Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Arbeitsgerätes, z. B. der Schar eines Schneepfluges, an einem Fahrzeug, mit einem am Fahrzeug um eine waagrechte, quer zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufende Hauptachse verschwenkbaren Grundrahmen, der an seinem Vorderende durch ein Kugel- oder Kardangelenk allseitig schwenkbar mit dem Arbeitsgerät verbunden ist, wobei die üblichen zur Einstellung der Arbeitslage des Arbeitsgerätes um die vertikale und die horizontalen, parallel und quer zur Fahrzeuglängsrichtung verlaufenden Achsen vorgesehenen hydraulischen Zylinder unmittelbar am Arbeitsgerät angreifen.The invention relates to a device for fastening a working device, for. Ein Grundrahmen 1 ist um eine Hauptachse 2 höhenverschwenkbar am nicht dargestellten Fahrzeug angelenkt. Weiter ist am Vorderende des Grundrahmens ein Dreieckslenker 9 um eine zur Hauptachse parallele Achse 2a schwenkbar gelagert. Der Dreieckslenker 9 ragt nach oben und ist mit einem Zapfen 10 versehen. Ein dazu im wesentlichen paralleler Zapfen 11 ist an der Schar 8 vorgesehen und die beiden Zapfen 10 und 11 sind mittels eines Lenkers 12 als Kopplungsglied verbunden, so daß sich im Zusammenhang mit dem Kugelgelenk eine Art Parallelogrammführung zwischen Lenker 9 und Arbeitsgerät 8 ergibt.A base frame 1 is articulated in height about a
An einer Konsole 13 des Arbeitsgerätes 8 ist ein Zapfen 14 vorgesehen, der parallel zum Zapfen 10 des Lenkers 9 ist und in Fig. vom Zapfen 10 verdeckt wird. - A device for attaching a tool (8) e. g. the blade of a snow plough, to a vehicle, comprising a base frame (1) pivotable on the vehicle about a horizontal main axis (2) extending transversely of the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, the front end of the frame being connected to the tool (8) so as to be universally pivotable by means of a ball joint or cardan joint (7), the conventional hydraulic cylinders (20, 23, 24, 15) provided for adjustment of the working position of the tool (8) about the vertical and horizontal axes extending parallel and transversely to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle acting directly on the tool (8), characterised in that the joint (7) is disposed centrally on the base frame (1), and a link (9) is disposed at the front end of the base frame (1) and is pivotable about an axis (2a) extending parallel to the main axis (2), said link extending upwards substantially perpendicularly to the base frame and being connected to the tool (8) by means of a link (12) extending substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a hydraulic cylinder (15) disposed parallel to the main axis (2) acting, on the one hand, on the top end of the link (12) and, on the other hand, on a bracket (13) of the tool (8).
