  • - Schwenkkopf 13 bzw. 13a wird geschwenkt, so daß der Füllochrahmenreiniger 20 die Position des Magnetgreifers 18 und umgekehrt einnimmt,
  • - Tragteil 9 wird abgesenkt, bis der Füllochrahmenreiniger 20 mit der Dichtfläche 5 des Füllochrahmens 3 in Berührung steht,
  • - gleichzeitig wird mit dem Schlitten 22 das Reinigungswerkzeug 23 vor den in Drehung befindlichen Füllochdeckel 4 gefahren und dessen Dichtfläche gereinigt,
  • - Reinigungswerkzeug 23 fährt zurück, Schwenkkopf 13 bzw. 13a wird in die Ausgangsposition zurückgeschwenkt,
  • - Füllochdeckel 4 wird durch Arbeitsbewegung des Tragteils 9 wieder auf den Füllochrahmen 3 aufgesetzt und in die Schließstellung gedreht,
  • - Magnet wird abgeschaltet und Tragteil 9 nach oben gefahren.

  • - Magnet is switched off and support part 9 is moved upwards.

Claims (7)

1. Device for lifting and replacing charging hole lids of horizontal chamber coke ovens and for cleaning the sealing surfaces to be employed on coke oven charging cars which said device is mounted to in a liftable and lowerable arrangement, said device being equipped with a rotatable magnetic grab and a chargehole frame cleaner being fitted with a rotating cleaning tool being movable from an idle position into cleaning position and vice versa, characterized in that a magnetic grab 18 and a chargehole frame cleaner 20 are mounted to a swivel head 13, 13a on opposite sides to the swivelling axis with the swivelling axes being located in one plane in angular arrangement to each other, and that the swivelling axis 15 of said swivel head 13, 13a lies in said plane.and coincides with the bisector of the angle formed by said two swivelling axes, and that said swivel head 13, 13a is supported to a carrying part 9 being guided vertically adjustable at a vertical guide 7.
2. Device according to Claim 1 characterized in that the angle between the swivelling axes of said magnetic grab 18 and said chargehole frame cleaner 20 is 90°.
3. Device according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that the swivel head 13, 13a mainly is designed as a cross beam with a roughly trough- shaped profile, with said magnetic grab 18 and said chargehole frame cleaner 20 being located at the outer legs 16, 17 in a manner that said magnetic grab 18 on the one hand and said chargehole frame cleaner 20 on the other hand each are located at the outsides of the legs 16, 17.
4. Device as claimed in any of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that a cleaning element 23 centrically positioned on the swivelling axis of the magnetic grab 18 being in idle position is mounted on said carrying part 9 to a carriage 22 being movable back and forth in the direction of said swivelling axis.
5. Device as claimed in any of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that one single drive 19 and/or 21 each is provided for said magnetic grab 18 and said chargehole frame cleaner, respectively.
6. Device as claimed in any of the Claim 1 to 4, characterized in that said magnetic grab 18 and said chargehole frame cleaner are linked via a gearbox with a common drive.
7. Device as claimed in any of the Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said chargehole frame cleaner is combined with a rotatingly working tool for cleaning the chargehole shaft.
