- a known plug of this type consists of a plug housing in which a block-shaped plug insert element is mounted.
- the housing only encases the plug insert element, the latter receiving the cores of a multi-core, flat Lahnlitze réelle arranged in a row next to each other and supports one-piece metallic contact elements which have a plug contact area and a core contact part.
- the wire contact part penetrates the insulating jacket of a wire of a stripped area of the Lahnlitzetechnisch and contacts the metal strip, which is wrapped spirally around a nylon core, for example.
- the contact area of the wire contact part consists of two in the longitudinal direction of the wire arranged acute-angled cutting edges which have penetrated into the wire.
- the object of the invention is to provide a simple three-dimensional shape for an electrical connector, which enables simple threading of the wires of a Lahnlitze effet and controlled contacting of the wires.
- the plug according to the invention is preferably designed as an angled plug and constructed in two parts and consists of the housing part 1 and the plug part 2 mounted in the housing part, these parts preferably being locked together.
- the connector part 2 has a connector 4 projecting downward from the housing part 1 and a bearing block 5 seated in the housing part 1. Viewed in plan view (FIG. 3), the parts 4 and 5 are square, the tongue 4 being narrower than the bearing block 5 (Fig. Fig. 1, lb).
- the bearing block 5 has slit-shaped, narrow passages 3, which are expediently three in the longitudinal direction of the part 2 in two rows arranged side by side, the clear lateral distance of the two rows corresponds to the width of the bar 4 and the passages 3 the bearing block 5 in the direction of Push bar 4 through.
- bar 4 there are, for example, four equally spaced ribs 6 which project vertically downwards and viewed in cross section, U-shaped grooves 8 in bar 4 form.
- longitudinally extending grooves 7 can also be introduced superficially, which run from a front passage 3 to the height of the rear passages 3 and end between the rear passages 3 of the two rows (e.g. FIG. 3) .
- each contact web 9 of a contact element 10 consisting of a strip-shaped sheet metal stamping part are stored in the U-shaped grooves 8, the contact elements 10 being fixed and fixed in position in particular in the bearing block, for which purpose suitable, known means are used (not shown).
- the extension of each contact web 9 passes through a passage 3 and merges into the wire contact tongue 11, which projects vertically standing above the surface of the bearing block 5.
- the contact elements 10 seated in the front grooves 8 have connecting webs 12, which preferably extend from the webs 9 at right angles to the rear, sit in the grooves 7 and to which the wire contact tongues 11 extending upwards at right angles are connected.
- wire contact tongues I1 1 are viewed in the transverse direction of the plug, are arranged next to one another at a distance and project vertically upwards.
- the upper edge 13 of the contact tongues 11 is designed in the form of a cutting edge and expediently has two bump-like, rounded penetrating cutting edges 14 when viewed in side view (FIG. 2).
- the housing part 1 has a bottom 16 and two side walls 17, wherein preferably a front wall 18 can also be provided.
- a core block 19 is preferably arranged in one piece, that of the bottom 16, after protrudes below into the interior of the housing.
- the block 19 is made narrower than the clear distance between the side walls 17, so that gaps 20 remain next to the block.
- the block 19 is preferably also shorter than the length of the housing and is located in the area of the wire contact tongues 11 of the contact elements 10.
- the block 19 has, viewed from behind, in a horizontal plane side by side spaced holes, preferably blind holes 21, which extend to the front. Starting from approximately the longitudinal center of these holes 21, a passage formed as a longitudinal slot 22 passes through the block 19, the cross-sectional shape of which corresponds to the cross-sectional shape of a wire contact tongue 11, so that the wire contact tongues 11 sit positively in the slots 22.
- depressions 23 are expediently made, which are similar to the cross-sectional shape of the slots 22.
- the holes 21 preferably begin in a funnel shape, so that an insertion funnel 24 is formed.
- the wire contact tongues 11 sit in the slots 22 and protrude with their cutting edges 14 into the holes 21, whereby in each hole 21 a wire 29 of the Lahnlitze effet 26 is inserted, into which the cutting edges 14 have penetrated contact (Fig. lb and 2).
- the connector according to the invention can be supplied equipped with contact elements 10 and that contact can be made with a braided wire afterwards. For this purpose, it is ensured that the contact tongues 11 do not protrude into the holes 21 in the delivered state of the plug and can be inserted into the holes if, for. B. the wires 29 have been inserted into the holes 21.
- a pre-locking position of the housing part on the plug part 2 is provided for this purpose.
- the pre-locking position can e.g. can be ensured by at least two latching webs 30 projecting beyond the surface of the bearing block 5 in the outside area, with an outwardly facing latching lug 31, the latching bridges 30 projecting into the intermediate space 20 and the latching lugs 31 engaging behind latching edges 32, 32a which are introduced into the side walls 17 , wherein the side walls and / or the locking webs 30 can deflect elastically resiliently inwards or outwards.
- the locking edges 32a are lower than the locking edges 32, ie below the locking edges 32, and mark the pre-locking position of the plug, ie the distance between the locking edges 32 and 32a corresponds exactly to the desired positions of the wire contact tongues 11.
- stop edges 33, 33a are also useful to be provided above the edges 32, 32a, against which the upper edge of the locking webs 30 abuts when a locking position is reached, so that the locking positions are precisely defined. If the latching edges 32, 32a, 33, 33a are formed by holes 34 in the walls 17, the latching can advantageously be canceled from the outside by pressing the latching webs 30 from the outside inwards. In the E ndrast- of the plug position (Fig.
