Claims (15)

1. Zuschnitt aus Pappe, Wellpappe oder einem anderen blattförmigen Material aus einem einzigen Stück zur Herstellung einer Verpackung, an welcher unabhängig ein Handgriff (11) anzuordnen ist, mit einer Vielzahl von Seitenflächen (12), die hintereinander zu zweien über parallele Faltlinien (13), nachstehend Hauptfaltlinien genannt, angelenkt sind, wobei jensets von Grundfaltlinien (16), die senkrecht zu den Hauptfaltlinien (13) verlaufen, Klappen (18) jeweils unabhängig wenigstens einige der Seitenflächen (12) verlängern, und mit einem abtrennbaren Band (27), das vorgeschnitten hintereinander in wenigstens einigen der nacheinander angeordneten Seitenflächen (12) parallel zu den Grundfaltlinien (16) der Klappen (18), die diese verlängern, in Nähe der Grundfaltlinien (16) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jeder der beiden Klappen (18A) die zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen (12A) verlängern, eine Lasche (20) geschnitten ist, die selbst von einer Grundfaltlinie ausgeht, die senkrecht zu den Hauptfaltlinien (13) verläuft, dass in der Mitte einer derartigen Lasche (20) getrennt durch eine vorgeschnittene Linie (22) ein ablösbarer Abschnitt (23) vorgesehen ist, welcher derart angeordnet ist, dass er die betreffende Seitenfläche (12A) überdeckt, wenn die Lasche (20) auf diese durch Faltung um ihre Grundfaltlinie umgeklappt ist, und dass die Lasche dazu bestimmt ist, eine lokale Verstärkung der Seitenfläche (12A) zur Befestigung eines unabhängigen Handgriffes, der von einer der Seitenflächen zu der anderen Seitenfläche (12A) verläuft, zu bilden.
2. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ablösbare Abschnitt (23) der Lasche (20) eine seitliche Verlängerung bildet.
3. Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ablösbare Abschnitt (23) der Lasche (20) etwa rechtwinklig bezüglich des übrigen Teils ist.
4. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschnittlinie (22), die den ablösbaren Abschnitt (23) der Lasche (20) begrenzt, etwa schräg zu der Grundfaltlinie der Lasche verläuft.
5. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfaltlinie (21) der Lasche (20) verschieden ist von der Grundfaltlinie (16) der Klappe (18A), in welcher sie ausgeschnitten ist, dass sie sich etwa parallel zu dieser erstreckt, und dass in einem Abstand (D1) zu der Grundfaltlinie (21), der etwa gleich ist dem Abstand (D2), der diese von der Grundaltlinie (16) trennt, die Lasche (20) mit einer Faltlinie (24) ausgebildet ist, die etwa parallel zu der vorerwähnten verläuft, deren Faltrichtung aber umgekehrt ist zu dieser.

Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (20) sich längs einer der Seiten der Klappe (18A), in welcher sie geschnitten ist, erstreckt, und dass die Seite die ist, die der Klappe (18B) am nächsten liegt, die von den Klappen eingerahmt ist, in welchen eine derartige Lasche (20) geschnitten ist.

Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (L1), weiche der Abschnitt einer Lasche (20) senkrecht zu der Grundfaltlinie (16) der entsprechenden Klappe (18A) aufweist, der jenseits ihrer Faltlinie (24) gegenüber der Grundfaltlinie (16) gelegen ist, grösser ist als die Länge (L2), in welcher gegenüber der gleichen Grundfaltlinie (16) diejenige Vorschnittlinie (28) des ablösbaren Bandes (27) angeordnet ist, welche der Grundfaltlinie (16) am nächsten liegt.

Zuschnitt nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der ablösbare Abschnitt (23) der Lasche (20) selbst in einem Abstand (L'i) von der Faltlinie (24) dieser Lasche (20) angeordnet ist, der wenigstens gleich ist dem Abstand (L'2), in welchem hinsichtlich der betreffenden Grundfaltlinie (16) diejenige der Vorschnittlinien (28) des ablösbaren Bandes (27) angeordnet ist, die am weitesten von der Grundfaltlinie (16) entfernt liegt.
9. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grundfaltlinie der Lasche (20) mit der Grundfaltlinie (16) der Klappe (18A) zusammenfällt, in welcher sie ausgeschnitten ist.
10. Zuschnitt nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei welchem auf der Innenseite der Seitenflächen (12), in welchen das ablösbare Band (27) vorgeschnitten ist, ein Verstärkungsband (29) zusammenhängend auf das ablösbare Band (27) aufgebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstärkungsband (29) beispielsweise durch einen Schnitt gerade an der Hauptfaltlinie (13) aufhört, an welcher eine der Seitenflächen (12A), die durch eine Klappe (18A) verlängert ist, in welcher eine Lasche (20) ausgeschnitten ist, verbunden ist mit einer Seitenfläche (12B), die verlängert ist durch eine Klappe (18B), die nicht mit einer derartigen Lasche versehen ist.

Verpackungsentwurf, hergestellt durch Faltung in einen rohrförmigen Behälter und Verbinden der äusseren Seitenflächen untereinander eines Zuschnitts aus Pappe, Wellpappe oder einem anderen blattförmigen Material, welcher in einem Stück eine Vielzahl von Seitenflächen (12) aufweist, die hintereinander zu zweien über parallele Faltlinien (13) angelenkt sind, die nachstehend als Hauptfaltlinien bezeichnet werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zuschnitt, von welchem der Verpackungsentwurf ausgeht, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ausgebildetist, und dass der ablösbare Abschnitt (23), den eine Lasche (20) aufweist, die in jede der beiden Klappen (18A) geschnitten ist, die zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenflächen (12A) jenseits von Grundfaltlinien (16) verlängern, die senkrecht zu Hauptfaltlinien (13) verlaufen, beispielsweise durch Verkleben an der Seitenfläche (12A), welche die betreffende Klappe (18A) verlängert, mit der Innenfläche der Seitenfläche (12A) verbunden wird.
