Darüber hinaus gibt es mit einem Produkt-Verstreich- bzw. -Verreibekopf, z.B. mit einem Schwamm ausgestattete Produktbehälter, insbesondere Tuben. Ein Nachteil der bekannten Systeme besteht darin, daß sie immer nur einen Teil der für die Schuhpflege erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte vereinigen. Erfindungsgemäß erfolgt der Produktauftrag also mittels Spenderbetätigung durch medienführende Borstenbündel, wobei je nach gewünschter Applikationsart ein oder mehrere Borstenbündel produktführend ausgestattet werden können. Die entsprechenden Borstenbündel sollen röhrenförmig ausgebildet sein:
