Definitions
- the invention relates to a hinge pin bushing of the type reproduced in the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a hinge pin bushing is known from DE-GM 73 09 196. It is a so-called double eccentric bushing, which consists of two individual eccentric bushings that can be rotated into one another.
- the advantage of such bushings is that the wing can be adjusted relative to the frame on a bushing both in the wing plane and perpendicular to it. It is therefore only necessary to carry out an attack on a bushing arranged in a band part, in order to determine both the width of the shadow groove and the distance of the wing rebate from the front frame surface to be able to adjust.
- the hinge pin can be fixed in the other hinge part, that is to say without a bushing.
- the two bushes are fixed to one another in their mutual rotational position. In the known embodiment, this is done by an axial polygonal extension provided on the bottom of the inner sleeve, which engages in a corresponding polygonal recess on the bottom of the outer sleeve.
- the invention has for its object to form a hinge pin bushing of the type corresponding to the preamble of claim 1 so that no adjustment of the wing and only one attack from one side of the band is required for the adjustment.
- the mobility required for disengaging the two sleeves of a double eccentric sleeve is assigned to a separate part, namely the axially displaceable locking piece, so that the two sleeves can remain axially undisplaced even during the adjustment and an adjustment without lifting the wing, i.e. especially when the sash is closed. In this way, the effect of the adjustment movements can be observed directly in the operating position of the wing, in which the correct adjustment is important. Since this is a double eccentric bushing, this advantage is coupled with the adjustability only from one side.
- the embodiment according to claim 2 ensures the mutual engagement of the parts in the normal position.
- the locking piece is disengaged against the spring action only during the adjustment.
- the constructive measure according to claim 3 allows the locking piece to be accommodated in the normal outline of the hinge pin bushing without the locking piece becoming visible to the outside.
- the locking piece can be designed in the manner set out in claim 4.
- the configuration according to claim 5 is recommended, which allows the use of a suitable turning tool such as a screwdriver or wrench.
- Claim 6 represents an appropriate design and accommodation of the spring assembly again.
- the hinge pin bushing designated as a whole by 100 is a so-called double eccentric bushing and is used to support the cylindrical hinge pin 10 fastened in the upper hinge part 1 in the lower hinge part 2.
- the hinge pin bushing 100 consists of an outer sleeve 3 with a cylindrical outer peripheral surface, which sits in the band sleeve bore 4 of the lower band part 2.
- a projection 5 can be provided on the outer circumference of the outer sleeve 3, which engages in a longitudinal groove (not shown) of the band sleeve bore 4.
- the outer sleeve 3 has a bevelled projection 6, which rests on a corresponding countersinking of the band sleeve bore 4.
- the cylindrical outer circumference of the outer sleeve 3 has an axis 7, from which the axis 8 of the bore 9 of the outer sleeve 3 deviates by the amount of the eccentricity.
- the inner bore 12 which receives the hinge pin 10, is in turn eccentric to the outer circumference of the inner sleeve 11 and has an axis, the eccentricity of which corresponds to that of the outer sleeve 3 in the exemplary embodiment.
- the inner sleeve 11 is also arranged so that the axis of the inner bore 12 coincides with the axis 7 of the outer periphery 4 of the outer sleeve 3.
- the inner sleeve 11 has a radial flange 13 which engages over the edge of the band sleeve bore 4 and forms an intermediate disk, via which the upper band part 1 transmits the vertical forces to the lower band part 2 with little friction.
- the inner sleeve 11 has a bottom 14 with a slot-like recess 15 in the middle and a circumferential groove 16 at the outer edge into which a pin 18 seated in a bore 17 of the outer sleeve 3 engages tangentially, so that the inner sleeve 11 in the outer sleeve 3 is rotatable, but is held axially immovable.
- the bottom 14 of the inner sleeve 11 is arranged at a distance above the bottom 19 of the outer sleeve 3, so that a locking piece designated as a whole by 20 can be accommodated in the space 21 formed between the bottoms 14, 19.
- the locking piece 20 essentially comprises a disc 22 which is guided with its outer boundary in the bore 9 of the outer sleeve 3. According to FIG. 1 upward, a flat shoulder 23 protrudes from the disk 22, which engages in the slot-shaped recess 15 of the base 14 in such a way that the locking member 20 is non-rotatably connected to the inner sleeve 11, but in the axial direction with respect to the inner sleeve 11 is movable.
- a helical compression spring 24 is arranged, which the locking piece 20 in the normal case according to Fi g . 1 presses down.
