Eine solche Wickelmaschine ist durch die DE-PS 32 43 994 bekannt. Mit der dort vorgesehenen Trennvorrichtung soll ein sicheres Durchtrennen der Warenbahn an definierter Stelle erzielt werden, damit der hierdurch geschaffene Bahnanfang eine ausreichende Länge zum Befestigen an einer neuen Wickelhülse hat. Die Trennvorrichtung muß daher an einer Stelle des Ablaßtisches angeordnet sein, an der sie an der zwischen der Walze und der auf dem Ablaßtisch befindlichen Wickelrolle verlaufenden Bahn angreifen kann. Dabei darf die Trennvorrichtung den Übergang der Wickelrolle von der Walze auf den Ablaßtisch nicht behindern. Außerdem darf sie keine Schäden an den äußeren Lagen der Wickelrolle hervorrufen. Ferner muß die Trennvorrichtung für Wartungszwecke gut zugänglich sein. Schließlich muß die Trennvorrichtung aber so geschützt angeordnet sein, daß Verletzungen des Bedienungspersonals der Wickelmaschine sicher vermieden werden.Such a winding machine is known from DE-PS 32 43 994. Dabei greift das Trennelement 33 der Trennvorrichtung 28 an dem sich von der Zentralwalze 11 über das Wickelbett 14 und die Hilfswalze 12 zu der fertigen Wickelrolle 18 erstreckenden Bahnstreifen 16.1 an. Das Trennen des Warenbahnstreifens 16.1 kann durch Absenken der von den Spannköpfen erfaßten neuen Wickelhülse 20 in das Wickelbett 14 erfolgen. Dabei greift die Wickelhülse 20 am Warenbahnstreifen 16.1 an und strafft diesen, so daß das Trennelement 33 mit seinen Zähnen in den Bahnstreifen eindringt und diesen perforiert.     characterised in that the separating device (28) is inserted in a plate (29) of the delivery table (21) supporting the web roll (17) and is connected to an operating device (35) for moving between an inoperative position and a working position, in which the separating device emerges from the delivery table;
    in that in the edge region of the support plate (29) close to the roll the delivery table (21) has a recess (30), in which an edge (31) pivoted parallel to the roll (11) with at least one separating element (33) of separating device (28), which is attached along its free edge zone on the side of the roll, is immersed in the inoperative position, and
    in that in the inoperative position of the separating device (28) the edge (31) aligns with the upper side of the support plate (29), over which the web roll (17) rolls when it is removed from the machine (10).
  2. A winding machine according to Claim 1,
    characterised in that the separating element (33) of the separating device (28) is a serrated blade.
  3. A winding machine according to Claim 1 or 2,
    characterised in that the separating element (33) is screwed with the edge (31) of the separating device (28).
  4. A winding machine according to Claim 1, 2 or 3,
    characterised in that the edge (31) of the separating device (28) is provided at one end at least with a lever arm (36) housed at the delivery table (21), on which a piston-cylinder unit (37) acts with its piston rod (38) as operating device (35).
