Abstract

Klimmzughilfe zur Entlastung des Unterarms bei Übungen, die die Rückenmuskulatur fördern, und dadurch die Möglichkeit, die Intensität beim Training zu steigern.
Die Klimmzughilfe besteht aus einem hochbelastbaren Haken, der auf jede handelsübliche Klimmzugstange paßt, und einer Handgelenksmanschette mit stufenloser Einstellung, die eine individuelle Anpassung an jedes Handgelenk ermöglicht.

Description

  • "Bavaria-Lats" sind eine Klimmzughilfe für den Bodybuilder und Fitness Sportler.
  • Um die Funktion dieser Klimmzughilfe genauer zu erläutern, möchte ich auf die Grundprinzipien des Muskelwachstums und des Kraftzuwachses kurz eingehen.
  • Muskelwachstum bzw. Kraftzuwachs erreicht man u.a. nach dem Überlastungsprinzip. Das heißt, man trainiert mit möglichst schweren Gewichten, um so den Muskel maximal anzuregen. Das gleiche gilt für die Latissimus und RÜckenmuskeln. Jede Muskelgruppe wird höchstens 2 X wöchentlich trainiert, daraus ergibt sich die Tatsache, daß man bestimmte Muskelgruppen zusammen trainiert. So zum Beispiel: Latissimus-Bizeps, oder Brust-, Schulter-Trizeps.
  • Wenn ich nun Latissimus und Rücken trainiere und das mit möglichst schweren Gewichten, so belaste ich nicht nur die Lats- und Rückenmuskeln, sondern auch sehr stark die Unterarme und Hände. Das kann sich so auswirken, daß man in den Lats- und Rückenmuskeln zwar noch Kraft hat, aber nicht mehr im Unterarm, wodurch sich der Griff öffnet und die Klimmzug- oder Ruderstange nicht mehr zu halten ist.
  • Hierfür bieten "Bavaria-Lats" eine wesentliche Hilfe. Einerseits kann man Lats- und Rückenmuskeln viel stärker belasten, anderseits bleibt der Unterarm weitgehend unbelastet, wodurch man im folgenden Bizepstraining noch volle Kraft besitzt und so auch hier intensiver trainieren kann.
  • "Bavaria-Lats" sind sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen von großem Nutzen und können individuell an jedes Handgelenk angepaßt werden.
  • Der Metallhaken hat einen Durchmesser von ca. 28 mm, der für jede handelsübliche Klimmzugstange ausreicht. Außerdem ist der Haken mit einer Sikke versehen, um eine maximale Stabilität zu gewährleisten.
  • Unter dem Gurt befindet sich eine Ledermanschette, um den entstehenden Druck auf Gelenk und Handrücken optimal zu verteilen. Der Gurtverschluß läßt sich problemlos mit einer Hand bedienen.

Claims (2)

1. Klimmzughilfe zur Entlastung des Unterarms beim Rückentraining im Kraftsport und somit die Ermöglichung zum intensiveren Training,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klimmzughilfe aus einem Haken, einer Handgelenksmanchete und einem stufenlosen Verschluß zusammengesetzt ist.
2. Klimmzughilfe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dsß die Klimmzughilfe individuell an jedes Handgelenk angepaßt werden kanr und zur Verwendung aller Übungen, die die Rückenmuskulatur fördern, geeignet ist.
