The present invention relates to a leather brush having a brush portion made of a hair material. In particular, it relates to a leather brush suitable for maintenance of various leather products such as leather shoes, leather bags, leather belts, leather cushions, and leather sofas.
Conventionally, various leather products such as leather shoes, leather bags, leather belts, leather cushions, and leather sofas have existed, and maintenance of leather products is also performed regardless of natural leather or synthetic leather. And for the maintenance of this leather product, a brush is also used to remove dust and dirt adhering to the leather product.
For example, in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2004-357993), it is easy to produce, and the fingertip portion can be deformed by following the movement of the fingertip, and the insole, inner surface, and the entire surface of the shoe can be washed to improve safety. As a shoe brush for mittens, a shoe brush in which hairs to be brushes are planted in the entire area above the base of the thumb of a glove made of mittens by electrostatic flocking has been proposed.
Further, Patent Document 2 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 11-151119) proposes a disposable shoe brush capable of imparting a glossing effect and a water-repellent effect to leather shoes and efficiently removing dust. The disposable shoe brush proposed in this document is a fabric in which pile is planted on the surface of the fabric, and a protective paper formed of thick paper is attached to the back surface of the fabric, and the pile is formed. Is processed to a predetermined length and thickness, and is formed by immersing it in a silicon solution and impregnating the silicon.
The brush used for the maintenance of the leather product is originally used to remove dust and dirt adhering to the leather product, but previously, as proposed in Patent Document 2, dust removal is performed. Not only that, a brush that can give leather shoes a glossy effect and a water-repellent effect has also been proposed.
However, the brush proposed in Patent Document 2 uses a pile obtained by impregnating rayon yarn with a silicon solution, and the glazing effect is based on silicon. Therefore, the natural nature of leather is inherent. It was difficult to get a nice luster. In addition, when used for a long period of time, the silicon component escapes, and not only the polishing effect cannot be obtained, but also there is a concern that the rayon yarn may damage the yarn.
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a leather brush that can bring out the natural luster inherent in leather and whose glossing effect is not easily reduced even after long-term use.
The present inventor has found that the above problems can be solved by using a brush using natural fibers, and has completed the leather brush according to the present invention.
That is, in the present invention, it is a brush for leather provided with a brush portion made of a hair material, and the brush portion is formed of a hair material obtained by twisting natural fibers, and the hair material has a hair foot of 2 mm or more. Provides a leather brush that is formed in. Although the length of the hair material depends on the leather product to be maintained, it is desirable that the length (hair foot) is 2 mm or more and 30 mm or less, particularly 20 mm. This is to secure the hair for brushing and polishing leather products.
In particular, it is desirable that the bristle material constituting the brush portion is provided at a density that is in contact with each other at the tip portion thereof. This is to secure the hair for brushing or polishing leather products.
Further, the brush portion can be formed by providing a pile yarn (hair material) on the ground warp yarn or the base cloth. The pile yarn can be tied, wrapped, or planted and fixed to the ground warp or base fabric. Further, the brush portion can be formed by using a woven fabric such as a carpet or a woven fabric. Further, the brush portion can be formed into a so-called brahma shape or a brush shape by bundling the base portions of the bristle material. At that time, it is desirable that the hair material for bundling the bases is formed in the same direction, and the middle part of the hair material aligned in the length direction is tied, folded in half at the tied part, and the vicinity of the folded part is By tying it, a brush portion having a high hair density can be formed.
When the hair material constituting the brush portion is formed by a ground warp yarn or a pile yarn provided on a base cloth, the brush portion is a pile yarn of wool yarns having a yarn number of 3 or more and a yarn of 5 or less. It is desirable to provide 500 or more in a 3 cm square area of the ground warp or the base cloth. For example, when the No. 3 yarn of wool yarn is used for the pile yarn, it is desirable to provide 600 or more yarns in a 3 cm square area, and when the No. 5 yarn of the wool yarn is used for the pile yarn, it is desirable to provide 600 or more yarns. It is desirable to provide 800 or more in a 3 cm square area.
