Abstract

The disclosure relates to a signal pistol which is furnished with a magazine for storing blank cartridges, which magazine can be transported by means of a transport latch arrangement. There is also disclosed an insert for shooting or firing of the signal rockets, which insert is in the form of a magazine slide, associated with the magazine, and having several bores. Each one of the bores communicates via a pertaining flash hole with a pertaining blank cartridge arranged in the magazine. The longitudinal axes of the bores extend at least substantially vertically or vertically slightly inclined forwardly. There can be provided two or more rows of bores in the magazine slide.

Description

The invention relates to a signal pistol with a magazine with blank cartridges, which can be transported longitudinally displaceably by means of a ratchet device on a guide bar, and with an insert connected to at least one cartridge via at least one ignition channel, which insert has at least one bore for signal rockets which is approximately perpendicular or slightly inclined forward with the longitudinal axis. Firing, whistling or rattling cartridges is provided.

For the firing of signal rockets and the like. Gas and start pistols are used, in which 6 mm Flobert-Platz and gas cartridges are generally arranged in a magazine. To fire the signal rockets, which generally have a diameter of 15 mm, you insert or screw a corresponding insert with a into the barrel muzzle or into an at least approximately perpendicularly projecting hole that is connected to a blank cartridge via an ignition channel larger hole. The signal rocket to be fired is then inserted into the bore. When the pistol is fired, the blank cartridge delivers the ignition spark, which is then used to fire the signal rocket or the like via the ignition channel. A signal gun of this generic type is such. B. described in DE-B-21 04 360.

With such a signal gun, however, there is the difficulty that a signal rocket must be reloaded after each shot. On the one hand, their handling is relatively cumbersome and, on the other hand, a quick shot sequence cannot be achieved.

From DE-B-1 078 902 a gas and signal revolver is known which has a rotatable drum. Distributed over the circumference are four blank cartridges with coaxial holes in front of them for signal rockets and the like. Arranged.

With such a signal turret, several signal rockets can be fired in succession without reloading according to the number of gas cartridges present, but this is a different type of weapon. In addition, the turret is relatively bulky and due to the relatively large diameter of the signal rockets, only a limited number of them can be accommodated on the drum.

Weiterhin ist in dieser Druckschrift eine Ausführungsform dargestellt, die mit einem Stabmagazin versehen ist, das auf einem Trägerteil längsverschieblich gelagert ist.DE-B-1 '088 394 describes a firearm which has an insert which is provided with a plurality of bores, the longitudinal axis of each individual bore being at least approximately perpendicular. Furthermore, this publication shows an embodiment which is provided with a rod magazine which is mounted on a carrier part so as to be longitudinally displaceable.

However, the firearm described in this document is not a signal pistol of the type mentioned at the beginning. In addition, the mode of operation and the structure of the rod magazine are not described in detail.

The present invention is therefore based on the object to provide a signal gun of the type mentioned, with which several signal rockets or the like can be fired in a simple manner without reloading, but the pistol itself is simple and space-saving in construction and inexpensive Manufacturing should be.

According to the invention, this object is achieved in that the use as a magazine carriage, on which or with which the magazine is arranged or connected, is formed with a plurality of bores which are parallel to one another in two rows, each individual bore having a respective inclined one The ignition channel is connected to a blank cartridge arranged in the magazine underneath and between the two rows of bores, and the longitudinal axis of each individual bore is at least approximately perpendicular or slightly inclined forward.

Instead of an insert with only a single hole that is applied or screwed onto the barrel, the insert is now designed according to the invention as a magazine slide with several holes. Since this magazine carriage is connected to the magazine at the same time and is thus transported in a conventional manner via the ratchet device after each shot, several signal rockets or the like can be fired in succession. For this purpose, a corresponding number of blank cartridges are connected to the bores in each case via ignition channels. In this case, in an optimal manner, generally as many holes for signal rockets will be drilled as blank cartridges are arranged in the magazine.

