Claims (2)

1. Verfahren zum Einwalzen von Rippen, in bV Rohre durch Verwenden von drehangetriebenen Werkzeugen, die als Form Scheiben umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Material des Rohres (3), in das Rippen (4) eingewalzt werden, eine anfängliche Kompressionskraft einer Stärke eingebracht wird, die kleiner ist als die Elastizitätsgrenze Re des Materials des Rohres, und daß dann in der Zone der Wirkung der Scheibenwerkzeuge (6) unter Aufrechterhaltung der anfänglichen Kompressionsbeanspruchung im Material des Rohres Rippen dadurch ausgebildet werden, daß die angetriebenen Walzformscheibenwerkzeuge in das Rohr getrieben werden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke der anfänglichen Kompressionskraft im Bereich von

liegt, wobei Fo die Größe des Bereiches des Querschnitts des Rohres vor dem Einwalzen bezeichnet und Fr die Größe des Bereiches des Querschnitts des Kerns des Rohres (3) nach dem Einwalzen der Rippe.
