Abstract
Description
"Bavaria-Lats" sind eine Klimmzughilfe für den Bodybuilder und Fitness Sportler."Bavaria-Lats" are a pull-up aid for the bodybuilder and fitness athlete.
In order to explain the function of this pull-up aid in more detail, I would like to briefly explain the basic principles of muscle growth and strength gain.
Muskelwachstum bzw. Muscle growth or strength gain can be achieved, among other things. according to the overload principle. That means you train with weights that are as heavy as possible in order to stimulate the muscle to the maximum. The same applies to the latissimus and back muscles. Each muscle group is trained a maximum of 2 times a week, which results in the fact that you train certain muscle groups together. For example: latissimus biceps, or chest, shoulder triceps.
If I now train the latissimus and back and do this with the heaviest possible weights, I not only put a strain on the lats and back muscles, but also very heavily on the forearms and hands. This can have the effect that you still have strength in the lat and back muscles, but no longer in the forearm, which opens the handle and makes it impossible to hold the pull-up or rowing bar.
Hierfür bieten "Bavaria-Lats" eine wesentliche Hilfe. Einerseits kann man Lats- und Rückenmuskeln viel stärker belasten, anderseits bleibt der Unterarm weitgehend unbelastet, wodurch man im folgenden Bizepstraining noch volle Kraft besitzt und so auch hier intensiver trainieren kann."Bavaria-Lats" offer an essential help for this. On the one hand, you can put a lot more strain on your lats and back muscles, on the other hand, your forearm remains largely unloaded, which means that you still have full strength in the following bicep workout and can therefore train more intensively here.
"Bavaria-Lats" sind sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen von großem Nutzen und können individuell an jedes Handgelenk angepaßt werden."Bavaria-Lats" are very useful for both men and women and can be individually adapted to any wrist.
The metal hook has a diameter of approx. 28 mm, which is sufficient for any standard pull-up bar. The hook is also provided with a sikke to ensure maximum stability.
There is a leather cuff under the belt to optimally distribute the pressure on the joint and back of the hand. The belt buckle can be easily operated with one hand.
