Definitions
- the invention relates to a belt member for a cartridge belt, consisting of a clip part and an articulated part, wherein the articulated part of a belt member and the clip part of the adjacent belt member act on each cartridge of the cartridge belt and the cylindrical outer surface of the articulated part in the cylindrical inner surface of the clip part when the clip is buckled Cartridge belt is pivotally guided about the cartridge axis.
- both the clamp part and the joint part have a large overlap, i.e. the belt links grip the cartridge much more than 180 ° to ensure that the cartridge belt does not accidentally disintegrate when it is kinked.
- a large overlap hinders the supply of ammunition to a weapon.
- the object which is now to be achieved with the present invention is to create a belt member in which both the joint part and the clamp part grip the cartridge only a little, i.e. the overlap is small and there is still no risk of the belt disintegrating if the cartridge belt is severely buckled.
- the belt member according to the invention, with which the object is achieved is characterized in that the pivoting of the joint part relative to the clamp part is limited by stops on the clamp part and by stops on the joint part.
- the belt member 10 consists of a bracket part 11 and a joint part 12 which engages resiliently into the bracket part. Both parts are inseparably connected to one another, which ensures a limited flexibility of the cartridge belt, which is composed of cartridges and such belt members 10.
- the clamp part 11 has an opening 13, into which two resilient hooks 14 and 15 of the joint part 12 protrude. These hooks 14 and 15 are shown more clearly in FIG. 3.
- the clamp part 11 has two clamps 16 and 17, which clamp around a cartridge 18 (see FIG. 4). 4 rests on the cartridge 18 and has on its cylindrical outer surface two ribs 19 and 20 (FIG. 1) which protrude into grooves 21 and 22 on the cylindrical inner surface of the clamp part 11.
- the belt link described above does not differ from the known belt links. According to the invention, however, on the one hand the clamp part 11 has two stops 23 and on the other hand the hinge part 12 has two stops 24. A displacement of the joint part 12 relative to the clamp part 11 is limited by these stops 23 and 24, as can be seen from FIG. 4.
- both the clamp parts 11 and the articulated parts 12 encompass the cartridge 18 by a little more than 180 °, the articulated part 12 encompassing the cartridge less far than the clamp part 11.
- This increases the risk that a belt member 10 is inadvertently stripped from a cartridge, significantly larger, in particular the joint part 12, which grips the cartridge 18 less far, is stripped.
- the risk of undesired stripping of a belt member 10 from the cartridge 18 is prevented by the abovementioned stops 23 and 24.
- the aim is to prevent the cartridge belt from accidentally falling apart when it is bent or kinked.
- these stops 23 and 24 make it possible to design the belt members 10 so that they encompass the cartridge 18 less far, which makes it easier to comb the cartridges 18 out of the belt members when the cartridges 18 are fed to a firearm.
- the clamp part 11 has a recess 27 which is delimited by two edges 28 which extend in the circumferential direction of the cartridge 18. At the outer ends of these edges 28 two cams 29 are provided, which form the abovementioned stops 23 and the inlet edges 25.

Description
The invention relates to a belt member for a cartridge belt, consisting of a clip part and an articulated part, wherein the articulated part of a belt member and the clip part of the adjacent belt member act on each cartridge of the cartridge belt and the cylindrical outer surface of the articulated part in the cylindrical inner surface of the clip part when the clip is buckled Cartridge belt is pivotally guided about the cartridge axis.
In a known belt member of this type (see DE-B-21 26 294), both the clamp part and the joint part have a large overlap, i.e. the belt links grip the cartridge much more than 180 ° to ensure that the cartridge belt does not accidentally disintegrate when it is kinked. On the other hand, a large overlap hinders the supply of ammunition to a weapon.
The object which is now to be achieved with the present invention is to create a belt member in which both the joint part and the clamp part grip the cartridge only a little, i.e. the overlap is small and there is still no risk of the belt disintegrating if the cartridge belt is severely buckled. The belt member according to the invention, with which the object is achieved, is characterized in that the pivoting of the joint part relative to the clamp part is limited by stops on the clamp part and by stops on the joint part.
- Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des Gurtgliedes von oben,
- Fig. 3 einen Schnitt nach Linie 111-111 in Fig. 1
- Fig. 4 das Ineinandergreifen von zwei Gurtgliedern.
- 1 is a view of the belt member from above,
- 2 is a side view of the belt member shown in FIG. 1,
- 3 shows a section along line 111-111 in FIG. 1
- Fig. 4 the interlocking of two belt members.
The belt link described above does not differ from the known belt links. According to the invention, however, on the one hand the
As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 and 4, both the
Thanks to the design of the
