Claims (9)

1. Distributeur pour distribuer du papier à partir d'un rouleau, comprenant un boîtier où se trouve ledit rouleau, lequel est muni d'une fente de largeur variable, parallèle à l'axe du rouleau, pour le passage vers l'extérieur du rouleau de papier (4) et pourvu d'un moyen de séparation (8) comprenant une lame ou partie en dents de scie permettant la séparation par une action manuelle d'une partie non enroulée passant par la fente par rapport au rouleau, caractérisé en ce que ledit boîtier est constitué de deux demi-pièces, l'une inférieure (1) et l'autre supérieure (2), toutes deux montées à l'avant sur des charnières à proximité du moyen de séparation (8) constitué à l'extrémité d'une portion en avancée (12) de la demi-pièce supérieure (2) et en ce que ladite fente est définie entre deux portions avancées (7, 16) et appartenant respectivement aux deux demi-pièces, inférieure (1) et supérieure (2), la portion (16) étant normalement en dessous de la portion (7) de façon à être amenée en contact avec le moyen de séparation en tirant verticalement une portion de papier non enroulée, soulevant ainsi la demi-pièce supérieure (2) et amenant ladite fente à se fermer alors que le rouleau de papier (4) est bloqué dans une position fixe pendant l'action de déchirer.
2. Distributeur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les prolongements (7,16) définissant la fente sont respectivement constitués par un bord antérieur, courbé en direction du bas, de la demi-pièce inférieure (1) et une nervure dirigée vers l'intérieur conçue sur la demi-pièce inférieure (2), toutes deux étant parallèles l'une à l'autre et au moyen de séparation.

Distributeur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux demi-pièces (1, 2) sont essentiellement de forme semi-cylindrique et sont munies d'appendices (12, 11) permettant leur liaison au moyen de broches (14) solidaires dans la demi-pièce supérieure (2) et qui s'enfilent de manière allongée dans des trous ou fentes (15) des appendices de la demi-pièce inférieure (1) permettant ainsi une mobilité limitée de la demi-pièce supérieure relative à l'extrémité de la demi-pièce inférieure à proximité des appendices et que ladite fente de largeur variable, au travers de laquelle la feuille de papier (4) passe est ouverte par la gravité lors du non déroulement du papier et est fermée lorsque l'on tire sur la portion de papier non enroulée afin de la déchirer.
4. Distributeur suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites broches (14) sont constituées par une partie cylindrique (20) rigide assujettie dans les appendices (12) de la demi-pièce supérieure et se terminent par une partie plate de forme allongée correspondant essentiellement à celle des trous ou fentes (15) des appendices (11).

Distributeur suivant la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la demi-pièce inférieure (1) comprend un grand nombre de structures ou protubérances (9) qui s'étendant au-delà de la forme semi-circulaire de la demi-pièce et permettant de définir des surfaces plates pour fixer le distributeur à une paroi.
6. Distributeur suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdites surfaces plates sont munies de trous oblongs destinés au passage des vis.
7. Distributeur suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est fixé au mur par des bandes adhésives à double face (25) appliquées sur lesdites surfaces.
8. Distributeur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications antérieures, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué par deux demi-pièces moulées en plastique résistant au choc.
9. Distributeur comme revendiqué dans n'importe laquelle des revendications antérieures, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins la demi-pièce supérieure (2) est transparente.
