Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Walzgerüst mit einem in zweiseitigen, anstellbaren Lagern angeordneten und an einer Seite mit Antriebselementen kuppelbarem Tragwellenpaar und auf dessen Tragwellen in einen Sitz zwischen beiden Lagern aufschiebbaren Walzringen, bei dem die den Antriebselementen abgewandten Lager in einem selbständigen Träger und mit diesem in Walzenachsrichtung von dem Walzgerüst wegbewegbar sind, wobei die Tragwellen in der dabei entstehenden einseitig gelagerten Tragstellung im Walzgerüst festhaltbar sind.The invention relates to a rolling stand with a pair of support shafts arranged in two-sided, adjustable bearings and on one side that can be coupled with drive elements, and on the support shafts of which push-fit roller rings can be pushed into a seat between the two bearings, in which the bearings facing away from the drive elements in an independent carrier and with the latter can be moved away from the roll stand in the direction of the roll axis, the support shafts being able to be retained in the roll stand in the resulting one-sided support position.
Walzgerüste dieser Gattung werden vorwiegend dort verwendet, wo der eigentliche Walzenkörper aus besonders hochwertigen Werkstoffen bestehen muß, weil der Walzvorgang mit hoher Geschwindigkeit, unter hohen Temperaturen und/ oder anderen, den Walzwerkstoff sehr stark beanspruchenden Einflüssen vor sich geht, so z.B. in den Fertigblöcken von modernen Drahtwalzenstraßen. Der Vorteil dieser Walzgerüste besteht dabei darin, daß nur der Walzring auf z.B. hochverschleißfestem und hitzebeständigem Werkstoff bestehen muß, während die Tragwellen lediglich aus einem Werkstoff hergestellt sein müssen, der den sekundären Beanspruchungen, z.B. den aus dem Walzdruck herrührenden Biegekräften gewachsen sein muß. Da solche Walzringe im Fertigblock von Drahtwalzstraßen verhältnismäßig kleine Durchmesser und ein entsprechend geringes Gewicht aufweisen, brachte die Notwendigkeit des Auswechselns der Walzringe infolge Verschleißes oder für einen Kaliberwechsel keine Schwierigkeiten mit sich. Für den Wechsel wurde und wird das gesamte, meist kastenartig ausgebildete Walzgerüst mit dem Tragwellenpaar und den eingebauten Anstelleinrichtungen nach Lösen der Antriebskuppelelemente von dem Tragwellenpaar aus einem entsprechenden Tragständer gehoben, durch ein vorbereitetes vollständiges Gerüst ersetzt, und das mit den auszuwechselnden Walzringen versehene Gerüst an einen Montageplatz gebracht, wo die beiden Walzenständer von dem Tragwellenpaar abgezogen, die Walzringe von diesem heruntergeschoben und durch neue ersetzt wurden. Die Exzenterbüchse 10 im Walzenständer 1 kragt mit einem Ringsegmentabschnitt 10a über den jeweiligen Walzring 15 und ist mit einem entsprechenden Ringansatz 9a der anderen Exzenterbüchse steckverbunden mit der Wirkung, daß beim Drehen der Exzenterbüchsen 10 mittels einer Gewindespindel 12 im Walzenständer 1 diese Drehung auf die Exzenterbüchse 9 übertragen wird. Die im Walzenständer 1 angeordnete Exzenterbüchse 10 geht in eine, die Tragwelle 3, 4 umfassende zylindrische Verlängerung 10b über, deren der Antriebskupplung 16 zugewandtes Ringende einen nach innen gerichteten Bund 10c aufweist, der eine zylindrische Stützfläche 10d für den Abschnitt der Tragwelle 3, 4 zwischen dem Lager 6 und der Antriebskupplung 16 bildet.In the embodiment, the
Der Walzenständer 2 des Walzgerüstes 1, 2 wird nach Lösen der Schraubverbindungen 8 mit Hilfe des in Fig. 3 dargestellten auf Rollen 20 mit Hilfe eines nicht dargestellten Antriebsaggregats verfahrbaren Tragwagens 18 von dem Walzenständer 1 in Richtung des eingezeichneten Pfeils wegbewegt und damit die Lager 5 von den Tragwellen 3, 4 abgezogen. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel sitzen die Walzringe 15 auf der zylindrischen Außenfläche 22a von Büchsen 22, mit konisch verlaufender Innenfläche 22b. Diese Büchsen 22 bilden dabei gleichzeitig den Lagerinnenring des Lagers 5. Die Walzringe 15 werden deshalb bei dieser Ausbildung zusammen mit dem Walzenständer 2 aus dem Walzgerüst herausgebracht und in ihrer Abzugslage gehalten. Als Halteelement dienen Tragbolzen 30, die bei der Abziehbewegung des Wagens 18 in die dabei frei werdenden Lageröffnungen der Lager 5 eintreten.