Due to the arrangement of the longitudinal axes of the bores at least approximately vertically or slightly inclined forward, the signal rockets are already in the correct firing direction in the normal, essentially horizontal position of the pistol in the hand.

Due to the double-row arrangement of holes for the signal rockets and the row of space cartridges between and below it, a large number of signal rockets can be accommodated in the smallest space. The signal gun can thus be kept very handy and small, although it can be equipped with many signal rockets. Depending on the length of the magazine carriage, a large number of signal rockets can be fired in rapid succession without reloading.

If the magazine carriage is provided on the underside with guide grooves which cooperate with one or more guide strips attached to the lower part of the pistol, the magazine in a conventional manner in a horizontal manner Direction is moved backwards by the pawl device, the lower part of a normal gas and shock gun can be used in a simple manner. For this purpose, e.g. B. the guide bar can be provided with a base body, which is connected by bolts to the lower part of the gun, with horizontal guide bars being arranged on the base body on its longitudinal side, in which the guide grooves of the magazine slide run.

In conventional pistols, the top of the pistol and barrel are generally bolted to the bottom. The magazine is guided in corresponding guides between the upper part and the lower part, the transport taking place via the pawl device protruding from the lower part and the ignition by the firing pin likewise protruding from the lower part.

This configuration according to the invention can thus be carried out in a simpler manner. Way the lower part of a conventional gun can be used, the connection of the base body with this can be done via the known bolts.

Advantageous further developments and refinements of the invention are evident from the subclaims and from the exemplary embodiment described in principle below with reference to the drawing.

The lower part 1 of the signal gun is of conventional construction, which is why it is not described in more detail below. The signal gun has a trigger 2, a transport pawl 3 protruding from the lower part 1, as a pawl device, and a firing pin 4. A magazine carriage 5 is placed on the lower part 1 and has guide grooves 6 and 7 in the lower region on its two longitudinal sides. A base body 8, which is provided on both sides with vertical walls, serves for the direct connection of the magazine carriage 5 to the lower part 1. These vertical walls are provided with bores, just as there are corresponding bores in the lower part 1. Bolts 9 are inserted through these holes, whereby the base body 8 is firmly connected to the lower part 1. This type of connection corresponds to the usual connection of the known pistols to the upper part of the pistol. For this reason, this lower part can be adopted unchanged for the signal gun according to the invention.

The base body 8 is further provided with horizontal guide strips 10 arranged on its two longitudinal sides, which are integral with the base body. The magazine carriage 5 can be pushed onto these guide strips 10 via its guide grooves 6 and 7.

A magazine 11 for receiving blank cartridges 12 is connected to the magazine carriage 5. The connection is made via a joint 13 with a bolt 24 arranged in the magazine slide. In this way, the magazine 11 can be folded downwards after the magazine slide 5 has been removed from the lower part 1 of the pistol. This has the advantage that the empty cartridge cases can be easily ejected after use. In this case, the magazine 11 is simply folded down and the cartridge cases can be easily ejected from the front either by hand or with a pen.

So that the magazine 11 can be non-positively connected to the magazine carriage 5, it has at its front end an upwardly directed projection 14 which can either snap in front of the front end of the magazine carriage 5 or in a corresponding recess. A small ball 15, which lies in a bore in the magazine slide 5, is used for this purpose. A spring 16 is arranged behind the ball. The position of the ball 15 in the bore is chosen so that it can protrude somewhat from the surface. So that the ball 15 does not fall out, after the insertion of the bore diameter in the area of the opening is narrowed accordingly. This measure is known per se. In this way, the ball 15 is pressed against the rear surface of the extension 14, whereby the magazine 11 remains in this position in the closed state.

Of course, however, it is also possible to form the magazine slide 5 and the magazine 11 in one piece. In this case, it is only necessary to drill 5 corresponding holes in the underside of the magazine carriage.

