Definitions
- the invention relates to a press for squeezing liquid-containing substances, namely agricultural and chemical products, with a closed container which can be set in rotation about its horizontal longitudinal axis, a filling and emptying opening which can be closed by a lid being arranged in the container jacket and being arranged in a PreBraum's juice drain is opposite that a press membrane made of flexible or elastic material, which is adapted to the shape of the container, is arranged in the interior of the container and divides the interior into a pressure medium and pressure chamber and that the membrane at the edge of the filling and emptying opening and the juice drain is pressure-tight is attached.
- Such a press is known (DE-PS 2 945 254), in which the mash is introduced from above through the filler opening into the container and the membrane lies against the inside on the inside of the container. After filling, the container is rotated by 180 ° and the membrane is squeezed or expanded from top to bottom or in the axial direction towards the center, so that the squeezing force is essentially due to the liquid drain, which is either in the lid designed as a sieve lid is located or is formed by a separate liquid drainage channel, is directed towards. After the individual squeezing processes there are loosening phases.
- two press membranes are provided in the interior of the container, each in the unloaded state on one of the container bottoms of the container and on one of the The container bottom adjoining area of the inner container shell, whereby the fastening level of each membrane runs obliquely to the container axis with an opposite inclination to the juice drain.
- the membrane design and arrangement is such that the two membranes each lie in the unloaded state on one of the container bottoms of the container and on the region of the container inner jacket adjoining this container bottom, the fastening plane of each membrane being perpendicular to the container axis.
- the invention has for its object to design a press of the type mentioned in such a way that a considerable reduction in the pressing time can be achieved while maintaining the gentle pressing.
- At least one liquid-permeable juice channel which has approximately the diameter of the container, is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening.
- the juice channel extends in the direction of the container axis and has a small width.
- the juice channel is placed on a sieve bar covering the juice drain and projecting into the pre-space.
- the channel extends from the bottom of the container to the bottom of the container over the entire length of the container.
- At least one liquid-permeable juice channel is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening, which has approximately the diameter of the container and which extends in the vertical section plane to the container axis.
- At least one liquid-permeable juice channel is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening, which divides the container in its perpendicular sectional plane to the container axis.
- the juice channel advantageously has a polygonal, oval or round shape in cross section.
- the juice channel is attached to the lid or the juice drain, a guide socket being arranged on the respective counterpart.
- the area of the container jacket assigned to the press chamber be designed as a screen jacket.
- the invention has the advantage that a substantial reduction in the pressing time and at the same time an increase in the fill quantity is achieved, the risk of oxidation also being further reduced by the shorter pressing times. Another advantage is that more juice can flow out when filling up due to the larger fill quantities. The reduced pressing time also enables considerable energy savings to be made in operating the press. Furthermore, existing presses can be easily retrofitted in the proposed form.
- the press shown in the drawings has an elongated container 2 which extends in the direction of the axis of rotation 1 and which is rotatably mounted on shaft ends 3. There are container bottoms 4 on both sides of the container 2. In the container jacket 2 there is a filling and emptying opening 5 which extends almost over the entire length of the container 2 and which can be closed by means of a cover 6.
- the lid 6 may be formed as S iebdeckel, so that in the pressing position (Fig. 3), the juice can flow out through the lid 6 downwards.
- the juice can be discharged laterally via sieve channels in the case of an impermeable cover or a closed container jacket (for example as in DE-OS 3 146 025, FIGS. 1 and 4).
- a membrane 7 which is essentially adapted to the shape of the container and which divides the container 2 into a pressure medium chamber 8 and a press chamber 9.
- the pressing means can be supplied, for example, via one of the stub axles 3.
- the membrane 7 can either consist of a flexible or elastic material.
- the diaphragm 7 is initially attached in a pressure-tight manner along the edge of the filling and emptying opening 5.
- a counter pressure bar 10 is used for this purpose.
