Claims (3)

1. Einstückiger, aus Plastik geformter Verschluß (1) für das Berschließen der Mündung eines Behälters, mit einem Gehäuseteil (2) für den Angriff an einem Behälter, wobei in dem Gehäuseteil (2) wenigstens eine Öffnung (13) zur Ausgabe von in dem Behälter gehaltenem Material vorhanden ist, einem Deckelteil (3), der zum Öffnen und Schließen der Öffnung(en) (13) in dem Gehäuseteil (2) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Deckelteil (3) an dem Gehäuseteil (2) mittels eines Scharniers (4) befestigt ist, und mit einem Sicherheitsband (14), das entweder mit der Obserseite des Gehäuseteils (2) verbunden ist und von diesem aufrecht vorsteht, oder das um den Wulst des Deckelteils (3) angeordnet ist, wobei die Anordnung derart getroffen ist, daß dann, wenn das Kappenteil (3) das erste Mal geschlossen wird, entweder das Kappenteil (3) innerhalb der aufrecht stehenden Sicherheitsbandes (14) auf das Gehäuseteil (2) paßt, oder daß der oberseitige Umfangsrand (10) des Gehäuseteils (2) entsprechend innerhalb des Sicherheitsbandes (14) um den Wulst des Deckelteils (3) paßt, wodurch die Bewegung des Deckelteils (3) in die geöffnete Stellung bis zum Entfernen des Sicherheitsbandes (14) verhindert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäusetiel (2) an dem Deckelteil (3) mittels eines Schnappscharniers (4) verbunden ist;
daß das Sicherheitsband (14) jeweils an dem Gehäuseteil (2) bzw. dem Deckelteil (3) durch eine Vielzahl von voneinander beabstandeten zerbrechbaren Berührungstellen (15) verbunden ist;
und daß das Deckelteil (3) bzw.-das Gehäuseteil (2) jeweils mit einer Vielzahl von vorstehenden Zähnen (17) versehen ist, die jeweils um den Umfangsrand des Kappenteils (3) bzw. der Oberseite (10) des Gehäuseteils (2) angeordnet sind, wobei die Zähne unter dem Sicherheitsband (14) zwischen dem Berührungsstellen (15) angreifen, wenn das Kappenteil (3) das erste Mal geschlossen wird.
2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuseteil (2) eine Oberseite (10), einen nach unten weisenden äußeren Rand (11) und einen inneren nach unten weisenden Stopfen (12) aufweist, der eine zentral erhöhte Öffnung (13) umgibt.
3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne (17) auf dem Deckelteil (3) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Zähne im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses (19 zwischen den Berührungsstellen (15) auf dem Gehäuseteil (2) angeordnet sind.
