- the method of manufacturing the device of the invention is characterized in that at least one junction fin is welded between groups of vertical tubes, in that the fin is drilled with holes of diameter slightly greater than that of the tubes of the bundle to be supported, then in that the zones of the fin are cut between the holes parallel to the axis of the vertical tubes so as to eliminate them the middle portion of which the thermal conduction to the vertical tubes would be insufficient, without however ceasing to provide suitable support for the tubes of the bundle.
- the fin is cut so that the middle portion of the latter thus eliminated is between 20 and 50% of the initial width of the fin.

- the vertical suspension tubes 7 and 8 are provided with half-fins in the zones 9 and 10 separated by the zone 11 where they are pinched towards one another and welded to a horizontal spacer.
- bundle tubes such as 13, 14, 15 are arranged in notches of half fins welded to the vertical tubes, separated by tabs 16, 18, 20 on the side of the tube 7 and 17, 19, 21 on the side of the tube 8.
- These notches have a radius of curvature slightly greater than that of the tubes 13, 14, 15, so that they can be inserted therein with a little play, but have a good surface. contact with the half fins welded to the vertical tubes.