To transport the magazine carriage 5 for a corresponding shot sequence, corresponding teeth 17 are known on the magazine 11, via which the magazine 11 and thus the magazine carriage 5 is transported one cycle after each shot in cooperation with the transport pawl 3.

As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 4, two rows of bosses 18, each with four bores, are arranged in the magazine carriage 5. Since these bores are located laterally above the magazine 11 or the blank cartridges 12, correspondingly inclined ignition channels 19 must be provided for connection to the blank cartridges 12. By this measure, however, you get a large number of holes for receiving signal rockets 20 in a confined space. Of course, only one can A series of holes 18 may be provided, which is then conveniently located directly above the magazine. Practically, the length of the magazine carriage and the magazine can be chosen arbitrarily, so that, if necessary, even more blank cartridges and thus signal rockets can be fired without reloading the magazine. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the ignition channels 19 alternately lead to the left and right rows of the bores 18. In the present case, one can thus fire one after the other and alternately from each row according to the number of space cartridges inserted without any reloading of signal rockets in rapid succession will. Of course, a wide variety of rocket types can be used, which can produce surprising effects.

So that the magazine carriage 5 is guided precisely, one or more, preferably two balls 21 are arranged on the side of the guide strips 10, which produce the same effect together with a spring arranged behind it as the ball 15 with the spring 16. The ball 21 protrudes a small amount laterally on the surface of the guide bar 10 and thus opposes an automatic displacement or falling out of the magazine carriage 5 from the guide bars 10 when the gun is held at an appropriate resistance. The selected contact pressure of the ball 21 is so low, however, that the proper transport by the transport pawl 3 is not impaired.

So that after loading the magazine carriage 5 with cartridges 12, these do not fall down before and during sliding onto the lower pistol part 1, a corresponding cover 22, for. B. a plastic slide (shown in dashed lines in the Fig.) In the guide grooves 6 and 7 after loading, in which the magazine carriage is held upside down, inserted. If the magazine carriage 5 in the position shown in FIG. 3 is now pushed onto the lower part of the pistol, the cover 22 is simultaneously pushed out to the same extent as the guide strips 10 are inserted.

Of course, this cover 22 is not absolutely necessary. In this case, only the cartridges would have to be pressed firmly into the magazine, or the pistol would have to be turned over to slide the magazine on.

As can be seen from FIG. 1, the longitudinal axes of the bores 18 are essentially vertically or slightly inclined forward, which leads to a better firing direction. For reasons of tolerance to the signal rockets to be fired and the like. The bores 18 are slightly conical.

The magazine carriage 5 can consist of die-cast aluminum. Die-cast aluminum is very inexpensive for series production and is also very precise in shape.

°Instead of a configuration such that the bores 18, in which the signal rockets, bang, whistle or rattle cartridges are accommodated, are slightly conical in order to compensate for differences in diameter of the rockets or cartridges, this can also be done according to the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 5 and 6 Top rail 23 can be used. The top rail 23 is arranged between the bores 18 in the longitudinal direction of the magazine 5. On the underside, it has a cavity 24 in the form of a semi-cylindrical groove, which extends essentially over the length of the top rail 23. The magazine 5 also has a semi-cylindrical groove 25 of the same diameter and the same length in the area under the top rail 23. The top rail 23 is connected to the magazine 5 by screws 26 at both ends. In the space formed by the cavity 24 and the groove 25, a weak spring 27 is inserted, which is attached to both ends of the top rail 23. In the area of the bores 18, the attachment rail 23 has rounded incisions which are slightly larger than the diameter of the bores 18. In the area of these incisions, the attachment rail 23 has lateral openings 28 on both sides. The diameter of the spiral spring 27 is now selected so that the spring in the area of the lateral openings 28 protrudes from them a small amount and thus also projects into the bores 18. By this measure, the cartridges or the rockets are held securely in the bores 18. If these are introduced into the bores 18, the protruding parts of the spiral spring 27 must be inserted into the side openings. However, due to the spring action, these parts push outwards to the side and thus hold the cartridges or rockets sufficiently. °