- the opening 5 is opposite drain openings 11. Between these drain openings 11 and the filling and e ntleer opening 5, a juice channel 12 is arranged according to the diameter of the container 2, which is located within the pressing space 9, ie in the middle of the mash cake, wherein the press membrane 7 is attached pressure-tight in the region of the edge of this channel 12.
- two such channels 12 are arranged, which extend in the direction of the container axis 1, but it is equally possible to provide a single such channel, which is arranged as a partition in the container 2.
- This channel or channels 12 consist of a screen plate or some other juice-permeable material, so that the juice can get into the interior of this channel 12 and flow off in the area of the cover 6. Conversely, the juice obtained when filling (filling position according to FIG. 2) can run down immediately through the openings 11. When pressed, the membrane presses the mash in the direction of the juice channel or juice channels 12 and in the direction of the liquid drain in the region of the cover 6, the air being able to escape upwards via the juice channels 12 and the drain openings 11.
- the latter is located opposite the opening 5 and also in the region of the fastening of the channels 12 with the aid of an additional strip 13 on the container 2. Furthermore, there is a fastening or holding flange 14 in this area, corresponding flange arrangements 15 being provided on the cover 6.
- the connection can be designed as a plug connection, so that both the cover 6 can be easily removed and the juice channels 12 can also be removed for cleaning.
- the embodiment of the press shown in FIG. 4 is used in particular for presses which are already provided with a sieve strip 16 and which accordingly protrudes into the press space 9 on the inner wall of the container.
- the juice channel 12, which either extends from the container bottom 4 to the other container bottom 4 or consists of individual parts (FIG. 1), is attached to the lid 6 in the same manner as described above, while the opposite side is directly on the channel 16 below Use of a connecting flange 17 is placed.
- the membrane 7 ′ is designed more like a hood, with the loading instead of an attachment in the region of the cover 6 Fixing is provided in the region of the container bottom 4 and then the further attachment to the opposite side takes place in an inclined plane, as shown by the flanges 17.
- the membrane 7 ' is divided so that a hood-like membrane 7' is arranged on both sides of the juice channel arranged in the middle, which is formed essentially in the relieved state in that a part on the container bottom 4, another part on the the inner wall of the container 2 opposite the container opening 5 and a further part is formed by the inclined surface 17.
- the container jacket 2 is, for example, perforated within these inclined mounting planes 17, so that this area can serve as juice drainage during pressing.
- the membrane 7 'or the half-membranes are fastened to the inner wall of the container in a pressure-tight manner.
- the juice channel 12 ' which is arranged in the diameter region of the container 2, is located within the pressing chamber 9, but it is perpendicular to the plane defined by the axis of rotation 1 (FIG. 6). Several such juice channels 12 can also be arranged at a distance from one another within the pressing space 9.
- Figures 5 and 6 show the press in the filling position, being rotated to press the container 180 0th During pressing, each half-membrane 7 'is pressed into the free space, essentially pressing against the juice channel 12' or obliquely downwards against the opening 5.
- two membranes 7 are provided, each of which, in the unloaded state, abuts the container bottom 4 and the adjacent regions of the container inner jacket 2.
- These membranes 7" are approximately pot-shaped, each with fastening flanges 17 ' lie on a vertical plane to the container axis 1.
- the container is also expediently rotated through 180 °, so that the cover 6 is in the lower position.
- the mash By pressing the membranes 7 "in the direction of the juice channel 12", the mash can be squeezed out, the area of the container jacket 2 between the two flanges 17 'being able to be designed as a screen jacket or only the lid 6 being designed as a screen lid or the juice is drained off laterally via sieve channels arranged on the inside.
- the juice channels have a rectangular shape in cross section, but any other polygonal shape or round shape can also be provided.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a press for squeezing liquid-containing substances, namely agricultural and chemical products, with a closed container which can be set in rotation about its horizontal longitudinal axis, a filling and emptying opening which can be closed by a lid being arranged in the container jacket and being arranged in a PreBraum's juice drain is opposite that a press membrane made of flexible or elastic material, which is adapted to the shape of the container, is arranged in the interior of the container and divides the interior into a pressure medium and pressure chamber and that the membrane at the edge of the filling and emptying opening and the juice drain is pressure-tight is attached.
