Claims (9)

1. Pince permettant de maintenir et/ou tronçonner des pièces, comprenant, d'une part, deux branches métalliques (11, 12) qui sont reliées de façon articulée et appliquent l'une sur l'autre leurs arêtes actives et qui comprennent chacune une partie active (14) et une poignée (15) cintrée et revêtue de matière plastique et sont constituées de tôle d'une épaisseur sensiblement constante et, d'autre part, un ressort (21) repoussant à l'écart l'une de l'autre ces poignées (15) des branches (11,12), caractérisée en ce que le ressort (21) est placé dans des cavités des poignées et est recouvert sur les deux côtés par des plaquettes (22), en ce que l'une (22) de ces plaquettes est réalisée par formage avec la matière plastique de la première branche (11) et l'autre plaquette (22) est réalisée par formage avec la matière plastique de l'autre branche (12) et en ce que ces plaquettes (22) ont, suivant la direction transversale, une étendue telle qu'elles recouvrent le ressort (21) dans toute position d'ouverture de la pince.
2. Pince suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les parties actives (14) s'étendent d'une manière inclinée par rapport au plan des poignées (15) et en ce que les faces inférieures des branches (11,12) de ces parties actives (14) font entre elles un angle obtus (a).
3. Pince suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la branche (11) qui, au niveau de l'articulation (13), se trouve audessus de l'autre branche (12), attaque par son arête active légèrement au-dessous de celle de cette autre branche (12).
4. Pince suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, sur au moins l'une des branches (11, 12), une butée en forme de surface (23) qui limite le déplacement de fermeture des parties actives (14).
5. Pince suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les parties actives (14) sont pourvues, au moins partiellement, d'un revêtement en matériau dur.
6. Pince suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les revêtements en matière plastique comportent chacun une limite en forme d'arc de cercle (19) autour de l'axe d'articulation (13).
7. Pince suivant la revendication 1 ou 6,
caractérisée en ce que les extrémités avant des revêtements en matière plastique sont agencés, sur les côtés extérieurs des branches (11, 12), sous la forme de creux (20) pour le pouce.
8. Pince suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'articulation (13) comporte, en tant qu'axe d'articulation, une vis.
9. Pince suivant l'une des revendications 1 a 8, caractérisée en ce que, au voisinage de l'extrémité, côté poignée, d'au moins une branche (11, 12), il est prévu un trou (28) qui s'étend tant à travers le revêtement de matière plastique (18) qu'à travers la tôle de cette branche.
