Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Nebenluft-Zugregler gemäss Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.The invention relates to a secondary air draft regulator according to the preamble of the main claim.
Ein derartiger Zugregler ist nach der US-A-3 087 677 bekannt, dessen Gehäuse T-förmig ausgebildet ist. Dieses Gehäuse ist horizontal auf den Abgasstutzen des Heizkessels aufgesetzt, und der Abgasstutzen des Reglergehäuses geht nach oben ab. Gegenüber dem Anschluss zum Abgasstutzen des Heizkessels ist in der Öffnung des Reglergehäuses eine Nebenluftreglerklappe frei pendelnd aufgehängt, die durch ein entsprechend angeordnetes Gegengewicht in Schliessstellung gehalten wird. Bei ausreichend grosser Druckdifferenz öffnet sich die Reglerklappe und lässt Nebenluft einströmen. Ein gezieltes Offenhalten der Reglerklappe, um den Schornstein bei Nichtbetrieb des Kessels bzw. des Brenners zwecks Trokkenhaltung zu belüften, dabei aber auch gleichzeitig den Kesselinnenraum weitestgehend abzuschliessen, ist mit diesem vorbekannten Nebenluft-zugregler nicht möglich. Eine solche Belüftung des Schornsteins ist aber insbesondere in Rücksicht auf den Betrieb moderner Heizungskessel anzustreben, da diese in der Regel als sog. Tief- bzw. Niedertemperaturheizkessel betrieben werden, bei denen also, entsprechend gesteuert, der Brenner über mehr oder weniger lange Perioden ausgeschaltet bleibt.Such a tension regulator is known from US-A-3 087 677, the housing of which is T-shaped. Stellmotoren zur Betätigung von Klappen sind zwar nach der US-A-4185 770 bekannt, hierbei handelt es sich aber nicht um einen Nebenluftregler, sondern um einen einfachen Zugregler, bei dem mit dem Motor eine im Rauchgasrohr angeordnete Klappe entsprechend verschwenkt und damit Einfluss auf die Grösse des verfügbaren freien Durchströmquerschnitts gewonnen werden kann. Durch die erfindungsgemässe Ausbildung und Anordnung des Nebenluft-Zugreglers bzw. der Reglerklappe, die sich in Schliessstellung parallel zur Durchströmrichtung erstreckt und bei Öffnung in den Strömungsweg einschwenkt, dabei aber dennoch in Abströmrichtung weist, ist vorteilhaft in der Kombination mit dem Stellmotor dafür gesorgt, dass einerseits die Reglerklappe unabhängig vom Stellmotor ihre Funktion als Nebenluftreglerklappe erfüllen, also frei pendeln kann und dass andererseits die Reglerklappe durch den Stellmotor bei ausgeschaltetem Heizkessel bzw. Fig. 1 zeigt ein Anordnungsbeispiel des Nebenluft-Zugreglers 15 zwischen einem Heizkessel 27 mit Brenner 30 und Abgasstutzen 29 und einer zum Schornstein führenden Abgasleitung 28. Dieser Nebenluft-Zugregler 15 besteht aus einem Gehäuse 1 mit Zu- und Abströmstutzen 2, 3, an dem seitlich eine Nebenluft-Einströmöffnung 4 angeordnet und diese mit einer um eine waagerechte Achse 8 schwenkbaren Regelklappe 5 in Ruhestellung verschlossen ist. Die Abmessungen der im Gehäuse 1 angeordneten Regelklappe 5 sind geringfügig grösser als die Abmessungen der Nebenluft-Einströmöffnung 4. Die Regelklappe 5 weist einen Ausleger 6 mit verstellbarem Gegengewicht 7 auf. Wesentlich an diesem Nebenluft-Zugregler 15 ist, dass am Gehäuse 1 die Zu- und Abströmstutzen 2, 3 in axialer Durchströmrichtung angeordnet sind und die Achse 8 der in einem als Abgas-, Zugbegrenzer- und Belüftungsklappe wirkenden, sich in Schliessstellung parallel zur Durchströmrichtung erstreckenden Regelklappe 5 zuströmstutzenseitig am betreffenden Rand der Nebenluft-Einströmöffnung 4 angeordnet ist. Am Gehäuse 1 ist mittels eines geeigneten Halters 9' der Klappenstellmotor 9 angeordnet, der über einen auf die Regelklappe 5 oder den Ausleger 6 wirkenden Mitnehmer die Regelklappe 5 für die Belüftung voll öffnet und bei Rückstellung die Regelklappe 5 zur frei pendelnden Bewegung freistellt (Fig. 2, 3). Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich, ist die Regelklappe 5 mit einer Hülse 10 versehen und am Zuströmstutzen 2 zugewandten Ende der Nebenluft-Einströmöffnung 4 sind dazu korrespondierende Hülsen 10' vorgesehen. Damit ist die Regelklappe 5 mit der durch die Hülsen 10, 10' geführten Achse 8 nach Art eines Bandscharniers klappbar mit dem Gehäuse 1 verbunden. Die Lagerung der Regelklappe 5 kann aber auch gemäss Fig. 4, 5 in anderer Weise erfolgen, nämlich derart, dass die Regelklappe 5 mit einer Abkröpfung 11 und das dem Zuströmstutzen 2 zugewandte Ende der Nebenluft-Einströmöffnung 4 mit einer Auflagekante 12 versehen ist, auf der die Abkröpfung 11 gelagert ist. Zweckmässig und vorteilhaft ist dabei an der Auflagekante 12 mindestens eine Zunge 13 und an der Abkröpfung 11 eine der Anzahl der Zungen 13 entsprechende Anzahl von Durchbrüchen 14 vorgesehen, in die die Zungen 13 eingreifen.Fig. 1 shows an example of the arrangement of the secondary
