end of the attachment is approximately U-shaped to form the attachment and is laterally in a plane transverse to the hook middle plane defined by the lower end of the hook and the middle part of the hook is located, the two ends of the U-, legs of the approach being approximately at the same height, and that the approach with little play between two surfaces or edges of the transverse bar running transverse to the middle hook plane or the like. It is obvious that the smaller the play mentioned, the more likely the hook will retain the intended mounting position. After their assembly, the hooks are correctly aligned with respect to their assigned cross bar and they can transfer the forces acting on them via the attachment to the cross bar or the like. With a horizontal arrangement of the cross bar or the like, the hook center piece extends in the vertical direction. But it is easily possible to attach the approach so that the cross bar or the like. Includes a certain angle with the horizontal and the hook still extends in a vertical direction or plane. The hook attachment, in conjunction with the two surfaces or edges of the cross bar or the like running transversely to the hook center plane, ensures that the hook cannot move sideways in a plane perpendicular to the wall and also to the side on which the attachment is located.

Because the hook is made of wire, it can be manufactured inexpensively, which is particularly important in the case of a mass-produced article. On the other hand, this hook also enables a comparatively simply designed and thus also inexpensive crossbar or the like. Of the two mentioned ends of the U-legs of the approach, of course, only one is free, while the other due to the one-piece production of the hook in the the upper end of the hook merges immediately.

The game with which the approach between two surfaces running across the hook plane or edges of the cross bar, and the exact shape of the hook, in particular the size of the different radii are to be selected so that the hook can be easily mounted on the one hand, but on the other hand after mounting, in particular assuming a vertical position, evasion to the front or is no longer possible after the approach. The degree of freedom against the direction of assembly is of course preserved, so that the plates and hooks can be removed at any time to get to the wall or to replace damaged plates.

U-Schenkel-Wandungen verlaufen.Another variant of the invention is characterized in that the two surfaces for the approach or shoulder are formed by the inner surfaces of two parallel walls of a cross bar designed as a square tube or as a U-rail. The distance between these two walls thus corresponds essentially to the wire thickness. In this respect, the assembly pivoting movement must also run in a plane parallel to the square or U-leg walls.

Another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the two edges for the approach or shoulder are formed by two sections of a cross bar designed as a profile rail. This can be, for example, two mutually facing strips or a strip and a wall of the profile rail or the like running transversely thereto, in particular a tube or a U-profile.

The invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. Here represent:
  • 1 is a side view of the device without plates,
  • 2 shows a second embodiment of the invention with plates,
  • Fig. 3 shows a third variant of the invention, also with plates and

The suspension device consists of a cross bar 1 or the like and several hooks 2 suspended therein. The cross bar 1 or the like is normally fastened horizontally or indirectly to the wall directly or indirectly. In the case of the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, it has a plurality of suspension bores 3, in particular arranged at a uniform distance, for the suspension or. upper hook end 4. The lower hook end 5 is U-shaped. It serves to support a plate 6 located essentially above the hook or hooks.

The cross bar 1 can be, for example, a square tube (FIGS. 1 and 4) or another suitable profile with a longitudinal surface or edge that can be gripped under. The front surface 7 of each cross bar 1 extends parallel to the wall, not shown, and it forms a contact surface for the straight hook middle piece 8. In order to avoid pivoting of the hook relative to the vertical in the sense of arrow 9, this applies to the invention 1, between the mutually facing longitudinal edges of two surfaces or edges or profile webs 10 and 11 of the cross bar 1 designed as a hollow profile. In the variant shown in FIG. 4, the inner cross section of the cross bar designed as a square tube is 1 dimensioned so that a movement in the direction of arrow 9 is not possible or a forced position of the hook is ensured. Movement in the opposite direction is prevented by the strip 11 or the tube wall 12 of the inner cross section and the front surface 7. Movement within the imaginary central plane 13 laid by the hook and extending perpendicular to the wall is thus excluded, apart from tolerance-related minimal movements. H. the hook can only assume a precisely specified position.

A movement perpendicular to this in the sense of arrow 14 into the image plane prevents the hook end 2 with the integrally formed attachment 15, which is designed in a special way. In the exemplary embodiments, this attachment 15 is located to the right of the central plane 13 when looking in the direction of arrow 16 looks. If two lugs 15 or shoulders are provided on hook 2 and these protrude to the left and right, evasion against arrow 14 is also prevented. Because these movements are prevented after assembly of the hook, you can, with appropriate training, design and dimensioning of hooks and shoulders and shoulders, as well as a matching cross bar 1 or the like, an exactly vertical position of the hook or its straight hook center piece Reach 8.

The upper hook end 4 is dimensioned in Fig. 1 so that the hook center piece 8 rests directly on the front surface 7. This is also the case with the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3, but there the cross bar 1 was designed in a special way so that a further plate 18 can be accommodated behind the projection 17 of the cross bar 1. A further plate 18 is also provided in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 2, but this is located between the cross bar 1 or the like and the hook center piece or pieces 8.

Since a facade is made up of a whole number of plates or rows of plates and all the transverse strips 1 are located on the vertical wall surface, each plate must be inclined slightly so that its lower end can overlap over the upper end of the plate below, whereby each of the hooks or the hook middle pieces 8 are in between. This can be achieved in a simple manner in that when the hook, which runs vertically in the loose state, undergoes a certain deflection in the direction of arrow 9, which gives it a pretension and gives the facade increased stability. This inclination is small in the size or height of the plates used, however, and is not taken into account in the drawing of FIGS. 2 and 3.

As already indicated, the extension 15 of the hooks 2 shown in the exemplary embodiments is formed by its upper or hook end. For this purpose, the hook end of the hook is bent laterally with respect to the central plane 13 and shaped into a U 19. The plane of this U therefore extends transversely, in particular perpendicularly, to the central plane 13. In addition, this end is bent up so far that the end face 20 of the free leg 21 of the U 19 comes to rest in the assembly end position on the underside of the longitudinal surface 22 of the cross bar 1 or just a minimal distance from it. In the case of FIG. 4, the longitudinal surface is formed by the underside of the upper transverse wall 23 of the square tube. Another cross-sectional shape of the cross bar can also be an inner web, an edge or a shoulder extending in the longitudinal direction.

The hooks 2 are installed by inserting the free U-leg 21 into the mounting hole 3 and superimposing a pivoting movement in the direction of the arrow 14.