- the block 19 is located in a cutout 32 in the bottom 16 of the housing part 1 and is expediently fastened to the walls 17 laterally with thin tab-like webs 36.
- the webs 36 allow the block 19 to be moved in the direction of the double arrow 37.
- the housing part 1 is held on the plug part 2 with, for example, suitable latching means, the block 19 being at a distance above the surface of the bearing block 5 (not shown).
- the contact tongues 11 do not protrude into the holes 21, but already into the slots 22. If the wires 29 are inserted into the holes 21, the block 19 is pressed down, the tab-like webs 36 giving way, for example because of their excess width, or if they are elastic, stretch.
- a cutting of the fastening webs 36 can also be provided.
- the novel construction of the plug according to the invention also allows strain reliefs to be provided which act on a wire 29 and / or on the sheath of the braided wire 26 without curvatures or the like. Deformations occur that spatially displace the wire or the sheath to the outside.
- a strip 38 which extends transversely across the surfaces of the bearing block 5 and has a cutting-like edge 39, is arranged for the strain relief in the rear area and passes through a perforated slot 40 in the bottom of the chamber-shaped opening 25 of the block 19 and is pressed into the sheath of the Lahnlitze line 26.
- a strain relief device can be provided for each wire 29 (FIG. 4).
- a mandrel 41 passes through a hole 40 that extends into a hole 21 and presses into the wire 29.
- the invention solves the problem shown by shifting the tasks on the one hand into the housing part and on the other hand into the plug part 2.
- the housing part contains the bearing elements for the wires, and the plug part supports the contact elements, the assembly of the two parts causing the intrusion contact.
- Multi-part connector with certain functional tasks of the parts with regard to ensuring contacting are known in the generic field (US-PS 3761 869).
- the wires are placed between two parts of the connector and the parts are joined, the wires being clamped.
- the two-part embodiment has not proven itself because the positioning of the wires and thus the precisely controllable penetration of the contact elements into the wires is almost impossible.
- the contact elements are pressed in individually after all the wires have already been inserted into a slot. The wires can move laterally, so that the contact can be disturbed.
- the invention has gone back one step and has taken up the two-part embodiment of a plug again, but has found a solution that ensures an optimal distribution of functions.
- the wire contact tongues 11 have barbed material projections 11a on their outer edges, which are arranged such that when the housing part 1 is locked with the plug part 2 they penetrate into the wall of a slot 22 and get caught there.
- locking means for example barb-shaped material projections 10a
- locking means are provided on the connecting webs 12 or the plug contact webs 9 in the area of the passages 3, which provide a fixed positioning ensure the contact elements 10 in the bearing block 5.
- the barb-shaped material projections lla when the housing part 1 is locked with the plug part 2, the parts 1 and 2 are also held together by the positioning means 11a and 10.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a miniaturized electrical plug made of plastic for low-voltage systems, in particular telecommunications technology, preferably for telephone systems according to the preamble of
A known plug of this type consists of a plug housing in which a block-shaped plug insert element is mounted. The housing only encases the plug insert element, the latter receiving the cores of a multi-core, flat Lahnlitzeleitung arranged in a row next to each other and supports one-piece metallic contact elements which have a plug contact area and a core contact part. The wire contact part penetrates the insulating jacket of a wire of a stripped area of the Lahnlitzeleitung and contacts the metal strip, which is wrapped spirally around a nylon core, for example. For this purpose, the contact area of the wire contact part consists of two in the longitudinal direction of the wire arranged acute-angled cutting edges which have penetrated into the wire.
The controlled insertion of the metallic contact elements, which can only be pressed into their final position in the bearing block after the wires have been inserted, is difficult and therefore disadvantageous with this known connector. When installing, contact is made with the wire by pressing the wire contact part into the wire. Means which enable controlled penetration, i.e. in particular to control the depth of penetration, are not provided, so that there is a considerable lack in this respect.
The object of the invention is to provide a simple three-dimensional shape for an electrical connector, which enables simple threading of the wires of a Lahnlitzeleitung and controlled contacting of the wires.
The object is achieved in an electrical connector according to the preamble of

The plug according to the invention is preferably designed as an angled plug and constructed in two parts and consists of the
B. Fig. 3).The
Correspondingly shaped plug-in
The
In the extension of the
It is essential that the connector according to the invention can be supplied equipped with
According to one embodiment of the invention, a pre-locking position of the housing part on the
The locking edges 32a are lower than the
In another embodiment of the invention according to FIG. 5, the
The novel construction of the plug according to the invention also allows strain reliefs to be provided which act on a
The invention solves the problem shown by shifting the tasks on the one hand into the housing part and on the other hand into the
Multi-part connector with certain functional tasks of the parts with regard to ensuring contacting are known in the generic field (US-PS 3761 869). In this known connector, the wires are placed between two parts of the connector and the parts are joined, the wires being clamped. The two-part embodiment has not proven itself because the positioning of the wires and thus the precisely controllable penetration of the contact elements into the wires is almost impossible. According to a particular embodiment of the invention, the
In the same way, locking means, for example barb-shaped material projections 10a, are provided on the connecting
In addition, it is ensured by the positioning means 11a that the contacting is maintained almost unchanged because the
An important advantage of the invention compared to the prior art is that the
