Eine Farbabteilungsvorrichtung zwischen verschiedene Farhen fördernden Bereichen von Farbwalzen von Druckmascninen ist z. Diese Farbabteilungsvorrichtung hat jedoch den Wachteil, daß relativ breite farbfreie Flächen auf den Umfängen der Walzen entstehen. Die mit der Erfindung erzielparen Vorteile bestehen insbesondere darin, daß 'zur Abdichtung kein gasförmiges Medium benötigt wird. Die Farbabteilungsvorrichtung kann sehr dünn gestaltet werden, so daß trotz eines Eingrabens des Farbabteilbleches in die Farbwalze nur vernachlässigbare Störungen im gedruckten Bild zu bemerken sind, wenn die Farbabtrennungen später versetzt werden. Die Farbabteilungsvorrichtung stellt sich bei Verschleiß selbsttätig nach. Die Farbabteilungsvorrichtung eignet sich sowohl für ölhaltige als auch für wässrige Flexo-Farben und andere dünnflüssige Druckfarben. Sie kann sowohl bei Farbwalzen mit glatter als auch mit gerasterter Oberfläche eingesetzt werden. Ein Auswechseln der blattförmigen Farbabteilbleche ist leicht möglich, sie sind auch sehr leicht und preiswert zu fertigen. Selbst bei hoher Umfangsgschwindigkeit der Farbwalze erwärmen sich die Farbabteilbleche nur geringfügig, so daß eine besondere Kühlung der Farbabteilbleche nicht notwendig ist.The advantages which can be achieved with the invention consist in particular in that no gaseous medium is required for sealing. Die erfindungsgemäße Farbabteilungsvorrichtung zwischen verschiedene Farben fördernden Bereichen von Farbwalzen von Druckmaschinen wird im Einsatz bei einem durch die DE-OS 31 35 711 bekannten Spülfarbwerk beschrieben. In bekannter Weise ist in (nicht dargestellten) Seitengestellen eine angetriebene Rasterwalze 1 gelagert. An die Rasterwalze 1 an-und abstellbar sind eine oder mehrere Farbauftragsleisten 2 angeordnet. An den Farbauftragsleisten 2 sind ein oberes Rakelmesser 3 und ein unteres Abstreifmesser 4 befestigt. In angestelltem Zustand liegen das Rakelmesser 3 und das Abstreifmesser 4 an einer Mantelfläche 6 der Rasterwalze 1 an. Die Farbauftragsleiste 2 ist mit einer der Mantelfläche 6 gegenüberliegenden, sich über die gesamte Länge der Farbauftragsleiste 2 erstreckenden Ausnehmung 7 versehen. Diese Ausnenmung 7 steht über eine Durchgangsbohrung 8 mit einer Farbzuführeinrichtung in Verbindung. An jeweils eine erste Stirnfläche 9 und eine zweite Stirnfläche 11 jeder Farbauftragsleiste 2 ist ein Führungsschild 12 angeschraubt. Das Führungsschild 12 ist mit einer Führungsausnehmung 14 versehen. Die Führungsausnehmung 14 liegt jeweils der Stirnfläcne 9 bzw. 11 der Farbauftragsleiste 2 gegenüber. Die Führungsausnehmung 14 ist nach oben und unten hin geschlossen und so dimensioniert, daß in sie ein dünnes Farbabteilblech 17 hineingeschoben werden kann und durcn sie geführt wird. Das erfindungsgemäße Farbabteilblech 17 ist so gestaltet, daß es leicht in der Führungsausnehmung 14 hin- und hergeschoben werden kann und hat eine Breite 16 von z. B. 65 mm und eine Länge 20 von z. B. 45 mm. Seine erste Stirnfläche 19 (= Dichtungsfläche) ist mit einer nach innen gewölbten Krümmung versehen, wobei ein Krümmungsradius dieser ersten Stirnfläche 19 mit einem Krümmungsradius der Rasterwalze 1 übereinstimmt. Eine zweite Stirnfläche 21 des Farbabteilbleches 17 ist vorzugsweise nicht gekrümmt. In eingeschobenem Zustand drücken auf die vorzugsweise nicht gekrümmten Stirnflächen 21 der Farbabteilbleche 17 an der Farbauftragsleiste 2 befestigte Blattfedern 22, 23. Diese Blattfedern 22, 23 gewährleisten, daß die gekrümmten Stirnflächen 19 der Farbabteilbleche 17 immer an die Mantelfläche 6 der Rasterwalze 1 angedrückt werden. Um die Farbauftragsleiste 2 auch an ihren Stirnseiten abzudichten, liegen die Farbabteilbleche 17 an den Stirnflächen 9 der Rakelmesser 3 und Abstreifmesser 4 an. Eine Verlängerung einer Seitenfläche 13 des Farbabteilbleches 17 und eine Rotationsachse der Rasterwalze 1 (= Farbkastenwalze) schneiden sich vorzugsweise in einem Winkel von 90°.The ink division device according to the invention between different ink-promoting areas of ink rollers of printing presses is described in use in a flushing inking unit known from DE-OS 31 35 711.