- the bottom 19 of the outer sleeve 3, whose upper limit perpendicular to the axis 7 ends at 25, has eight in the exemplary embodiment evenly over the circumference distributed wells 26.
- the disk 22 of the rig piece 20 has projections 27 opposite the recesses 26 and projecting downward towards the bottom 19 according to FIG. 1, which engage in the recesses 26.
- four projections 27 arranged in a cross are provided.
- the disk 22 can be circular and rest with its outer circumference on the inner circumference 9 of the outer sleeve 3; however, it is also sufficient if the floor plan, as can be seen in FIG. 3, is star-shaped, the projections 27 extend over the entire height of the disk 22 and leave the space between them in the circumferential direction.
- the locking piece 20 with the projections 27 can be displaced to above the upper limit 25 of the base 19 and brought out of engagement with the recesses 26.
- this and thus the inner sleeve 11 can be rotated relative to the outer sleeve 3 until the projections 27 with the recesses 26 are brought into engagement again in another rotational position.
- the bottom 19 does not go through to the middle, but instead leaves an access opening 29 through which a turning tool can engage the locking piece 20.
- the locking piece 20 as on the 1 and 3 shown, have a hexagon socket 30 or, as shown on the right, a screwdriver slot 31.
- the access to the locking piece 20 can, if desired, be covered by a cover disk 32 pressed into the access opening 29.
- a plurality of grooves distributed over the circumference in the hinge pin bore 4 are provided in the band part 2.
- the outer sleeve 3 can in this way be used in different rotational positions, for example to adjust the shadow groove parallel to the wing plane.
- the inner sleeve 11 is then rotated relative to the outer sleeve 3, the locking piece 20 being pushed up. After release, the locking piece 20 engages in the recesses 26 and mediates the rotationally fixed connection between the outer sleeve 3 and the inner sleeve 11 via the shoulder 23.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hinge pin bushing of the type reproduced in the preamble of
Such a hinge pin bushing is known from DE-GM 73 09 196. It is a so-called double eccentric bushing, which consists of two individual eccentric bushings that can be rotated into one another. The advantage of such bushings is that the wing can be adjusted relative to the frame on a bushing both in the wing plane and perpendicular to it. It is therefore only necessary to carry out an attack on a bushing arranged in a band part, in order to determine both the width of the shadow groove and the distance of the wing rebate from the front frame surface to be able to adjust. The hinge pin can be fixed in the other hinge part, that is to say without a bushing.
In order to prevent the individual bushes of the hinge pin bush from turning when the sash is opened and thus to avoid a change in the adjustment, the two bushes are fixed to one another in their mutual rotational position. In the known embodiment, this is done by an axial polygonal extension provided on the bottom of the inner sleeve, which engages in a corresponding polygonal recess on the bottom of the outer sleeve.
In order to change the adjustment of the two hinge parts against each other, this intervention must be canceled, i.e. the two individual bushes of the hinge pin bush must be pushed apart axially by the length of the extension in order to be able to turn them against each other. This requires the wing to be raised by at least the same amount. The simultaneous lifting of the wing and twisting of the two bushes of the hinge pin bushing against one another is particularly difficult for an individual person.
In the case of hinges with simple hinge bushes, embodiments are already known which allow the adjustment to be changed without lifting the wing (DE-OS 30 44 674). In order to ensure complete adjustability in the wing plane and perpendicular to it, simple eccentric bushes must be available in both hinge parts instead of the double eccentric bushing. The necessary adjustment of both eccentric bushes requires an attack on each band from above and from below, which in turn makes the adjustment work more difficult because it is troublesome for a single person to work from above on the upper band and from below on the lower band.
The invention has for its object to form a hinge pin bushing of the type corresponding to the preamble of
This object is achieved by the features set out in the characterizing part of
The mobility required for disengaging the two sleeves of a double eccentric sleeve is assigned to a separate part, namely the axially displaceable locking piece, so that the two sleeves can remain axially undisplaced even during the adjustment and an adjustment without lifting the wing, i.e. especially when the sash is closed. In this way, the effect of the adjustment movements can be observed directly in the operating position of the wing, in which the correct adjustment is important. Since this is a double eccentric bushing, this advantage is coupled with the adjustability only from one side.
The embodiment according to
The constructive measure according to
In individual cases, the locking piece can be designed in the manner set out in claim 4.
Since the locking piece and the inner sleeve can be very difficult to turn under certain circumstances, the configuration according to

The hinge pin bushing designated as a whole by 100 is a so-called double eccentric bushing and is used to support the
The cylindrical outer circumference of the
The
The
The
In the
If the
In order to be able to accomplish the rotation of the
