Um die erforderliche Präzision und Paßgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten, wird in dieser Ausführungsform des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens die Belichtung der photopolymerisierbaren Schicht vorzugsweise über ein Register vorgenommen.
