Abstract

An apparatus and method for sealing a film or foil or the like on to a container, by means of a downwardly movable heating device which is arranged between two columns or pillars bridged by a transverse member and below which the container can be passed, in a carrier member, are to be such that the operation of applying the film or foil to the container is automated and the operating procedure is accelerated. Dabei besteht die Verbindung zwischen Verkleidung 27a und Tragarm 82 aus einer Drehachse D, während ein Bolzen 83 an der Säule 5 bzw. 6 in eine längliche Ausnehmung 84 am Fuss des Tragarms 82 eingreift. Claims (10)

1.
