Claims (8)

1. Appareil (20) de verrouillage d'un organe coulissante de fermeture dans l'une quelconque de plusieurs positions, comprenant des mentonnets (1, 10) placés en regard et destinés à être montés sur des parties opposées d'un montant afin que l'organe de fermeture soit supporté, chaque mentonnet (1, 10) étant destiné à coopérer avec des tiges coulissantes (25) d'espagnolette, et des dispositifs (30) destinés à faire coulisser les tiges d'espagnolette en sens opposés, caractérisé par plusieurs dispositifs (2, 11) formés dans les mentonnets et placés en regard des tiges d'espagnolette (25) afind que celles-ci puissent y pénétrer, par le fait que la dispositif en regard (2) d'un mentonnet (1) a des trous borgnes sensiblement parallèles et le dispositif en regard (11) de l'autre mentonnet (10) a des fentes séparées (11), chaque fente (11) étant alignée sur un trou respectif (2), par des dispositifs d'accrochage (26) dépassant en direction sensiblement perpendiculaire aux tiges d'espagnolette (25) et destinés à coopérer temporairement avec une plaque de gâche (41), par un dispositif (30) de verrouillage monté entre les dispositifs (32) destinés à faire coulisser les tiges (25) d'espagnolette et les dispositifs d'accrochage (26), et par le fait que les dispositifs (32) comportent un pignon denté destiné à tourner avec le dispositif de verrouillage (30) et coopérant avec des crémaillères respectives (22, 23) des tiges d'espagnolette (25) afin que, lors de la rotation du pignon (32) sous la commande du dispositif de verrouillage (30) les tiges d'espagnolette (25) et les dispositifs d'accrochage (26) se déplacent ensemble.
2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque mentonnet (1, 10) comporte trois dispositifs (2, 11) placés en regard.
3. Appareil selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs (2, 11) placés en regard, appartenant aux mentonnets respectifs (1, 10), sont formés par trois ouvertures de logement des tiges d'espagnolette.
4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les trous (2) sont allongés.
5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une première crémaillère (22) supporte des dispositifs d'accrochage (26) destinés à coopérer avec la plaque de gâche (41) si bien que, lors du déplacement du pignon, les crémaillères (22, 23) et les dispositifs d'accrochage (26) se déplacent ensemble.
6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les dispositifs d'accrochage (26) comportent un ou plusieurs ergots (26), l'ergot ou chaque ergot ayant une tête élargie destinée à coopérer avec un fente (40) ayant une forme d'entrée de serrure et appartenant à la plaque de gâche (41) afin que l'ergot ou chaque ergot soit logé et assurant le verrouillage de la tête ou de chaque tête, dans une position de l'ergot ou de chaque ergot, afin que le dispositif de fermeture soit verrouillé.
7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif (38) de blocage du dispositif de verrouillage (20).
8. Organe de fermeture, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