Such a press is known (DE-PS 2 945 254), in which the mash is introduced from above through the filler opening into the container and the membrane lies against the inside on the inside of the container.
In another such press, two press membranes are provided in the interior of the container, each in the unloaded state on one of the container bottoms of the container and on one of the The container bottom adjoining area of the inner container shell, whereby the fastening level of each membrane runs obliquely to the container axis with an opposite inclination to the juice drain.
Furthermore, in such a press the membrane design and arrangement is such that the two membranes each lie in the unloaded state on one of the container bottoms of the container and on the region of the container inner jacket adjoining this container bottom, the fastening plane of each membrane being perpendicular to the container axis.
Due to the recent increasing use of agricultural machinery in agriculture, large quantities of products have to be pressed out, which have to be processed accordingly quickly. In addition to the use of large presses, assuming fill quantities of approx. 3 to 7 tons, a long pressing time has an unfavorable effect. On the other hand, the membrane presses described at the outset have proven to be particularly advantageous because of their gentle pressing at low pressure, so that this type of press should be retained. This results in the disadvantage of a relatively long pressing time, which inter alia reduces the quality of the juice.
The invention has for its object to design a press of the type mentioned in such a way that a considerable reduction in the pressing time can be achieved while maintaining the gentle pressing.
This object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one liquid-permeable juice channel, which has approximately the diameter of the container, is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening. An advantageous embodiment is that the juice channel extends in the direction of the container axis and has a small width.
It is also advantageous that the juice channel is placed on a sieve bar covering the juice drain and projecting into the pre-space.
weiterhin wird vorgeschlagen, daß sich der Kanal von Behälterboden zu Behälterboden über die gesamte Länge des Behälters erstreckt.it is also proposed that the channel extends from the bottom of the container to the bottom of the container over the entire length of the container.
In a press with two press membranes, it is advantageous that at least one liquid-permeable juice channel is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening, which has approximately the diameter of the container and which extends in the vertical section plane to the container axis.
In a further embodiment of this press, it is advantageous that at least one liquid-permeable juice channel is arranged within the press space between the juice drain and the filling and emptying opening, which divides the container in its perpendicular sectional plane to the container axis.
The juice channel advantageously has a polygonal, oval or round shape in cross section.
It is also advantageous that the juice channel is attached to the lid or the juice drain, a guide socket being arranged on the respective counterpart.
Finally, it is proposed that the area of the container jacket assigned to the press chamber be designed as a screen jacket.
The invention has the advantage that a substantial reduction in the pressing time and at the same time an increase in the fill quantity is achieved, the risk of oxidation also being further reduced by the shorter pressing times. Another advantage is that more juice can flow out when filling up due to the larger fill quantities. The reduced pressing time also enables considerable energy savings to be made in operating the press. Furthermore, existing presses can be easily retrofitted in the proposed form.
The invention is explained in more detail in the following description with reference to exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings.

The press shown in the drawings has an
Dazu dient beispielsweise eine Gegendruckleiste 10.In the interior of the
The opening 5 is
This channel or
To avoid special stresses on the membrane, the latter is located opposite the
The embodiment of the press shown in FIG. 4 is used in particular for presses which are already provided with a
In the further embodiment of such a press according to FIGS. 5 and 6, the
Figures 5 and 6 show the press in the filling position, being rotated to press the container 180 0th During pressing, each half-membrane 7 'is pressed into the free space, essentially pressing against the juice channel 12' or obliquely downwards against the
In the variant of such a press shown in FIG. 7, two
In the exemplary embodiments shown, the juice channels have a rectangular shape in cross section, but any other polygonal shape or round shape can also be provided.