Further, in the leather brush according to the present invention, the brush portion may differ in at least one of the length of the bristles of the bristles, the thickness of the bristles, the material of the bristles, and the density of the bristles for each region. Can be formed. That is, the hair material existing in any region may be formed to have shorter (or longer) hair legs or thicker (or thinner) hair material than the hair material existing in the other region. And the material of the hair material (difference between wool yarn and silk yarn, or the difference between wool yarn and worsted yarn, etc.) can be made different, and the density of the hair material (the number of pile yarns per unit area) can be made different. Such a region may be any place, and may be the center of the brush portion, the edge portion, or a part of the region having an arbitrary width in the width direction.
Further, the leather brush according to the present invention can be formed with a grip portion gripped by the user. The grip portion can be formed by using various materials such as cloth, non-woven fabric, knitted fabric, resin, wood, and metal, and the brush portion can be provided on any surface of the grip portion. The grip portion may be provided with a handle, a handle, a strap, or the like.
Further, a sheet-like member can be lined on the surface of the brush portion on the opposite side of the surface on which the hair material is present. The sheet-shaped member may be a cloth, a non-woven fabric, a knitted fabric, a resin sheet, a leather sheet, or the like. In this case, the leather brush composed of the brush portion and the sheet-shaped member lined with the brush portion may be provided with a strap for holding the sheet-shaped member on the palm. By inserting the user's hand between the strap and the sheet-shaped member, the leather brush can be held and the leather product can be brushed.
In the leather brush of the present invention, since the brush portion is formed of a bristle material twisted with natural fibers, the natural luster of the leather product can be restored by the components derived from the natural fibers and the surface structure. Moreover, since the brush portion exhibits the glazing effect of leather products based on the characteristics of the hair material derived from natural fibers, a leather brush whose glazing effect is difficult to be reduced even after long-term use is realized. ..
Therefore, according to the leather brush according to the present invention, there is provided a leather brush that can solve the above-mentioned problems and give the natural luster of leather, and the gloss effect is not easily reduced even after long-term use. can do.
Furthermore, since the hair material forming the brush portion is formed on the hair feet of 2 mm or more, the hair material may enter the unevenness based on the design and sewing of the leather product and the unevenness of the wrinkles caused by the use. It is possible to clean the dust that has entered the details by scraping out the hair material.
Hereinafter, the
FIG. 1 shows (A) a bottom perspective view, (B) a top perspective view, (C) a C-direction arrow view, and (D) a D-direction arrow view (side view) showing the
In the present embodiment, the
By constructing the
This natural fiber is formed from naturally occurring fibers such as cotton, hemp, silk and wool, and is derived from plants such as cotton and hemp, and wool and silk. Contains animal fiber derived from animals. However, animal hair, especially wool, is desirable to achieve the natural luster of leather products. By forming the
The
Since the
Therefore, it is desirable that the
The leather products according to this embodiment include leather footwear such as leather shoes, leather belts such as leather belts, leather bags such as leather bags, and leather such as leather sofas and cushions. It can be targeted for furniture made and leather automobile supplies / parts such as leather seats and leather dashboards. By brushing and polishing these leather products with the
The
The
FIG. 2 relates to the
Next, the
That is, the
The
Since the
Further, in the
In the
FIG. 4 is a side view showing a
That is, in the
By changing the length of the
Further, in relation to the embodiment of FIG. 4, the thickness, material, density, etc. of the
In particular, as shown in FIG. 4A, by changing at least one of the material, length and thickness of the
When at least any one of the length, material and thickness of the
FIG. 5 is a manufacturing process diagram of the
In manufacturing the
Then, in the case where the directions of the

<< Consideration >>
From the above experimental results, it was possible to finish the leather with its original natural luster by performing dust removal and polishing maintenance with a leather brush whose hair material is made of natural fibers, especially animal fibers derived from animals. On the other hand, when the leather product was maintained with a hair material made of acrylic, there was a painful sound during the wiping process, and there was concern about the pain of the leather product. Moreover, the effect of removing dust was not sufficient.
Furthermore, when a wool material made of woolen wool was used, the hair was strong, the effect of removing dust and dirt adhering to the leather product was high, and a natural luster was obtained after polishing. Further, in the leather brush using the wool material made of wool, the cream for leather products has a long life and the work efficiency is improved.
