Claims (11)

1. Outil tranchant pour une chaîne ou une courroie d'haveuse, composé d'un corps de base (6) comportant des plaquettes tranchantes (7) fixées sur ce corps qui sont formées par un corps tranchant (10) avec un épaulement de fixation, caractérisé en ce que la face du corps de base (6) tournée vers la surface de travail (4) est pourvue d'un orifice (8), que le corps tranchant (10) de la plaquette tranchante (7) fait saillie à travers l'orifice (8) et que l'épaulement de fixation (9) de la plaquette tranchante (7) donne contre, d'une part, le dos de l'orifice (8) en formant une fermeture ajustée exactement et d'autre part contre une partie de maillon de chaîne, une section de courroie ou contre une pièce façonnée (14) qui remplit approximativement une cavité du corps de base (6) et qui est un élément amovible ou fixe de la chaîne ou de la courroie d'haveuse (1).
2. Outil tranchant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6) est formé comme un capuchon en alliage d'acier moulé de précision.
3. Outil tranchant selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce façonnée (14) est constituée en acier et qu'elle est vissée sur la chaîne ou la courroie d'haveuse (1 ).
4. Outil tranchant selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la pièce façonnée (14) est pourvue d'un creux, qu'une plaque d'acier (18) est encastrée dans le creux et que la plaque d'acier (18) donne contre le dos de l'épaulement de fixation (9) de la plaquette tranchante (7).
5. Outil tranchant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une fermeture ajustée exactement, qui est réalisée à l'aide d'une partie en saillie et qui agit verticalement par rapport au sens de la marche, est prévue entre la pièce façonnée (14) et le corps de base (6) sur la face qui est la face antérieure de la chaîne ou courroie (1) dans le sens de la marche et qu'un boulon de fermeture (16) ou une douille de fermeture est emboîtée dans la pièce façonnée (14) et dans le corps de base (6) à travers des forures alignées (27).

Outil tranchant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la forme de la périphérie de l'épaulement de fixation (9) de la plaquette tranchante (7) et celle de la surface d'appui du corps de base (6) sont formées comme des polygones réguliers, en particulier comme des carrés ou des hexagones.

Outil tranchant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face du corps de base (6) qui contient l'orifice a un angle aigu avec le sens de marche de la chaîne ou de la courroie (1) et que la plus grande distance entre cette face et la chaîne ou courroie (1) se trouve sur la face antérieure du corps de base (6).

Outil tranchant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (6) est pourvu d'un orifice supplémentaire et d'une plaquette tranchante supplémentaire (28) et que les plaquettes tranchantes (28) sont disposées de façon symétrique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du corps de base (6).
11. Outil tranchant selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'orifice (8) respectif et la plaquette tranchante (7) respective sont disposés à l'extrémité postérieure du corps de base (6).
