Claims (4)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'enroulements basse tension (5) en un matériau en forme de ruban (15) enroulé en spirale avec des couches intermédiaires isolantes (16) et ayantune pièce rapportée par coulée (17) en résine de coulée sur chacune des deux surfaces frontales annulaires, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste:
- à se servir comme résine de coulée d'un mélange exempt de solvant, en soi connu, de résines de polyépoxyde et de résines de polyisocyanate,
- à commencer à durcir ce mélange, par addition d'un accélérateur de réaction à la température ambiante et en quelques minutes après la coulée sur les surfaces frontales, en une pièce rapportée par coulée annulaire déjà susceptible de supporter une charge mécanique,
- à durcir complètement les pièces de coulée (17) du même enroulement (5) simultanément entre 100°C et 140° C de manière qu'elles puissent supporter une contrainte même à une température élevée, et - à post-durcir sans ramollissement les pièces rapportées par coulée (17) durcies complètement en dépassant, au cours du fonctionnement, par élévation du point de transition à l'état vitreux (température de transformation en verre), les températures de durcissement complet.
2. Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à utiliser, comme accélérateur de réaction, une N,N-diméthylbenzylamine (DMBA).

Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à laisser encore l'enroulement (5) sur le support d'enroulement pendant la coulée des pièces rapportées par coulée (17) et à effectuer le post-durcissement entre 100°C et 140°C, mais seulement après avoir enlevé l'enroulement (5) de son support.
4. Procédé suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à dépasser la température de durcissement complet par un échauffement effectué à des fins de vérification, ou par une surcharge intentionnelle du transformateur, et à élever ainsi le point de transition à l'état vitreux.
