Dotychczas wytwarzanie zeber na rurach metoda wytlaczania, zwana takze metoda walcowa¬ nia, przeprowadza sie w glowicach, zawierajacych zazwyczaj trzy symetrycznie rozmieszczone walce zlozone z szeregu profilowanych krazków. Odksztalcenie promieniowe przejawia sie w formie zwiekszenia srednicy zeber, a odksztalcenie osiowe przejawia sie w formie wydluzenia rury. W poczatkowej fazie, rozpoczynajac wytlaczanie zeber od swobodnego konca rury, naprezenia osiowe w nieodksztalconej czesci rury rosna systematycznie, az do osiagniecia okreslonego stanu równowagi naprezen w materiale rury zewnetrznej. W tych warunkach praca narzedzia sprowadza sie do wywolania odksztalcen plastycznych rury w kierunku promieniowym. Rure 1 przed operacja wytlaczania zeber scisnieto sruba 2, wywolujac powstanie wstepnego naprezania sciskajacego o ustalonej wielkosci. Naklad 100 egz.Cena 130 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of extruding ribs on pipes, in particular ribs with small pitch or ribs on pipes of hard-plastic materials. Hitherto, the production of ribs on pipes by the extrusion method, also called the rolling method, is carried out in heads, usually consisting of three symmetrically arranged rolls consisting of a series of profiled discs. The axis of each cylinder forms the rolling axis, which is the axis of the pipe, a fixed angle. The size of this angle results from the geometrical dependence of the screw profile of the ribs extruded on the pipe. The rollers are driven by a rotational movement, thanks to which, after introducing the tube into their operating zone, the rollers, transmitting the rotational movement to the tube, extrude the rib. The forming of the ribs on the pipe is the result of creating a suitable stress state in the pipe material in the tool interaction zone, causing plastic deformation. The pipe material deforms in the axial and radial direction in the tool interaction zone. The radial deformation manifests itself in the form of an increase in the diameter of the ribs, and the axial deformation manifests itself in the form of an elongation of the pipe. The elongation of the pipe in the process of extrusion of the ribs is a disadvantageous phenomenon, because the elongation amount is randomly variable for each pipe section. This feature necessitates the use of technological allowances, and thus the formation of waste. The axial deformation of the pipe is caused by the corresponding axial stresses generated by the tool in its working area. As a result of these stresses, the tool is subjected to very high loads in the axial direction. These loads cause the disks that make up the tool to bend. As a result, the pitch of the ribs is uneven and always greater than the pitch of the discs. The main problem in the methods of extruding ribs used so far is the low durability of the tool, the discs of which are destroyed as a result of the impact of fatigue bending loads. Polish patent description No. 113,419 presents the construction of the tool with the use of an additional ring stiffening the tool and increasing its durability. However, this solution does not eliminate the elongation of the pipe and it is difficult to extrude ribs with very small pitches on pipes from materials with high resistance to plastic deformation, because the increase in loads in the axial direction of the tool is much greater than the possibility of increasing the rigidity of the tool. '' \ 39 940 In the patent description No. 3,878,593 discloses a method for the production of bimetallic finned tubes using an elongation blocking method on which the zebra is stamped. This locking consists in clamping the end of the outer tube onto the inner tube, and then the rib extrusion process starts at the other, free end of the tube. When extruding the ribs in this way, unequal axial stresses are observed along the tube length. In the initial phase, starting with the extrusion of the ribs from the free end of the pipe, the axial stress in the non-deformed part of the pipe increases steadily until a certain equilibrium state of stresses in the material of the outer pipe is reached. At the same time, as a result of an increase in the axial stress in the outer tube, from the initial value "O" to the value corresponding to the equilibrium state, the diameter of the ribs increases from a certain initial size to the desired size. A section of the pipe with an unequal rib diameter usually does not meet the required dimensional tolerances and Another disadvantageous phenomenon in the first phase of extrusion is the excessive bending load of the tool discs. The essence of the method of extruding ribs on pipes according to the invention consists in introducing an initial compressive stress of a size smaller than that of the material of the pipe from which the zebra is extruded. the yield strength Re of the pipe material, and then in the zone of interaction of the pulley tools, while maintaining the initial compressive stress in the pipe material, the rib is formed by pressing the driven profiled pulleys against the pipe. It is preferable that the amount of the initial compressive stress is (0.2- 0.7) Fo "Fr -Re, Fo where Fo is the size of the pipe section area and Fr is the size of the pipe core section area after zebra extrusion. By introducing a preliminary state of compressive stresses into the material of the deformed pipe, the tool is relieved of the axial loads that bend the profile discs, more practically in the first phase of the tool contact with the material, with the other effect of introducing a preliminary state of compressive stresses to avoid axial elongation of the pipe. Under these conditions, the work of the tool boils down to inducing plastic deformation of the pipe in the radial direction. By producing finned pipes using the presented method, pipes with a constant geometry along their entire length are obtained while maintaining high tool life. With the tool relieved from harmful bending stresses, the tool can be used to extrude ribbons with very small partitions and large heights from materials with high yield points. the compressive stress of this tube, Fig. 2 is an axial section through the tube and the tool during rib pressing, Fig. 3 is a cross-section through the tube prior to the rib pressing operation, and Fig. 4 is the cross section through the tube after ribbing. Tube 1 before the operation When extruding the ribs, the bolt 2 was compressed, inducing a pre-stress of a predetermined amount. The amount of this stress is preferably (0.2-0.7) ^ EL • Re, Fo where Fo is the cross-sectional area of the pipe prior to the extrusion operation, Fr is the cross-sectional area of the pipe after the extrusion operation 4, and Re is the limit plasticity of the material of the pipe. The pipe material experiences plastic deformation only in the radial direction. Patent claims 1.
