Description

The invention relates to a stretcher with frame or foot parts which can be positively fixed on a carrying device or stretcher in patient transport vehicles or patient transport aircraft and with a seat belt system which holds the shoulders of a patient lying on the stretcher with an upper belt loop comprising the stretcher surface in the shoulder area of the patient, on the two Shoulder straps are fastened, with a lower belt loop arranged at the foot area of the stretcher and encompassing the stretcher surface, and with a safety belt quick-release fastener with two interlocking and separable fastening parts, one of which is held on the ends of the shoulder straps facing away from the upper belt loop and the other of which is held on one is attached to the lower belt loop attached strap.

A stretcher with such a seat belt system is known from DE-Gbm 81 25 289. The seat belt system serves to prevent the patient, who is arranged on the stretcher with his head in the direction of travel, seen in the longitudinal direction of the stretcher from the stretcher, particularly when the patient transport vehicle is braked hard or in a frontal collision can slide. In the case of the belt system according to the aforementioned utility model, there is a fastening of the belt system to reach the stretcher, certain straps attached to the frame of the stretcher.

In contrast, the present invention has for its object to develop the belt system in a stretcher so that it can be used with all conventional stretchers and regardless of whether there is a pad on it or not.

This object is achieved in that the belt loops at least partially consist of elastically stretchable material and span the stretcher surface due to its elasticity.

In contrast to the prior art, the belt loops carrying the actual restraint belts are therefore not made of essentially inelastic material and are also not fastened to frame parts of the stretcher. In the case of the present invention, the belt loops are rather designed to be stretchable, so that they adapt to stretchers of any width within certain limits, whereby they can be used with or without a support for a specific stretcher and in any case the stretchers with or without a support elastic span tight.

In an advantageous development of the invention, it is provided that the belt piece fastened to the lower belt loop must be longitudinally displaceable on the fastening part assigned to it. This allows the length of the belt system and its tension to be easily adapted to the dimensions of the patient lying on the stretcher.

According to a further advantageous feature of the invention, a tension belt is also provided which connects the upper belt loop to the lower belt loop, and which is expediently guided on the upper side of the stretcher surface facing the patient. This tension belt prevents the upper belt loop from slipping upwards in the event of an upward load on the belt system.

The lower belt loop preferably spans the frame parts below the foot parts fastened to the frame parts, so that the lower belt loop slips upwards in a simple manner.

According to a further feature of the invention, the two shoulder straps are designed as a one-piece belt to which the one, upper closure part is slidably attached, which makes it possible for the shoulder strap to automatically compensate for itself on each side by moving within the closure part.

Further advantageous features of the invention can be found in the remaining subclaims in connection with the following description, in which a preferred exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing.

In der Zeichnung zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 eine Krankentrage mit dem Sicherheitsgurtsystem in perspektivischer Darstellung;
The drawing shows:
  • Figure 1 is a stretcher with the seat belt system in a perspective view.
  • FIG. 2 shows the stretcher according to FIG. 1 in a top view from above; and
  • Fig. 3 shows the stretcher of FIG. 1 in a plan view from below.

The stretcher 1 comprises a frame la, on which four stretcher feet 4 (optionally with their mounted wheels) are attached. At the foot end of the stretcher, seen in the longitudinal direction of the stretcher below the feet 2, a lower belt loop 3 is provided which, if necessary, spans the stretcher including the overlay thereon. The lower belt loop 3 comprises an upper belt section 3a, which consists of essentially non-elastic belt material, and a lower belt section 5, which consists of elastic belt material. At 4, the upper belt section 3a and the lower belt section 5 are sewn together. Due to the elastic belt section 5a, the lower belt section 3 adapts to the respective stretcher with or without a support in a simple manner, at the same time ensuring that the lower belt loop 3 is held below the stretcher feet 2 at the foot end of the stretcher.

On the head part 1b of the stretcher, approximately at the level of the shoulders of the patient, there is a further holding loop 6 which elastically spans the head part 1b, optionally with a support (not shown) located thereon. If necessary, the upper belt loop 6, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the stretcher, can be arranged below a frame projection 1c, which prevents the upper loop from slipping upward. In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the upper belt loop 6 preferably consists entirely of an elastically stretchable belt strap.

A shoulder strap 8 comprises the two shoulder strap regions 8a and 8b, the regions above which are guided around the shoulders of the patient lying on the stretcher and the two ends 8c of which on the upper belt loop 6 are sewn. The shoulder strap 8 is slidably guided through a loop 14 of the fastener part 13 of a safety belt quick fastener, the other fastener part of which is designated by 12. At the other closure part 12, a strap piece 11 is held in a manner known per se that can be fixed in a longer-lasting manner. The belt piece 11 represents an extension of a tension belt 7, one end of which is sewn to the upper belt loop 6 at 9 and which is firmly sewn to the lower belt loop 3 in its lower region at 10, the piece of the tension belt 7 adjoining this being the belt piece 11 forms which serves to adjust the tension of the belt system. The tension belt runs approximately centrally along the longitudinal direction of the stretcher bed surface 1d. When the patient is on the stretcher, the tension belt 7 runs below the patient, while the shoulder belt 8 runs above the patient.

In order to enable the belt system to be easily attached to the stretcher, the upper belt loop 6 is divided below the stretcher and can be closed by means of a suitable closure 14.
