Description

The invention relates to a container, in particular for a conveyor system, according to the preamble of claim 1.

Containers, in particular for a conveyor system of the type mentioned at the outset, are known, for example, from CH-A-496 603. The fact that the lid of such a container can only be opened on one side makes its accessibility from the other side very difficult. In addition, the containers can then practically only be used in a specific arrangement.

The object of the invention is to design a container of the type mentioned at the outset so that it is freely accessible from opposite sides.

The object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. The fact that the closure is designed as a combination snap closure, which acts both as a hinge and can be used to open the container, ensures unhindered accessibility of the container from opposite sides. The automatic snap-in of the combination snap lock also ensures that the container is always securely closed. In addition, there is no longer any need to consider the position in which such a container is used on a conveyor system.

Advantageous embodiments of the container are described in claims 2 to 5.

The latch of the combination snap lock can be arranged according to claim 2 on the lid. However, its arrangement according to claim 3 on the receiving part of the container is more advantageous.

There are various possibilities for the formation of the combination snap lock. A particularly simple embodiment describes claim 4. A particularly space-saving and less conspicuous design of the combination snap lock is specified in claim 5.

  • Figur 1 einen Behälter mit auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten angeordneten Kombischnappverschlüssen im Vertikalschnitt und im Ausschnitt ;
  • Figur 2 einen Kombischnappverschluss an einer Seite des Behälters in schaubildlicher Darstellung ;
Exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are described in more detail below with reference to the drawings, in which:
  • 1 shows a container with combination snap locks arranged on opposite sides in vertical section and in the cutout;
  • Figure 2 shows a combination snap lock on one side of the container in a diagram;
  • Figure 3 shows another combination snap lock partially in vertical section along the hinge axis.

An beiden Längsseiten 6 des Behälters sind Kombischnappverschlüsse 8 angeordnet, die wahlweise zum Oeffnen des Behälters bzw. als Gelenk Verwendung finden.FIG. 1 shows a container as is suitable, for example, for a conveyor system according to CH-A-496 603. This container contains a receiving part 2, which is closed with a lid 4. Combined snap locks 8 are arranged on both longitudinal sides 6 of the container, which can be used either for opening the container or as a joint.

Each combination snap lock 8 has two block-shaped bearing parts 10, which are fastened to a side wall 12 of the receiving part 2. On these bearing parts 10, a bolt 14 is pivotally mounted, which is designed as a plate-shaped rocker 16. An upper rocker part 18 contains lugs 20 which overlap the fixed bearing part 10 in the closed position shown. Each bearing part 10 contains, on the side 22 overlapped by the nose 20 of the bolt 14, a bearing recess 24 for receiving a hinge pin 26 which is connected to the cover 4 via a band part 28. The hinge pin 26 is held in the bearing recess 24 by means of the nose 20 which overlaps the side 22 of the bearing part 10. A spring 30 ensures the pretensioning of the bolt 14 in the closed position shown. The bolt 14 has on its top a run-up surface 32, which makes it possible to actuate the combination snap lock 8 automatically when the lid is closed. By running the hinge pin 26 on the run-up surface 32, the bolt 14 is displaced from its closed position against the force of the spring 30 until the hinge pin 26 snaps behind the nose 20 of the bolt 14.

In this case, a guide sleeve 36 is fastened to the cover 4, in which two hinge pins 40 designed as bolts 38 are arranged to be axially displaceable relative to one another. A spring 42 clamped between the hinge pins 40 biases the hinge pins outward. At the opposite inner ends of the hinge pin 40 each handle parts 44 are attached, for. B. screwed, which are guided radially outwards through a common longitudinal slot 46 in the guide sleeve 36. The handle parts 44 also serve to limit the axial movement of the hinge pins outwards. These hinge pins 40 cooperate with bearing parts 48 which are fastened in the axial direction on both sides of the guide sleeve 36 to the receiving part 2 of the container. The bearing parts 48 contain bores 50 for receiving the hinge pins 40. On the hinge pins 40 and the bearing parts 48 there are in each case run-up surfaces 52, 54 which enable the combination snap lock 34 to snap in even without actuating the handle parts 44. To open the closure, the handle parts 44 only have to be moved against one another by compressing the spring 42.
