Description

The invention relates to a crane loading harness with a manually operated actuating device. If the crane loading harnesses are so-called pallet grabs or the like, the gripper is opened with the manually operated actuation, whereas in most cases the gripper is closed by lifting the loading harness. It often happens that the closing process of gripper arms on crane loading gear must be carried out manually, namely whenever the gripper arms have to be positioned very precisely. Something similar also applies if the crane loading harnesses are supporting frames that are used in container transport in order to move, stack or load the individual containers. In all cases, the support frame must be manually and positively and / or non-positively connected to the I S O corners of the container by rotating movements to be effected manually. All these B carried out manually edienungen and activities are extremely labor, power- and time-consuming. In most cases, the crane loading harnesses known to date also prohibit the Use of hydraulic auxiliary equipment, since the lines required for the supply of pressure oil in the loading business are extremely cumbersome and also prone to failure.

The object of the invention is therefore to create a crane loading gear. with an improved manually operated actuation device that no longer requires physical strength and can be accommodated in the smallest space without external force generators.

The aforementioned object is achieved in that the manual actuating device is provided with one or more hydraulic working cylinders, that the load harness head which can be coupled to the load hook of the crane cable has two components which can be moved in the vertical direction over a limited stroke relative to one another. and that with the relatively movable components there is provided an oil pressure generator which is provided with a memory and can be driven by the crane lifting movements and which is connected to the hydraulic working cylinders via manually operated control valves.

A trial of the subject of the registration shows that a few lifts and lifts with the help of the crane load rope are sufficient before starting work to provide enough pressure oil for the working cylinders for a first operation. The oil pressure generator can be designed so that it always produces more oil pressure than is required in a working stroke.

Further details and features of the invention emerge from the subclaims.

A preferred embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing.

The drawing shows:
  • Fig. 1 is a schematic front view of a pallet gripper designed according to the invention and
  • FIG. 2 shows a schematic hydraulic circuit diagram for the hydraulic actuation device of the pallet gripper of FIG. 1.

The pallet gripper shown as an example of a crane loading gear in FIG. 1 is a gripper design, such as that shown by the applicant's utility model G 83 05 175.9.

Of the pallet gripper 10 shown, only the upper part of the gripper arms and the gripper head 11 are shown. The kinematics of the gripper arm movement is of no importance for the present invention. It should only be assumed here that the hydraulic working cylinder 31 shown schematically in FIG. 1 should be able to move the gripper arms towards and away from each other.

The essence of the present invention is the actual oil pressure generator, which is located in the head part 11 of the pallet gripper 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the crane hook eye 12 is located on an upper support plate 13, which is connected to a lower support plate 17 by means of transfer bolts 15. A gripper head plate 14, which is connected to the actual gripper arrangement via a linkage 18, is located between the upper support plate 13 and the lower support plate 17 and can be displaced in the vertical direction. The gripper head plate 14 is mounted on the guide pin 15 so as to be displaceable in the vertical direction and is supported on the return springs 16 surrounding the pin 15. It is understandable that when the pallet gripper is lifted, ie when the crane hook eye 12 moves into the position denoted by 12 ', the gripper head plate 14 moves away from the upper support plate 13 and the lower support plate 17 approaches.

According to the present invention, a piston-cylinder arrangement is formed between the gripper head plate 14 and the lower support plate 17. The support plate 17 carries the piston rod 29 of a hydraulic cylinder 21 which is attached to the underside of the movable gripper head plate 14. This hydraulic cylinder 21 is the actual oil pressure generator; it is arranged together with an oil pressure accumulator 23 and a pressure oil collecting container 22, an overpressure safety valve 24 and an emptying valve 25 below a hood 50 covering the head part 11 of the pallet gripper.

From the oil pressure generator described above from the mechanical construction, a pressure medium feed line 35 and a pressure medium return line 36 lead downward to a control valve 34 to be operated by the operator, which selectively connects the lines 35 and 36 mentioned to the motor connection lines 32, 33 of the working cylinder 31. The hydraulic mode of operation is described below with reference to FIG. 2: With each lifting operation, i.e. each time the crane hook eye 12 comes into position 12 ', the piston rod 29 moves and with it the piston in the cylinder 21 upwards. The pressure oil displaced on the piston rod side reaches the oil pressure accumulator 23 via the check valve 28. The space on the cylinder head side of the cylinder 21 is in constant communication with the pressure oil collection container 22 via the filter 26, so that oil can be sucked in and discharged as required. If the piston with the piston rod 29 is then moved downward again - for example when the load is set down - the piston rod-side space of the cylinder 21 fills up via the non-return valve 27 from the collecting container 22, so that the next time the non-return valve 28 is used Oil pressure accumulator 23 can be charged.

The oil pressure accumulator 23 is connected via the feed line 35 to the control valve 34, for example a control slide. In a corresponding manner, the control slide 34 is also via a line 36 and the filter 26 connected to the collecting container 22, so that pressure oil is also released again. From the spool 34, two motor feed lines 32 and 33 lead to the two cylinder spaces of the working cylinder 31, so that the piston rod 30 can be extended and retracted for the desired actuation. If one moves the hand lever 41 shown schematically in FIG. 2, starting from the locked neutral position, line 32 can be pressurized and line 33 connected to the collecting container or vice versa depending on the desired direction of actuation. A conventional centering spring 42 can ensure that the control slide 34 remains in the non-actuated state in the blocking neutral position.

In order to prevent the working cylinder 31 from being suddenly pressurized in an undesired manner, a manually adjustable throttle 44 is preferably provided in the feed line 35, which throttle valve 44 can also be bridged in a manner known per se so that the throttle valve 44 only works in one direction.

A manually operated drain valve 25 is located between the feed line 35 and the return line 36 leading to the collecting container 22. When the hand lever 43 is moved, all of the pressure oil present in the oil pressure accumulator 23 can flow off to the collecting container 22.

Finally, parallel to the aforementioned drain valve 25 there is also an overpressure safety valve 24 which e.g. opens at a pressure of 150 bar. This means that the system cannot be hydraulically overloaded, even with frequent up and down movements of the loading gear and inadequate actuation of the working cylinder.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, since the invention can also be used for all other types of hoists, in addition to pallet grippers, which additionally have an actuating device to be operated with hydraulic auxiliary force, which is to be supplied with pressure oil without interfering supply lines. The linear working cylinder 31 is also to be regarded as an example, since other types of hydraulic motors can also be actuated with the hydraulic auxiliary force, for example when it is a matter of triggering rotary movements. Depending on the application, it is also possible to provide more than one working cylinder.
