Abstract
Description

Die Erfindung schlägt als wesentliches Merkmal eine über die ganze Torlänge führende untere C-förmige Hohlprofilschiene vor, die aufgrund ihrer ProfiLgebung die ausreichende Tragfähigkeit aufweist und die mit ihrer öffnung horizontal ausgerichtet ist, so daß die die LaufroLLe tragende Achse ebenfalls horizontal ausgerichtet werden kann. Hierdurch ist ein einfacher Aufbau möglich, und zwar gleichzeitig schafft die C-profiLförmige HohLprofiLschiene die erforderliche Steifigkeit für die gesamte Torkonstruktion. Diese Hohlprofilschiene erfüllt sowohl die funktionelle Aufgabe einer Führungsschiene als auch die statische Aufgabe der Lastaufnahme. GLeichzeitig bildet sie eine VerkLeidung und damit einen Schutz für die LaufroLLe. Die beiden erforderlichen LaufroLLen sind jeweils einteilig ausgebildet und stellen damit große stabile Widerlager dar. Derartige Laufrollen können heute aus Kunststoff erstellt werden und sind damit korrosionssicher. Durch die Größe der Rollen wird ein kleiner Rollenreibungswiderstand und eine gute Leichtgängigkeit geschaffen. Der untere Bereich des eigentlichen Schiebetores wird durch eine C-förmige hohLprofiLförmige Führungsschiene 8 gebildet, die in ihrem Inneren die Laufrolle 7 aufnimmt, wobei die durch die beiden Endschenkel des C-profiLförmigen BauteiLes gebildete öffnung von der Laufachse 5 durchquert wird und - wie dies in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellt ist - dort durch eine elastische Dichtung, beispielsweise eine Gummitippendichtung, abgedichtet sein kann.
