Claims (12)

1. Maschine zum Schleifen sich drehender Teile für elektrische Verbindungen, insbesondere Kollektoren für Antriebsmotoren, mit einem Werkzeugschlittensystem, das an einem nicht-drehenden Teil des Motors befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie in Kombination folgende Elemente enthält :
- einen ersten Schlitten (6), der in einem Schacht unterhalb des zu schleifenden Teils (31) rollen kann ;
- einen zweiten Schlitten (11), der auf dem ersten Schlitten (6) quer zu diesem verschiebbar ist ;
- einen vom zweiten Schlitten (11) getragenen Aufbau (12), der sich um eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Achse drehen kann ;
- ein System von im wesentlichen um eine waagrechte Achse an den Aufbau (12) angelenkten Armen (17) ;
- eine erste, an den Armen (17) um eine im wesentlichen senkrechte Achse angelenkte Halterung (20) ;
- eine zweite, an der ersten Halterung (20) um eine im wesentlichen waagrechte Achse angelenkte Halterung (22) ;
- Mittel (35, 42), die die Befestigung der zweiten Halterung (22) an einem nicht-drehenden Teil (36, 42) des Motors o. ä. mit dem zu schleifenden Teil erlauben ;
- einen von der zweiten Halterung (22) getragenen Werkzeugschlitten, derart, daß er darauf in einer im wesentlichen waagrechten Richtung verschiebbar ist ;
- Mittel (25, 26, 27) zum Hin- und Herbewegen des Werkzeugschlittens (24) ;
- und Mittel (43, 46, 44) zum Vorschieben des vom vorgenannten Werkzeugschlitten getragenen Werkzeugs hin zum zu schleifenden Teil.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Schlitten (6) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er in Längsrichtung auf dem Boden eines Schachts (2) unter einem Schienenweg (4) zur Untersuchung und Reparatur von rollendem Material rollen kann.
3. Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schlitten (11) auf den Querschienen (9) mit seitlichen Verlängerungen (9') rollt, die rechtwinklig an den den Schienenweg (4) tragenden Pfeilern (5) versenkbar sind.
4. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (17) in der Form eines gelenkigen Parallelogramms ausgebildet ist, so daß die Anlenkachse der ersten Halterung (20) immer senkrecht ist.
5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Hin-und Herbewegen des Werkzeugschlittens (24) einen vom System der Arme getragenen Hilfsmotor (19) in der Form eines Gegengewichts umfassen.
6. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halterung (22) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie an einem Bürstenhalter (47) befestigt werden kann.
7. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halterung (22) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie an der Öffnung (36) einer Sichtklappe des Motors o. ä. befestigt werden kann.
8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Halterung (22) mit versenkbaren Stiften (37) versehen ist, die ihre genaue Zentrierung bzgl. der Befestigungslöcher des Deckels der Sichtklappe erlauben.
9. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ein Abblas- und Absaugsystem (32, 33) für den beim Schleifen entstehenden Staub umfaßt.
10. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (24) derart ausgebildet ist, daß er eine Tatspitze (49) zur Überprüfung des Schleifvorgangs aufnehmen kann.
11. Maschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Werkzeugträger (24) ebenso eine Bürste (48) zum Abbürsten des noch an der geschliffenen Oberfläche anhaftenden Staubs aufnehmen kann.
